Stayed at triose for 2 nights. This was my third time and not disappointed at all. Excellent in all respects. Location is very near to central lonavala and market and at the same time very serene and peaceful. All amenities are provided by the hotel. It is very clean. Rooms are big enough. It was a good stay, the rooms and facilities were nice, restaurant having lot of options, foods served was nice, however south indian food like dosa and uttapam were not upto the mark. Also it was insisted multiple times to use the inhouse spa services, which sometimes created irritation, however owner behaviour was awesome. Location of property doesn't matter if u are travel-ling in your own vehicle rooms are well mopped with phenyl etc and so are the common areas outside rooms pool is maintained, but they can do better. Near the pool they don't stock bath towels, so before getting into pool get the bath towels first it has 2 pools current cook makes very yummy food, both veg and non veg. Breakfast is also a good spread however restaurant room service is veey slow. Think they have kept less staff. May is holiday season for kids, hence they need to keep good staff during season to manage a houseful l resort. Only chicken is available, no seafood hotel rates are reasonable. Have nearly 24 hrs hot water in washroom executive rooms have mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea/coffee bags etc toilet has good provision for shampoo and hair conditioner, handwash ac functions wellFromDKK 206

The property is centrally located and easily accessible. It is close to the main market and railway station. It is opposite a decent restaurant which has good food in case you do not want to opt for hotel food. The hotel accommodated my request of early check-in, although it was a little slow to deliver. The place has ample parking space within the property. The breakfast options are decent but very indian based. However the buffet will be started only when there are sufficient guests, otherwise you will get options only what they try to push. You have to ask for things like breas and butter without buffet breakfast even though you have prepaid. Upon asking the staff why there is no buffet they will flatly say that this is how the hotel functions. There is staff mr. Suryakant who was especially rude and said you can give whatever review you want and this is how we are. This nonchalant attitude was the most put off. He would have f aught with me more if it was not for hotel executive mr. Dig-amber coming to intervene and apologize. He was the only saving grace throughout otherwise slow service as atleast hospitality was provided by him on a 10/10 rating. The hotel amenities are good. Rooms are decent in size but bathrooms are small and cramped. Staffing is inadequate during weekdays as they do not keep much staff if there is no bookings. It was annoying to keep asking for functional tv, room slippers, room freshener, pool towel and open up the pool bathroom. As there was no staff to help out quickly. However they took care of most requests. Just a tad slow. The pool is clean. There is a game room which is newly done and has all amenities. Good for larger groups. Stayed for 2 nights. Friday and saturday. The place is overall family friendly. I wouldn't personally stay again as i did not find the amenities upto mark as per the price of about 4. 5k per night. the property was quite old, with walls that were a bit shabby and untidy, sometimes even a bit depressing. however, what made me rate the stay a 4 was the exceptional hospitality. the staff were always smiling and extremely helpful. the gentleman who assisted us during check-in provided excellent information about touring the area. he was very honest and incredibly supportive. the property also has a small garden that i enjoyed, where i could hear birds chirping every morning. lastly, the location was fantastic—just a 10-minute walk from the railway station. despite being close to everything, the property remained calm and peaceful.FromDKK 69

We loved our stay at Enrise by Sayaji. A very clean and well maintained property, the staff is very courteous. The service is top notch. The facilities were very good too.
However I would have loved to have more variety in the breakfast spread. The buffet dinner had very few options so it was an average experience for us. But the staff is kind to take suggestions and have assured us that they work on improving.
