Stayed at triose for 2 nights. This was my third time and not disappointed at all. Excellent in all respects. Location is very near to central lonavala and market and at the same time very serene and peaceful. All amenities are provided by the hotel. It is very clean. Rooms are big enough. The breakfast spread is very good. They have a hi-tea also included. Service is very fast and they attend to issues very quickly. Strongly recommended for stay.From€40

It was a good stay, the rooms and facilities were nice, restaurant having lot of options, foods served was nice, however south indian food like dosa and uttapam were not upto the mark. Also it was insisted multiple times to use the inhouse spa services, which sometimes created irritation, however owner behaviour was awesome. Overall a good stay and i would like to give another visit whenever in lonavala.From€21

Location of property doesn't matter if u are travel-ling in your own vehicle rooms are well mopped with phenyl etc and so are the common areas outside rooms pool is maintained, but they can do better. Near the pool they don't stock bath towels, so before getting into pool get the bath towels first it has 2 pools current cook makes very yummy food, both veg and non veg. Breakfast is also a good spread however restaurant room service is veey slow. Think they have kept less staff. May is holiday season for kids, hence they need to keep good staff during season to manage a houseful l resort. Only chicken is available, no seafood hotel rates are reasonable. Have nearly 24 hrs hot water in washroom executive rooms have mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea/coffee bags etc toilet has good provision for shampoo and hair conditioner, handwash ac functions wellFrom€33

A beautiful resort with spacious clean rooms, well maintained lawn area, beautiful flowers and children’s play area is perfect for a weekend getaway with family. It is located right in the city center. The food is simple yet delicious. They also had complimentary services like the Hi tea, magic show and DJ night. Good for families with children. The property is centrally located and easily accessible. It is close to the main market and railway station. It is opposite a decent restaurant which has good food in case you do not want to opt for hotel food. The hotel accommodated my request of early check-in, although it was a little slow to deliver. The place has ample parking space within the property. The breakfast options are decent but very indian based. However the buffet will be started only when there are sufficient guests, otherwise you will get options only what they try to push. You have to ask for things like breas and butter without buffet breakfast even though you have prepaid. Upon asking the staff why there is no buffet they will flatly say that this is how the hotel functions. There is staff mr. Suryakant who was especially rude and said you can give whatever review you want and this is how we are. This nonchalant attitude was the most put off. He would have f aught with me more if it was not for hotel executive mr. Dig-amber coming to intervene and apologize. He was the only saving grace throughout otherwise slow service as atleast hospitality was provided by him on a 10/10 rating. The hotel amenities are good. Rooms are decent in size but bathrooms are small and cramped. Staffing is inadequate during weekdays as they do not keep much staff if there is no bookings. It was annoying to keep asking for functional tv, room slippers, room freshener, pool towel and open up the pool bathroom. As there was no staff to help out quickly. However they took care of most requests. Just a tad slow. The pool is clean. There is a game room which is newly done and has all amenities. Good for larger groups. Stayed for 2 nights. Friday and saturday. The place is overall family friendly. I wouldn't personally stay again as i did not find the amenities upto mark as per the price of about 4. 5k per night. I have had better service at lower prices.From€49

the property was quite old, with walls that were a bit shabby and untidy, sometimes even a bit depressing. however, what made me rate the stay a 4 was the exceptional hospitality. the staff were always smiling and extremely helpful. the gentleman who assisted us during check-in provided excellent information about touring the area. he was very honest and incredibly supportive. the property also has a small garden that i enjoyed, where i could hear birds chirping every morning. lastly, the location was fantastic—just a 10-minute walk from the railway station. despite being close to everything, the property remained calm and peaceful.From€8

Very bad experiance it is a small property bathrooms sanitary is not properly maintained. They have closed the resturent. They did not provided breakfast also so cancel-led the breakfast for both the days and asking for refund from mmtp/hotel but not received so far. Rooms and main intercom is not working u cannot contact staff for any service from room. You hv to go to reception for any service most of the time staff will not available at the reception. We loved our stay at Enrise by Sayaji. A very clean and well maintained property, the staff is very courteous. The service is top notch. The facilities were very good too.
However I would have loved to have more variety in the breakfast spread. The buffet dinner had very few options so it was an average experience for us. But the staff is kind to take suggestions and have assured us that they work on improving.

The overall experience is nice. The staff are extremely polite and very very helpful. We wanted a car for local sightseeing, they arranged it in a minute. The ambience is great. Food is to die for, I may visit the hotel again for that awesome Gujarati thali. Being a hardcore non-vegetarian and fish lover, I am happy to say that I am in love with their in house veg food. However, the executive rooms could be better. The rooms aren't as spacious and the TV in the room wasn't working, so we got shifted to a different room which didn't have fridge or a fancy bathroom.
