Its located at peak with good view. Rooms are good & clean with small balcony but the biggest issue is the service, they are running such a big property with very few staff. We went for swimming in pool but every time need to go around the place to find someone to give pool towel. Also pool is cleaned only once in morning and have no attendant throughout the day. Breakfast service is too slow and most of the time items get finished and when you enquire they mention that they will serve on table which never happens. I asked for black coffee and they guided me to hot water pot which had cold water. Also we ordered soup and it came in curry bowl with extremely oily croutons. I even complained to managers but they only reply positively but there is no action. Overall don't expect any kind of 5-star service, only go if you need expensive room with good location & viewFromINR 9,375

We booked a Super Deluxe room named Orange, and I must say it exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, well-equipped with AC (though didn't have to use it), and other amenities. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, offering an awe-inspiring panorama of the mist-covered hills. The weather during our stay was typical of the monsoon season, with a pleasant temperature hovering around 20°C, adding a magical touch to our experience. The staff at the resort were exceptionally cooperative and helpful, with a special mention to Mr. Harish, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His hospitality truly made a difference, and we were impressed by his dedication. The resort is situated in a serene location, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. It also provides ample parking space, which was a significant convenience for us. The food served was good, and we appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and the entire premises. The hotel was nice and room was good. It was neat and clean but the service was not upto the mark. Despite repeated reminders need full was not done. Food was also not good. 2. The stay in hotel choice garden zirakpur was really worst experience. Construction work was going on in front of the room allotted to us. It continued till 7. 30 pm and started again in the following morning. It was dusty inside and outside. Wash basin in the washroom was blocked. Its located at peak with good view. Rooms are good & clean with small balcony but the biggest issue is the service, they are running such a big property with very few staff. We went for swimming in pool but every time need to go around the place to find someone to give pool towel. Also pool is cleaned only once in morning and have no attendant throughout the day. Breakfast service is too slow and most of the time items get finished and when you enquire they mention that they will serve on table which never happens. I asked for black coffee and they guided me to hot water pot which had cold water. Also we ordered soup and it came in curry bowl with extremely oily croutons. I even complained to managers but they only reply positively but there is no action. Breakfast service is too slow and most of the time items get finished and when you enquire they mention that they will serve on table which never happens. I asked for black coffee and they guided me to hot water pot which had cold water. Also we ordered soup and it came in curry bowl with extremely oily croutons. I even complained to managers but they only reply positively but there is no action. Overall don't expect any kind of 5-star service, only go if you need expensive room with good location & view

GGuest UserIts located at peak with good view. Rooms are good & clean with small balcony but the biggest issue is the service, they are running such a big property with very few staff. We went for swimming in pool but every time need to go around the place to find someone to give pool towel. Also pool is cleaned only once in morning and have no attendant throughout the day.
