Lovely part of Lipe, you can do to the water and do snorkeling right away. I got a room near the beach on the first floor. Spacious with all windows so you can make your room quite bright. The problem is you can hear everything than happens on the second floor , it was quite annoying when people came and started walking and it woke me up. Breakfast is so so but eatable. Coffee and tea are free the whole day. One manager was extremely helpful and everytime was coming to ask her she was more than willing to help or solve my problems! My friend stayed in room G22 on the ground floor, and found it quite good.
1. **Location:** Upon arrival at Pattaya Beach, simply walk left. You can entrust your luggage to the hotel staff and walk over yourself, which saves 10 per person per trip on island transfer fees.
2. The main entrance offers easy access to Walking Street. For Sunset Beach, exit via the back door at the top of the property, turn right, and it's a short walk away.
3. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied, featuring a wide range of options like vegetables, fruits, meats, carbs, milk, and eggs, easily fulfilling your daily dietary needs.
4. We stayed in a garden view room, which offered great value for money. Although it was a bit of a walk to our room at the top of the property, there was a complimentary shuttle service available.
5. While there were some mosquitoes outside the room, we didn't encounter any inside, nor any other insects. The only minor downside was the shower pressure, which was just average; otherwise, everything was great.SOLD OUT

I enjoyed my three nights here. It was low season, so the resort wasn't too crowded, but the staff maintained professional standards. Everything smelled so nice - the linens and towels, and the room itself had a fresh fragrance. The cabin was very nicely designed with teakwood. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the side door of the bathroom led to an outdoor shower and drying area if you got sandy and wet from outdoor activities. The resort is nearby the walking street, where I went often, and also sports a full service bar and restaurant. While the location is excellent and most convenient, they do not have any cafe on premise, they only serve breakfast, no room service at all. Also the wifi is weak and slow. They do not provide beach or pool towels. To get a replacement towel you have to walk to reception before 12 noon to request for replacement on the day after. this is why i complain that the service and facilities is very poor. also i find that the place is not well upkept, and their staff NOT motivated for customer service.SOLD OUT

We spent three days here; it was quiet and comfortable! Located in a fantastic spot on Sunrise Beach, the hotel offers free snorkeling equipment, the staff are friendly and helpful, there's a fine restaurant to the right, and canoe rentals to the left. It's a 15-minute walk to the bustling area! Facing Wuxin Island, the hotel is right on the beach, offering privacy and tranquility, especially beautiful at sunrise! However, the surrounding houses are built along a wooden boardwalk on a steep slope, and since we stayed at the top, climbing up and down was a bit tiring, but the staff were very attentive to our needs! It took 1.5 hours to get to Koh Lipe from Koh Muka by speedboat. The pier is a pontoon type, and the hotel staff met us on it and took our things on a cart to the hotel. The walk to the hotel is 300-400 meters in total, you can easily walk there yourself. The location is good. Almost all the houses are positioned so that you can see the sea. There's not much point in taking Sia View. The room is large, we had a second floor with a large balcony. Corresponds to the photo on Trip.com. Breakfast is good. Rice porridge soup, rice, noodles, eggs, sausages, ham, juice, coffee, muesli, toast, vegetables, two types of fruit. The distance to the beach where you see the sunrise is 900 meters, where the sunset is the same. To the north, where the view of neighboring Adang is slightly larger. We walked everywhere. There are many restaurants, but you have to choose. I liked the Chinese two, the duck was just lovely, the grilled fish too. The location of the hotel is convenient - right in front of the hotel due to the presence of corals, there are no boats. There are also restaurants, only the beach and the sea. Swimming at night was great, the water was clear, we didn’t see any nocturnal creatures, like in Egypt. I recommend downloading the tide schedule. Accommodation with good views, with the wind blowing all the time, not sticky, the beach is private, not crowded. Near the forest, but there are no mosquitoes because the wind blows all the time. Accommodation, although old, is clean. The stairs to the beach are not very steep. A short walk down, there is a private living accommodation at the end of the beach. Very nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.FromNZD 965

The hotel is a 10/10 for the price (I don't think you'll find a better one on the island for this price).
Conveniently located (in the center of the island, in the middle of the local Walking Street), with a 7/11 nearby and all beaches within walking distance.
The room was clean and serviced daily. The hotel is quiet, with zero noise pollution.
The main advantages include the included breakfasts (they're incredibly delicious and filling, and each guest has a choice of meal), as well as a 20% discount coupon for lunch and dinner at the hotel cafe. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are also available to hotel guests at all times.
A huge thank you to the staff: super friendly and helpful, and they speak excellent English.

