An unexpected surprise! The room was great, with the pool right outside the window. The water was very clean and the view was excellent; you could see a beautiful sea view from the pool. The resort's location is super convenient, right along Pattaya Beach and very close to Walking Street, which is a big plus. The front desk staff were also very friendly.

This is my second consecutive year staying at this hotel. Booking a sea view room this time made the experience even better. Our room was conveniently located to the right of the lawn, just a 30-meter walk from the restaurant, which offered direct sea views. The rooms here are incredibly spacious and comfortable; I'll definitely book a full week on my next visit! Breakfast was pretty good, with freshly made noodle soup that was very satisfying. During the off-season, they even offer a 10% dining discount voucher. We could bring our fresh catch back from fishing directly to the restaurant to be cooked for 300 Baht per kilogram. It's a decent price; even though it's 50 Baht more expensive than the walking street, I personally feel Benhard Restaurant offers a much better and cleaner environment.

I stayed at this hotel based on a friend's recommendation, and it was indeed great. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool, and a beautiful beach and coastline are just a short walk away. The room was also very spacious. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the walking street, but the hotel offers a shuttle service to the walking street (about every 15-20 minutes, free of charge). However, they don't provide a return trip. Overall, I highly recommend it; it's definitely worth staying. If you book a two-story accommodation, try to request a second-floor room from the front desk. If you're on the first floor and the people above you aren't quiet, it can be quite troublesome (though generally, it's not often an issue).

Welcoming us with a drink and a flannel . We found our hosts to be friendly, polite and helpful. Assisting us with the suitcases up to our room. The room was spacious enough, with a good bed, TV, toilet, shower. The Hotel is right in the heart of Koh Lipe. On Walking Street. Within easy walking distance to Pattaya Beach and Sunrise Beach in a matter of minutes. Full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and excursion providers. The breakfast has a fairly basic selection compared with the UK. Though enough to sustain us through until Dinner time. We did enjoy a variety of the Fruit Smoothies in particular. Check out was easy and the Hotel arranged a Taxi for our suitcases.

The hotel is really nice, with a comfortable and spacious bed. The room is pretty and clean. The bathroom is decent. Beach access is right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. Minor downsides: the air conditioning is noisy, and the breakfast isn't great.

The room was spacious, and we had direct access to the pool. The beach and ocean were absolutely beautiful, offering excellent value for money. Breakfast was also quite good; it's a great hotel for a vacation. The only downside was some odd service. We couldn't rent kayaks in the afternoon, but in the morning, the waves were too strong to enjoy them. The calm afternoons would have been perfect. Our luggage wasn't delivered to our next hotel on time, and our request for towels through the app was completely ignored.

Super hotel right on the beachfront! The beach is fantastic, and the water is simply amazing. The hotel staff are all charming and friendly. The bungalows are very stylish, cozy, and come with everything you need, even a beach bag with beach towels. We loved everything; it was beautiful. And the sunrises are incredible! ❤️❤️❤️ I highly recommend this hotel.

First of all, the hotel itself is nice and close to the water with a nice view, this can be definitely recommended. But there are a couple of things that are not good. 1. A generator is running around the clock close to the entrance which vibrates through the ground. Earplugs were necessary to sleep. 2. The bar with awesome view closes 8pm already. 3. Lack of space for breakfast, you need to wait and come back until a table is free 4. E.g. Omelette is not possible to be served with vegetables at all, just egg and cheese in it, thats it. Milk, Salt, etc. needed to be refilled by actively engaging with the staff 5. The location is really far away from everything, but this is not serious as it can be considered. One night is okay, but there is not more around to be seen. Sunrise or Pattaya Beach has mu g more to offer.

We spent one week in a double bungalow with a fan and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The bungalow was cosy and charming, with a lovely terrace and a hammock that was perfect for relaxing. Of course, there are some mosquitoes, but with repellent, it wasn’t an issue at all. The location is amazing, just steps away from Pattaya Beach, where you can enjoy truly beautiful sunsets. They also offer massages right on site near the beach, and they are absolutely fantastic with professional staff and excellent value for money. All the staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, which really made our stay special. Guests can enjoy a private deck and bar as well, which is a great extra touch. Highly recommended, especially the massages. After a one hour session, they even treat you to free coconut water. It was a wonderful experience all around.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Pattaya Beach and at the entrance to Walking Street. The pros are that breakfast is included and there's a small pool. The downside is that the facilities are a bit old. It's a good choice for those who prioritize value for money and a convenient location.
