Positives:
The hotel is well located close to the beach.
The swimming pool is clean and has nice amenities for children such as slides.
It is next door to "walking street"
The air-conditioning works well and there is a place to dry clothes after swimming on a hidden balcony.
Great water pressure in the shower.
Negatives:
The check-in and checkout process was dreary with it taking well over 1 hour to check in. There's also a 10 minute waiting time on checkout to get your deposit back. So it's best to checkout and go have a coffee and come back for thr money later.
You cannot check-in before 13:00, but you have to checkout before 10:00, well earlier than many other resorts on the island.
The breakfast was not worth it with little variety and long cues form for a single small coffee machine. It's better to just go to the coffeeshop next door.
The beds are harder than most people would enjoy.
The island is beautiful and I spent 2 nights in this hotel, it was worth the money and you can work around most of the negatives easily

The hotel is near market street and it is in front of Pattaya beach. Get out from ferry and walk 3 minutes to hotel.

Very convenient Location next to the beach and close to the pier when the boat drop you off. Next to walking Street with bars and shopping .

Location is great just right next to walking street and near the beach. We stayed here only 1 night. Thanks to the hotel that let us do early check in. There are only body towel provided. no small towel for head. There is no hair dryer. The breakfast was just ok.

My room have some problem, so i requeat to staf. I wating 1 hour, but no action.

Would not recommend this place doors to rooms getting banged from from 6 in morning maids start cleaning from 6:45 in the morning shouting and playing loud music as the cleaned we stay 3 nights but never cleaned our room breakfast was uneatable filthy flys everywhere just left trash left for days outside our apartment block would not recommend pay extra for better place

I was at the hotel in February, there were a lot of people. Proximity to the pier +. The breakfasts are good, but the queue for coffee took a lot of time. I think need to put several coffee machines for such a large number of guests
