JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST HOTEL.
While the hotel's facilities are adequate and its location offers acceptable proximity to the port, the poor service we experienced did not justify the significantly higher price we paid for a supposedly four-star resort.
Specifically, the bidet in our assigned room was not functioning. When we reported this, a front office supervisor named Ute was demonstrably dishonest, claiming that all rooms had non-functional bidets due to a 'western style' and offering more toilet tissue as a solution. This excuse proved false when we checked several other rooms of the same type and found their bidets to be working perfectly. Upon confronting Ute with this discrepancy, she continued to deny her initial statement, offering unreasonable excuses and failing to provide any apology or resolution. It was only after escalating the issue to the Manager on duty that we were finally moved to another room with a functioning bidet. The fact that a HOTEL SUPERVISOR LIED to keep us in a room with a known issue while others were available is unacceptable.
Despite the convenient location, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the substandard service and lack of transparency. There are likely other establishments in the area that offer a far superior experience for the price.From€51

We loved this hotel in every way, it was in the most perfect location, incredibly quiet, on the most perfect tropical beach, with the most stunning swimming pools.
The rooms were amazing large and with an extremely comfortable bed, we adored our large outdoor bathroom with the round circular bath and overhead rain fall shower.
This hotel was our favourite place to stay so far with its beauty, antiques all over the grounds and in the most idealic setting.
The staff were incredibly attentive, kind and thoughtful.

Room was clean however bugs were a common sight. Open toilet is prone to having mosquitoes. Room is large and has a large bed and sofa.
Breakfast is not buffet style but is served in a set. Choose from a menu and have it either at the restaurant or delivered to your room.
TV quality is horrible. Staff kept promising to send an engineer to help fix the issue, however no one ever came. Staff only said that issue can't be resolved during our stay, sorry. Disappointed with this aspect.
Request for late check out was rejected as they cited that there was another guest booking. However room remained vacant for the next few days. I knew because I booked another stay in a different room. A blatant lie. Very disappointing.

A hotel that brought us a lot of surprises and warm feelings, we booked a two-bedroom villa. The hotel front desk manager saw that we were 5 people and immediately upgraded our three-bedroom villa. This is a big villa with a sea view. The room is spacious and everyone can live very comfortably. My son doesn't go to the beach every day in the private pool. Every waiter in the hotel restaurant is very enthusiastic and wants to learn Chinese, especially when I see my parents want to. Eat hot noodle soup, let the chef order seafood noodle soup, the two old people said that this is the most delicious noodle soup we have eaten in this ten-day journey, and the hotel front desk manager arranged the Lengmu Island sengjiji car and boat intermodal package Also very perfect, the price is much cheaper than Taobao, the key is that the Clippers directly to the hotel's beach to pick us up. Unfortunately, our trip to Gili T Island is only two days. I really want to stay in Kokomo for two more nights. If you have the chance to come back to Gili T, we will definitely stay in Kokomo.From€156

This villa is as big as it looks on their website with amazing view. However, it is quite rundown and needs a refresh, especially the toilet.
The toilet bowl has stains and the overall bathing area are mouldy. I understand we’re in the middle of nature but I would expect better maintenance. Plus the water pressure was low.
Maybe it was the rainy season (it rains every evening/overnight), the area is filled with millipedes everywhere, the worst part is that they are in the villa as the doors/sliding doors have gaps. We’re fine if the insects stay outdoors but the millipedes enter our villa every single time and they appear at every creak of the villa. It was tiring trying to keep them out of the villa.
The redeeming factor for the villa is really the view, the Indonesian cuisine at Aura and their prompt service. The view is as amazing as you see on their website, if not more. And they have exceptional food at their restaurant and the service was superb.
And yes, there are monkeys in the morning and evenings. The staffs will inform you upon check-in, to lock the doors and avoid eye contact.From€105

The staff at Kayana were all very polite, courteous and helpful. Each and everyone never fail to greet you when they see you. Service was tip top. Pool has some dust/sand particles and insects sometimes but it’s near a beach so maybe that’s why. Location is near the harbour and has direct access to beach which can also be accessed by the public. Good if you are planning to travel to Gili Islands. However outside the villa there is nothing much, will have to drive to go to nearest restaurant and not easy to get taxi. We had a driver who brought us everywhere. The Blues Restaurant in the villa was sufficient for us - served good food, very affordable too and overlooks beautiful view especially at sunset. The inclusive breakfast was also worth it. Have to mention that the villa is very near a mosque and the calls to prayer starts as early as 5am. We did not mind it at all though. Overall Kayana made our stay in Lombok an amazing one!From€108

From the presentation to the taste, it is very consistent with the hotel's tone, especially the crab appetizer (I don't remember the name). Breakfast is not a buffet. You can order what you want to eat from the menu. The most important thing is that we checked out. The breakfast reservation on the day was at 5 o'clock. The restaurant did not provide a simple breakfast box, but a very ceremonial room service, which was exactly the same as the standard of dining in the restaurant. It was really good.

