A decent resort has been turned into the most predatory tourist trap.
No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states.
Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket.
No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow.
The staff were helpful and friendly.

Absolutely a world-class resort hotel! The most commendable is the service team, with many people, fast running, and politeness. Every staff member, including engineers and gardeners, will greet guests politely when they see them. The environmental design responds to a Chinese ancient phrase: ”The mountains and rivers are doubtful, and there is no way to be doubted. We stayed for 5 days and made new discoveries every day. Not only has a swimming pool, but also a heated pool and a drifting pool. The night is particularly romantic. In addition to the restaurant's various styles, guests can also make reservations with the hotel, such as beach bonfires, poolside, etc., no less than a dozen scenes, of course, including wedding scenes. This place is beautiful, 35min-1hr from the airport 30min to Cabo San Lucas. When we arrived they told us we were in a lower level room than we paid for but we’re “upgrading us for free” to the room we had actually poked to begin with. This is a resort plow I have always found to be a turn off right at check in. The staff including Rafa at aqua were fun, funny, and friendly. Glad to share knowledge and help learn Spanish terms. The room was absolutely stunning and had everything that was listed in the advertisements. We try not to stay at the same resort twice as we like to experience variety. I love this place it’s beautiful I’ve been there before I need to tell you that food is terrible Also my wife feelt the same . everything was salty , bitter way to make sugar all the juices have a fake taste I tried pretty much close to 20 different things They tasted terrible Only fruit , milk and bread were tasty You need to do something about that My wife and I we were sick but I did not want to complain I will come back because I love your place hopefully food will taste better These few days your food was terrible and I’m not a picky eaterSOLD OUT

A great experience. I still feel like I haven't done it for three days. I am very comfortable to eat and live. The floor butler is very intimate. I quietly arranged the room on the birthday of my husband and gave us an unexpected surprise. The five restaurants in the hotel have their own characteristics. Several kinds of wine in the room are free to drink, but unfortunately they can't drink. Go swimming and fitness to do spa when you are full. Here you can forget the time and forget the troubles and forget everything outside. There are beautiful scenery and delicious food and beautiful enjoyment. In the morning, I watched the sunrise leap out of the sea, and at night I slept with the sound of the waves, especially decompression and healing. The most fun you can have on this side of 45’s Wall! This is a great resort, one of the better all inclusive because so many restaurants to choose from and three properties to access. Was very impressed with the covid procedures in place. Better than the US. My assigned butler Daniela was terrific. Available all hours to ask questions, makes reservations, find anything you need, she was my go-to the whole trip. Only complaints: Need better plush bath towels, ones provided in room feel like sandpaper, try drying off with a sunburn and it’s a new high of pain. Run tabs at the pool or bars. They request you sign your bill for everything you order every time you order. Makes accounting for your bill at the end of your stay a nightmare. No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states.
Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket.
No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
A nice resort, but not at all worth the insane prices paid.

Every staff member, including engineers and gardeners, will greet guests politely when they see them. The quality of the restaurant waiter is high, which may be the characteristics of Mexican workers. The environmental design responds to a Chinese ancient phrase: ”The mountains and rivers are doubtful, and there is no way to be doubted. We stayed for 5 days and made new discoveries every day. Not only has a swimming pool, but also a heated pool and a drifting pool. The night is particularly romantic. In addition to the restaurant's various styles, guests can also make reservations with the hotel, such as beach bonfires, poolside, etc., no less than a dozen scenes, of course, including wedding scenes. The restaurant has: Italian food, seafood, creative Thai food, Japanese food. Very rich. The mattress in the room is too high and must be climbed up. I don't know why. Clean up the room twice in the morning and evening. We went to the beach to watch the sunrise, shoot, and relax the journey of the mind and body. There is a strong exotic atmosphere!

|1.23km from city centerNot a 5 star resort. That's not saying it's not a nice resort, because it is, but 5 star resorts have top notch service. First ding, they don't pick you up at the airport, but you can have them set up transportation for you (at your added expense). The Taxi is $75 each way (I checked Uber and it was $55 and the taxi dude matched that price). We were able to catch a travel van on the way there from the airport for $17 a person. We had an ”executive suite” which was nice, not their best room but probably in the middle. They never changed the bed sheets in the entire 5 day/4 night stay. They made the bed, but never changed the sheets. They have a well stocked fridge and other goodies for a steep price. The problem is moving their crap out if you actually want to use the refrigerator. We were charged ”additional taxes” when we checked out as well. Only like $2-3 a day, but these should have been included in the price. The on-site sushi restaurant was not a good value. They charged us for items we didn't order and watch out for the $4.50 water. Our bill was $200 plus tip for two adults. Each had two margaritas, one appetizer (we had cancled after we told the waiter and he acknowledged, but came anyways) and two entrees. Portions were small, so definitely no ”leftovers”. The good. The included breakfast is excellent. Take advantage of that, eat a late breakfast (breakfast is over at noon, so be there no later than 11am) and that should tide you over until dinner. The location is great. Close to the marina/downtown but just far enough way that it's an easy walk and you stay out of that busyness. Overall, it's a nice 4 star (at best) resort.

My room was great - but friends room had issues (door fell off hinges, safe didn't work and hot water didn't work - when maintenance came to fix a yellow sludge came out of the pipes!), Awesome a la carte breakfast on ground floor (could have buffet of ALC) with delicious fresh food (much nicer than buffet). Fabulous location on the marina and free parking. This is my second stay and would stay again. This was my first Trip.com experience so was cautious - but it was awesome. I got a great hotel in Cabo for the lowest price of all platforms.

The only bummer was they wouldn’t honor my two bedroom that I had reserved through Trip.com. For some reason it came across as only a one bedroom. 3 gals in the room, but we managed with the sofa bed. Otherwise the resort is fabulous!

|2.1km from city centerWe’ve stayed a several resorts in Cabo, and this one is the best! The beach is unswimmable due to the undertow, but the water is beautiful and the waves are huge. The resort is immaculate, not a piece of trash anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is great. The drinks are pricey if you don’t do inclusive, but they are much better than what you’d normally find at inclusive hotels. Location is far enough away from things that it is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the harbor or downtown if you want.

When we arrived they told us we were in a lower level room than we paid for but we’re “upgrading us for free” to the room we had actually poked to begin with. This is a resort plow I have always found to be a turn off right at check in. The staff including Rafa at aqua were fun, funny, and friendly. Glad to share knowledge and help learn Spanish terms. The room was absolutely stunning and had everything that was listed in the advertisements. We try not to stay at the same resort twice as we like to experience variety. This resort may be an exception

|1.09km from city centerOur stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short.
The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way.
We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience.
The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity.
Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience.
Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room.
Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much.
In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo.
