Pros : 1. Location is excellent (center of the town) with a lot of options in and around for shopping and eating. 2. The rooms are big enough for 2 with a lot of storage(cupboards and storage) and the beds are comfortable 3. The rooms are fairly clean and cleaned regularly. Cons: 1. No restaurant in the hotel and so food has be ordered from a nearby restaurant which is delivered to the room. 2. Kits(toothpaste and brush) were not given at the time of check-in. 3. Frequent power cuts in the town( 6 to 7 times every day )and the hotel staff is reluctant to switch on the genset and have to spent most of the nights in the dark 4. Tv was provided but there was no stub (set top box) and had to inform the reception. Even after stub was provided, no channels or packages were activated. So we lost a lot of time(a day went by) getting the stub ready. The tv and stub have to be ready and working when a customer checks-in but that was not the case. So, the services and people are very passive and hardly interested.
