We provide a key to the beach gate which works for the gym door as well. Walk right out of the condo gate to a safe exercise trail that runs 5 miles to the board walk at Jobos beach. The trail is ocean front and leads through the palm trees and beautiful roads of PR. There are great restaurants and bars to enjoy next to the condo at Villa Pesquera. Jobos beach has several great restaurants as well. Including the food trucks about a half mile from Jobos by the Gulf station. Jobos is 10 min. from the condo.If you would like surfing lessons a great place to learn is at Jobo's beach with surf instructors on site. Also, for experienced surfers we have the best world class beaches on the north-west coast of PR. Close to Jobos Beach, Crash Boat, BQN airport, many restaurants, and many other places and sites.Top Unit (1): You walk into the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The doors off the kitchen lead to the private deck with beautiful ocean views. To the left is the dining table and family room with TV. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the left side of the family room. One room has a queen-sized bed, and the other has two twin beds. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill between the two bedrooms. From the kitchen, the hallway leads to the other two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One room has a queen-size bed and the other has a twin-over-full bunk bed.Beach chairs and toys can be found in bedroom closets. Beach towels are located in the basket by the front door. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths can be found in the hallway cabinet.Unit 2: Walk in the front door to the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchenette has a countertop stovetop, air fryer/oven combination, microwave, and coffee maker for all your cooking needs! Down the hall, you will see the small desk area - your office away from home. At the end of the hallway is the full bathroom. You can find some basic toiletries on the shelves in the hallway and in the shower. Off the right of the hallway are the two bedrooms. The first room has a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, and a large closet. The second room has a twin-sized bed and a place to hang clothes.Beach towels can be found on shelves in the hallway. Beach chairs can be found in the hallway beside the couch. Bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels can be found on the shelf unit in the hallway.Unit 3: Walk into the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. Off the left side of the kitchen, you will find the bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and shelving to hold all your items. The large bathroom is a jack-and-jill in between the two bedrooms and has ample storage space. Off the back of the kitchen, you will find the queen bedroom and a nice-sized closet.Beach towels and chairs can be found by the front door. Bath towels can be found on the bathroom shelves. Our One Bedroom Boutique Suite, equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and modern amenities, private beach access & ocean facing balcony sleeps 2-4 people. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, double sinks, recessed lighting, stovetop, microwave, convection oven, coffee machine. Equipped w/everything needed to cook: plates, pans, serving dishes & utensils. Boutique Suite is equipped with high speed wi-fi, split level A/C's, high speed ceiling fans, 32" flat screen TV, large sofa, 2 Queen beds (1 in bedroom & Murphy bed that comes out of the wall in living room), both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed & high end mattress, black out curtains, large dresser, night tables, reading lamp, & large lounge chair. Two sets of double glass doors open out from the bedroom onto a large ocean facing balcony that is also accessed via the living room. Most popular is our shaded 20x30' backyard terrace area next to the large flamboyan tree.
