For the explanation, my French blue card does not pass with their ***** reading system (message stating insufficient balance) except that the day before another person allowed me to insert it and make my code and as if by magic It works in fact I made purchases in town right after with this famous card.

There is a laundry room! Wash and dry for $4 a time, so fragrant, I washed all the dirty clothes of honolulu!
There is a coconut markerplace business district next to it. It takes five minutes to walk. There is no need to cross the road. There is a medium-sized supermarket inside. There are hot cooked foods. The taste is okay and you don't need to tip and you can brush UnionPay. It's pretty good.
There is no deposit, there is a free bicycle rental, go out and turn right to go to the beach to walk very beautiful, you have to go in the morning or you will get exposed to the sun.
Each building has a free water machine, where you can pick up [hot water], which is very suitable for the elderly.
The room is not cleaned, but bath towels and trash cans will be changed. A few towels will be given when you check in. You will go to the front desk to change the pool bath towels.

It's not what it seems. It is a hotel that has very good things and others not so much.
When we arrived we were given a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. We had booked a twin room and were told this was Trip's problem. That they only guarantee the views. All the furniture is wooden and very old. The old sofa, with a thin mattress and perforated sheets...
Finally the next day we were changed to a room with two beds (and sea view) which was much better. However, the furniture was also old.
It is advertised here that the cleaning of the room is daily but it is not true. They clean only one day for stays of at least 5 nights. If you are staying less than a few days and you want the room to be made for you, 50 USD. If you want clean towels, 10USD.
The hotel does not have elevators, so you have to carry your bags up the stairs to the room (on the floor you are on).
Just arriving they charge you 147.45USD in taxes (amenity fee, ta tax, ge tax, county ta tax...).
Good: Prime location, in front of (private) beach, with restaurants, supermarkets and shops next door. The main road is right there. Swimming pool with hammocks and a bar (opens at 3pm).

The hotel is located in the eastern center of Kauai. It is easy to find using Google Navigation. There are many restaurants just a 3-5 minute walk across from the hotel, including McDonald's, Subway, Panda Express, etc. There is also an ABC store and a discount store. The room is not very big, but the facilities are complete, including a refrigerator and coffee machine. We absolutely loved our stay at The Kauai Inn! It has such a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere and feels way more authentic than the big resort hotels.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the whole property was lush and green — surrounded by mountains and palm trees. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Hotel apartment, booked is a sea view room and the result is to see a little bit of the sea on the edge. A cleaning fee of $ 200 is required for check-in. Long-term stays can be shared equally between short-term and hotel. The environment is not as mature as the vacation community in Napali Beach. There are supermarkets such as Safeway a few kilometers away. The security is not clear. I saw three police entering and leaving when I checked in. I do n’t know what happened. Next to the beach, there is a breakwater for playing in the sea. The location is very convenient. There is a hot spring pool in the swimming pool, which can be used as a hot spring by the elderly. There is also a free laundry room. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, the windows cannot be opened, and the fresh air blower and air conditioner are very loud. Location is great and the property is extremely clean and quiet. Our room was very outdated ( early 80's for furniture, carpet, bathroom) but clean and everything worked. It was spacious but bare minimum in kitchen for supplies, the coffee pot is super tiny. My only complaint is you can't extend your stay for late check out or additional day, that really impacts people on hikes and etc. We had to pack our stuff out (530am) and couldn't do late check out to come back to pack and shower. The young desk clerks stated policy for late check out was call morning of after 9am. That's ridiculous because most tourist are traveling across island exploring early. We asked at 815pm night before and staff couldn't give us late check out for next day, that's a deal breaker for us coming back to this property and was absolutely not willing to check or call management, for this reason I would avoid property if you have early tours or adventures. There is no deposit, there is a free bicycle rental, go out and turn right to go to the beach to walk very beautiful, you have to go in the morning or you will get exposed to the sun.
Each building has a free water machine, where you can pick up [hot water], which is very suitable for the elderly.
The room is not cleaned, but bath towels and trash cans will be changed. A few towels will be given when you check in. You will go to the front desk to change the pool bath towels.

It's not what it seems. It is a hotel that has very good things and others not so much.
When we arrived we were given a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. We had booked a twin room and were told this was Trip's problem. That they only guarantee the views. All the furniture is wooden and very old. The old sofa, with a thin mattress and perforated sheets...
Finally the next day we were changed to a room with two beds (and sea view) which was much better. However, the furniture was also old.
It is advertised here that the cleaning of the room is daily but it is not true. They clean only one day for stays of at least 5 nights. If you are staying less than a few days and you want the room to be made for you, 50 USD. If you want clean towels, 10USD.
The hotel does not have elevators, so you have to carry your bags up the stairs to the room (on the floor you are on).
Just arriving they charge you 147.45USD in taxes (amenity fee, ta tax, ge tax, county ta tax...).
Good: Prime location, in front of (private) beach, with restaurants, supermarkets and shops next door. The main road is right there. Swimming pool with hammocks and a bar (opens at 3pm).

Next to the beach, there is a breakwater for playing in the sea. The location is very convenient. There is a hot spring pool in the swimming pool, which can be used as a hot spring by the elderly. There is also a free laundry room. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, the windows cannot be opened, and the fresh air blower and air conditioner are very loud. Location is great and the property is extremely clean and quiet. Our room was very outdated ( early 80's for furniture, carpet, bathroom) but clean and everything worked. It was spacious but bare minimum in kitchen for supplies, the coffee pot is super tiny. My only complaint is you can't extend your stay for late check out or additional day, that really impacts people on hikes and etc. We had to pack our stuff out (530am) and couldn't do late check out to come back to pack and shower. The young desk clerks stated policy for late check out was call morning of after 9am. That's ridiculous because most tourist are traveling across island exploring early. We asked at 815pm night before and staff couldn't give us late check out for next day, that's a deal breaker for us coming back to this property and was absolutely not willing to check or call management, for this reason I would avoid property if you have early tours or adventures. At that time, the Tokyo InterContinental lost a suitcase key and the hotel could find it and send it to Osaka. I have a better impression of the Tokyo InterContinental, and the hotel service quality has been achieved.

The two bedroom condo we got is pretty spacious and clean. Really love the in unit laundry and dryer. The kitchen has lots of untensiles and pots. I wish they could have some cooking oil and peppers as other Airbnb usually do. The check out time is 10:00 am which is unusually early.