This is probably the best hostel I ever stayed in.
You get:
- a really big locker, with a refill water bottle, a towel, a beach bag and an umbrella
- big bed with a small locker inside and curtains, 2 pillows and nice blanket

Hotel is located close to the walking street and not too far from the beach. Island style vibe with the palm trees and wooden structures outside. The room was ok, very simple. No toiletries in the bathroom and mosquitoes are everywhere. We had 2 small cockroaches in the room, I guess from the heat/humidity. Not ideal :/ There is AC in the room.
Bed wasn't bad, the pillow was uncomfortable- big and puffy. Other than that, I think the highlight here is the MOJO restaurant that is on the premises. The breakfast was great- healthy, western options available that are filling. The banana cake is soft, delicious and homemade - try it! Overall not a bad stay. Thank you! SOLD OUT

We booked a family room. There are two 1.8-meter beds in the room. Generally speaking, they are clean and the rooms are large. The hotel location is not far from Pattaya Beach, which is about ten minutes away from the pedestrian street. The front desk staff was nice, polite and welcoming. After staying one night, I changed to a hotel by the sea the next day, so I couldn't compare it with other hotels of the same price category. The disadvantages are: the air conditioner is noisy, the water coming out of the water pipe is not clean (black), so I did n’t dare to take a bath, consulted the front desk. Another good hotel also found that the flush toilet water was not clean, but the bath water was clean. Perhaps it is because it is far from the land and the fresh water resources are limited). Not recommended if bringing children. Besides, the bread sold in the shop is delicious, haha.FromNZD 94

Chareena Beach is the beachfront section of the Chareena Resort. There's also Chareena Hill, a more sophisticated resort located on the slope next to it, with beautiful views of the bay. It's also more expensive, of course. It's home to The Bay restaurant, with the best views of the entire beach and where breakfast is served. Chareena Garden, which we didn't get to during our one-night stay, is also available.
Chareena Beach is a fairly simple, small bungalow located 30-50 meters from the beautiful Pattaya Beach. However, it's very clean with comfortable beds, large pillows (though that's a matter of personal preference), signature linens, and towels. Tea, a kettle, coffee, cream, and water (again, in signature Chareena Hill drinking water bottles) are provided. A mosquito repellent is included, but we didn't see a single mosquito there, nor any other insects. Everything is of a very high standard. Sure, these aren't the luxurious bungalows of some other hotels, but for the price, they're clean, tidy, have a delicious breakfast with a coffee machine, an egg station (scrambled eggs, omelettes, scrambled eggs, or pancakes, all cooked right in front of you), and several hot, delicious dishes. There's also a beach restaurant with cocktails and lunch prepared by the same chef who served breakfast. A special thank you to him! Thanks also to the manager, Toi (if I gave him his name correctly), for making our stay feel like home and organizing a cruise around the island and to neighboring Adang. And overall, it was fun to chat about a variety of topics in the evening. Next time, we'll definitely stay at least three days at either the Beach or the Hill. It's a great experience!FromNZD 145

We liked Akira a lot! It’s super spacious and comfy rooms were really nice. The bathroom was also big and all in all super clean. We had a pool view apartment. Only thing in the room was the quite loud aircon. We tried to get it into a night mode, but it didn’t work. And without you cannot do it. So we slept with earplugs. The breakfast was the best we had on our Southeast Asia Tour. Of course the jam and stuff really sweet and 50/50 Asian food but nevertheless really nice. Sometimes the English of the staff was not perfect so there were some misunderstandings but all were really nice. They also brought us to the ferry with the car. This is my second consecutive year staying at this hotel. Booking a sea view room this time made the experience even better. Our room was conveniently located to the right of the lawn, just a 30-meter walk from the restaurant, which offered direct sea views. The rooms here are incredibly spacious and comfortable; I'll definitely book a full week on my next visit! Breakfast was pretty good, with freshly made noodle soup that was very satisfying. During the off-season, they even offer a 10% dining discount voucher. We could bring our fresh catch back from fishing directly to the restaurant to be cooked for 300 Baht per kilogram. It's a decent price; even though it's 50 Baht more expensive than the walking street, I personally feel Benhard Restaurant offers a much better and cleaner environment.FromNZD 331

The staff will pick you up from the pier and it's free. Upon arrival they will tell you the rules.
Room is big and spacious, the only thing not good is the water pipe is leakage. The floor is quite oily and I almost fall down for few times. Other than that hotel facility is good, got a welcome drink upon arrival. Free snorkelling glass and kayak.
Breakfast is good too .