The room is super large and fully equipped. There is even a kitchenette.
The bathroom is also spacious and has 2 showers, 2 sinks and a bath.

The staff is super friendly and always there for you.
What we also really liked is that the room service is included, so you don't have to leave your villa if you don't want to. You can even order a floating breakfast.

Each room was a standalone villa, and we booked a garden-view villa, which was our favorite of the several room types. The hotel is located south of Gili T Island. Turn right and walk for five or six minutes to a stunning sunset spot. The breakfast was hearty and you could enjoy it by the sea.
Next to the hotel restaurant is a bicycle parking lot. Report your room number and rent for free. There are children's bikes and those with pillion seats. The staff was super nice.

While the hotel's facilities are adequate and its location offers acceptable proximity to the port, the poor service we experienced did not justify the significantly higher price we paid for a supposedly four-star resort.
Specifically, the bidet in our assigned room was not functioning. When we reported this, a front office supervisor named Ute was demonstrably dishonest, claiming that all rooms had non-functional bidets due to a 'western style' and offering more toilet tissue as a solution. This excuse proved false when we checked several other rooms of the same type and found their bidets to be working perfectly. Upon confronting Ute with this discrepancy, she continued to deny her initial statement, offering unreasonable excuses and failing to provide any apology or resolution. It was only after escalating the issue to the Manager on duty that we were finally moved to another room with a functioning bidet. The fact that a HOTEL SUPERVISOR LIED to keep us in a room with a known issue while others were available is unacceptable.
Despite the convenient location, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the substandard service and lack of transparency. There are likely other establishments in the area that offer a far superior experience for the price.

|7.78km from city centerKokomo is the best and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in Indonesia! Not only because of his environment, but also because the staff is extremely enthusiastic! After staying for a few days, I have been with the staff and the local residents as family members! This is a boat from Lombok. Before you arrive at the port, you will see Atning from afar with her partners preparing cool towels and water waiting to greet you at the pier. The hotel's environment, health is impeccable, and the experience is very good during the stay. We are also slowly becoming friends in contact with Atning and Tony. They will take us out to sea to snorkel and catch sea urchins. They will climb to the tree to pick coconuts. Tony even took us home to make sea urchin steamed eggs and black tiger shrimp for us to eat. The villagers on the island are very kind. We will say hello to us when we pass by. It is more a pleasure to watch the colorful Xia dining on the shore of the kokomo restaurant. Atning also surprises us the day before we go. We prepared a romantic dinner. We were super touched. When we came back from kayaking, everything was already unknown to us. Ready for love! I hope to come back to see them soon, and my friends who want to come to Bali and Lombok must come here! ! This is simply a corner of paradise!

|3.43km from city centerIncredibly attentive staff! First-class service! The guys are just great! We felt their care all the time, everything we asked for was done very quickly! Thank you very much for this! The view from the common lounge area is simply stunning, like from the cover of a magazine. It was very nice to have breakfast with such a view. By the way, the breakfasts are also very good, there is a scramble and Benedict, pastries, delicious lemonades and juices.
There were also disadvantages, namely: the towels in the room smelled of dampness, in the first room the shower did not work well, however, to fix this, we were moved to another room, where the shower worked better. The shower area itself in all rooms needs repair. The access to the hotel is not very good, part of the way you have to drive along a dirt road.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. This is one of the few good options in the south of Lombok!

|1.04km from city centerWe spent 4 nights at Jambuluwuk, was a really nice hotel and the rooms were spotless, however the pool areas weren't maintained very well- i know nature can't be helped but other resorts in Indonesia have staff cleaning the pools regularly to keep them looking nice. The pool bars never seemed to have staff there and overall the pool areas could just do with a bit of a refresh. Our 4 year old daughter did enjoy the play play park and animals arouns the resort. It was pretty expensive for bike rental (most places give free bikes in Gili for guests) and being on the quieter side of the island this was disappointing, especially as when I asked for a child seat I was told they only had one which was already being used (and would cost extra). You can however rent bikes for around 50k a day if you walk just outside. Mask rental was also fairly expensive compared to other places so would recommend just walking down the road a little bit. The beach om the front of the hotel is nice, good for sunset and snorkelling. For the price we paid we were happy but probably wouldn't stay again because of the distance to the busy area/ pools not being maintained.

|1.12km from city centerhands down the best resort i’ve ever stayed in! this whole establishment is so aesthetically pleasing and staff were all so friendly that they would greet us with a big smile every time they saw us - couldn’t be more welcoming!
we stayed at a one-bedroom villa for three nights and it was just amazing - the villa was very clean and bed was comfy. the bathroom is pretty and spacious too! there’s one time where we witnessed how they did housekeeping in front of us and they had high hygiene standards which i appreciate very much!
i’d say i’ve made the right choice choosing this resort over the others as they’ve also got the perfect sunset view and it’s the most epic one i had so far. cheers to cocana and gili T, will come back for sure!
