Absolutely a world-class resort hotel! The most commendable is the service team, with many people, fast running, and politeness. Every staff member, including engineers and gardeners, will greet guests politely when they see them. The quality of the restaurant waiter is high, which may be the characteristics of Mexican workers. The environmental design responds to a Chinese ancient phrase: ”The mountains and rivers are doubtful, and there is no way to be doubted. We stayed for 5 days and made new discoveries every day. Not only has a swimming pool, but also a heated pool and a drifting pool. The night is particularly romantic. In addition to the restaurant's various styles, guests can also make reservations with the hotel, such as beach bonfires, poolside, etc., no less than a dozen scenes, of course, including wedding scenes. The restaurant has: Italian food, seafood, creative Thai food, Japanese food. Very rich. The mattress in the room is too high and must be climbed up. I don't know why. A great experience. I still feel like I haven't done it for three days. I am very comfortable to eat and live. The floor butler is very intimate. I quietly arranged the room on the birthday of my husband and gave us an unexpected surprise. The five restaurants in the hotel have their own characteristics. Several kinds of wine in the room are free to drink, but unfortunately they can't drink. Go swimming and fitness to do spa when you are full. Here you can forget the time and forget the troubles and forget everything outside. There are beautiful scenery and delicious food and beautiful enjoyment. In the morning, I watched the sunrise leap out of the sea, and at night I slept with the sound of the waves, especially decompression and healing. Facilities a little old, but good for the price, the concierge of the altitude category, terrible, it is not worth paying more to receive nothing extra.
Anyone can go up. At the altitude tower they never ask you for wristbands, except for “premium drinks” which are few and far between…
Many waiters, but almost no attention, zero activities, bar closes very early, a lot of noise on certain levels due to the ventilation, the elevator in the altitude tower did not work for 1 day. There are 8 floors.
Buffet always the same every day, dinners in restaurants are the same as in the buffet only a la carte and it takes up to 30-1hr waiting even when the place is not full, you have to transfer **** to the bottom from the lobby to make reservations for restaurants, with the cocierge in case of altitude, but you never feel that “plus” of extra payment, smaller rooms than in the one you see in photos, but they do their job.

A decent resort has been turned into the most predatory tourist trap.
No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states.
Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket.
No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow.
The staff were helpful and friendly.

Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.
I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs. This place is beautiful, 35min-1hr from the airport 30min to Cabo San Lucas. When we arrived they told us we were in a lower level room than we paid for but we’re “upgrading us for free” to the room we had actually poked to begin with. This is a resort plow I have always found to be a turn off right at check in. The staff including Rafa at aqua were fun, funny, and friendly. Glad to share knowledge and help learn Spanish terms. The room was absolutely stunning and had everything that was listed in the advertisements. We try not to stay at the same resort twice as we like to experience variety. The view is incredible! You may see sunrise and sunset at the property. Everything here is great! However, the airport shuttle service is provided for weekends and Monday only. This is an interesting resort. The location is a fair bit off the main road making it really peaceful. The resort is built on a cliff which means multiple levels of building. The pool was ok but needs a bit of renovation. You can’t swim in the ocean as there are many rocks and hence dangerous. It’s good for couple of nights but personally I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. Like all the resorts in the area everything is pricey and they have a captive audience!FromVND 3,714,997

The most fun you can have on this side of 45’s Wall! This is a great resort, one of the better all inclusive because so many restaurants to choose from and three properties to access. Was very impressed with the covid procedures in place. Better than the US. My assigned butler Daniela was terrific. Available all hours to ask questions, makes reservations, find anything you need, she was my go-to the whole trip. Only complaints: Need better plush bath towels, ones provided in room feel like sandpaper, try drying off with a sunburn and it’s a new high of pain. Run tabs at the pool or bars. They request you sign your bill for everything you order every time you order. Makes accounting for your bill at the end of your stay a nightmare.