This hotel truly surpassed all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm, genuine hospitality. Every staff member was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was perfect throughout my stay—it felt just like home.
The room was super clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, giving a true sense of serenity.
Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Dining at the Season Restaurant is a must-try—such a scenic spot, and the pasta was amazing.
The hotel also has a private beach with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It really gave me the chance to fully rest and recharge.

Номера большие, чистые, современные и есть все необходимое, халаты, фен, даже тапочки очень удобные, хотели узнать где такие купить😁 в номере холодильник, кондиционер, вентилятор на потолке в комнате и на веранде, есть сейф и даже средство от комаров) Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. От отеля есть бесплатное такси на ужин с 17 до 18, в другое время они могут вызвать такси для вас и это будет стоить 100бат. Так же встречают и отвозят к порту тоже бесплатно. Завтраки вкусные, заказываешь по меню. Пляж маленькие, но уединенный, справа от него лучший пляж на острове, пройти 3 минуты через камни-когда нет отлива и по берегу -во время отлива. Absolutely love this place. Clean rooms with ample space to run around/play ball right by the beach! Sunrise at your doorstep. Restaurant on the beach! With affordable prices and good taste. Quiet enough for peace and privacy. The sea breeze room is spacious with large comfy bed with seat to nap outside. The standard room is slightly smaller but has the same amenities - fridge, TV, clothes dryer line, hammock etc. 5 mins walk to main street for shops/ restaurants. Friendly staff all around. We also stayed at Anda and San Pita and Salisa goes top of the list.
Staff will wait to transfer from pier to hotel and return for free. It s not a fancy place by any means but has everything for a fun Lipe holiday.

We had an awesome stay! You will have your own bungalow which has a huge bed, a refrigerator, AC and drinks + Coffee for free! Very cool extra: there are many usb ports for charging!
You are right in the exact middle of the pattaya beach and a few meters away from the walking street. Nights are very quite for great sleep and staff was more than friendly. You even get a free welcome drink with refreshing towel which is a big plus after you arrive by boat!
We really liked our 4 day stay and would recommend and book again. More than happy :)FromNZD 188

The hotel is located in a palm forest on a hill on the road from the edge of Patai towards the Cliff Hotel. I liked everything. Quiet, calm, all the beaches are nearby, the nearest store is 5 minutes walk away. Good breakfasts - we tried not to repeat ourselves for 5 days. No mosquitoes. For its price - a normal hotel, although the rooms are a bit tired. But you will get the same rooms in hotels on the first line of Patai and Sunrise for twice the price. If everything is sold out, and this hotel is available - you can safely take it - it will be better than the hotels on the first line of Patai and Sunrise. The staff is very nice - they provided a meeting and transfer to another hotel. The edge of the room has a view of the sea. Breakfasts are served on the shore in the restaurant of the Charina Beach Hotel. Checking in is also convenient, check in at Charina Beach, not far from immigration and the pier for boats from Lanta and Pakbara. I liked everything, thank you!FromNZD 183

|0.36km from city centerI enjoyed my three nights here. It was low season, so the resort wasn't too crowded, but the staff maintained professional standards. Everything smelled so nice - the linens and towels, and the room itself had a fresh fragrance. The cabin was very nicely designed with teakwood. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the side door of the bathroom led to an outdoor shower and drying area if you got sandy and wet from outdoor activities. The resort is nearby the walking street, where I went often, and also sports a full service bar and restaurant. On my last day, the staff drove me to the ferry departure site (during low season, the ferry departs on the other side of Pattaya beach).

1. **Location:** Upon arrival at Pattaya Beach, simply walk left. You can entrust your luggage to the hotel staff and walk over yourself, which saves 10 per person per trip on island transfer fees.
2. The main entrance offers easy access to Walking Street. For Sunset Beach, exit via the back door at the top of the property, turn right, and it's a short walk away.
3. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied, featuring a wide range of options like vegetables, fruits, meats, carbs, milk, and eggs, easily fulfilling your daily dietary needs.
4. We stayed in a garden view room, which offered great value for money. Although it was a bit of a walk to our room at the top of the property, there was a complimentary shuttle service available.
5. While there were some mosquitoes outside the room, we didn't encounter any inside, nor any other insects. The only minor downside was the shower pressure, which was just average; otherwise, everything was great.

It's accommodation that truly gives you the feeling of being immersed in nature. The architecture is beautifully designed and harmonizes with the surroundings, creating a sense of peace and seclusion — truly fitting for the name ”Cast Away.”
The staff provide excellent service. It's safe for solo travelers, and I made some lovely new friends. However, it's not suitable for those who are sensitive to heat, as there is no air conditioning
