The service is extremely friendly and strives to please the customer, from reception to other areas (swimming pool, gardens, bar, restaurant, etc.).
As for the rooms, if you have the opportunity, stay in a room with a sea view. They are spacious, with large balconies and have all the amenities that allow for a comfortable stay. Impeccably clean, good mattress, pillows, bathrobes and perfectly working minibar. The decoration of the rooms, as indeed of the entire hotel, is very pleasant, however, care must be taken not to neglect its modernization/maintenance with regard to small details (walls, shower glass, wood, etc.) .
The breakfast is one of the most complete and quality (both in terms of offering, products and service) that we have experienced in Africa and, even, compared to many 5* European hotels.
Good location within the city of Maputo, the hotel restaurant has a good menu, and there are several restaurants in the area with very good options.FromSEK 1,682

Hotel is well located. Check-in is easy and efficient with all the details and amenities explained. Breakfast is scrumptious and service is great. I was disappointed with the fact that you do not have access to an iron and laundry service only opens at 7am. Be prepared to attend meetings with wrinkled clothing if you arrive at night. 2. The staff are professional and considerate to the guests. After I moved in, I found that the provided Wi-Fi can only connect to two devices. If there are more, they can’t connect. I called the front desk and they immediately found a way to get another account and returned it to the room. , Teach me how to use. The service staff are professional, always smiling and very enthusiastic.
3. The room facilities are good, the bed is good, and it feels relatively high-end.

4. The hotel entrance and lobby are too unassuming. When I checked in, I thought it was broken and my mind was beaten.
5. You can’t take a bath in the room bath. Standing in the bath, the water is easy to spill on the ground and get a lot of water on the ground.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel starting from the receptionists (very friendly and helpful people) the room service, cleanliness of the rooms and their good breakfast to mention but a few. If I visit Mozambique again, i will definitely choose this hotel again.

The service is extremely friendly and strives to please the customer, from reception to other areas (swimming pool, gardens, bar, restaurant, etc.).
As for the rooms, if you have the opportunity, stay in a room with a sea view. They are spacious, with large balconies and have all the amenities that allow for a comfortable stay. Impeccably clean, good mattress, pillows, bathrobes and perfectly working minibar. The decoration of the rooms, as indeed of the entire hotel, is very pleasant, however, care must be taken not to neglect its modernization/maintenance with regard to small details (walls, shower glass, wood, etc.) .
The breakfast is one of the most complete and quality (both in terms of offering, products and service) that we have experienced in Africa and, even, compared to many 5* European hotels.
Good location within the city of Maputo, the hotel restaurant has a good menu, and there are several restaurants in the area with very good options.FromSEK 1,682

Hotel is well located. Check-in is easy and efficient with all the details and amenities explained. Breakfast is scrumptious and service is great. I was disappointed with the fact that you do not have access to an iron and laundry service only opens at 7am. Be prepared to attend meetings with wrinkled clothing if you arrive at night. The location is good, 20 minutes by vehicle to the Airport, the Shopping Malls & restaurants are near by. The staff are having good service attitude, The room is clean and tidy, new cluster decoration. The breakfast is average but satisfactory for a business traveller like me. The place on a whole was nice the staff here were friendly and polite and very helpful especially the housekeepers. There was a few issues in regards to the room such as the AC TVS’s safe shower head leaking. The tv issue got resolved after three days being with no signal the AC issues well maintenance came but did nothing to resolve the issues there was a leak in the bedroom with regards to the AC but I had to fix that leak myself mentioned the leak in the bathroom regarding shower head and was told that he would come back the following day but that following day didn’t happen at all so I stopped complaining. Internet was also another issue going down quite frequently but that was managed very well once I made them aware of it. But for a value for money hotel I can suggest it but just be sure to know you may have issues or this was a one off issue with my room these are some views from the room

The place was nice comfortable, the guy at reception is really nice and helpful. Location if you're looking to be in the downtown hustle and bustle area is key. The only bad experience was the cleaning stuff searching through my stuff and making it obvious that someone was looking for cash coz my passport was not taken, so if management can address this with the cleaning team. The hotel is located in the embassy area. We experienced the strike after the presidential election that day, but the hotel is very safe. Police patrols pass by from time to time. There is a Chinese restaurant with good food. It seems to be a hotel opened by Anhui Foreign Economic and Trade Office.
