Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. The staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. There was a very nice breakfast laid on for us in the morning and it was plentiful to say the least.
Only issue was that the wi fi was poor and there didn’t seem to be anyway of improving this especially if you need it for work as we did.
It seemed to only just be getting up and running though so I’m sure these factors will be ironed out.

The location of the hotel is a little biased. In the industrial park near the port, you can take the bus No. 12 from the long-distance passenger station. It arrives at 8 am. The front desk will check in in advance. The service attitude is particularly good. Overall, it is very similar to the economic hotel near Guangzhou Airport. The bedroom was very well designed, Bed & pillows extremely comfortable. It was great to have a duvet that was actually bigger than the bed. Shower was brilliant & great to have a hairdryer that was not attached to the wall, making it easier to style your hair. ALL staff were very helpful, polite & friendly. hope exam went well!). Food could have been a little hotter at times, but other than that it was plentiful and of good quality. All drinks were also of good quality & again a good selection of local & imports.
