The renovated Seda Centrio were pleasantly alluring and minimalistic. I like the warm Filipino hospitality imbibe into its rooms, amenities, and also the wonderful staff. Great choices of Breakfast buffet down to their in-house dining. The pool and the gym were renovated as well as the whole building was glammed up to the standards. Recommended for those who want to stay in CDO and feel the ”Mabuhay!” spirit.

The room was clean but quite small, with no proper space to set up a laptop, which made working uncomfortable. The breakfast was served on time, but the portion was noticeably small. Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of space and breakfast serving size.

Lim Ket Kai Luxe has been my go-to hotel in Cagayan de Oro. Mainly because there are very few choices. Rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet has enough selections and variety. It is most ideal because of its location. Accessible to all sorts of transportation (public, TNVS, etc), while it is geographically far from the Laguindingan Airport, the airport shuttle service terminal is located strategically at the Lim Ket Kai Mall nearby. A big plus for those who plan to commute to and from the airport. The hotel also has a decent swimming pool and fitness and wellness center (although I didn't get to visit and use this trip).

You wouldn’t worry about the cleanliness because the rooms is neat and tidy. The location of the hotel is also nice because it is just beside the SM mall making it convenient for the tenants. The service is good, they respond immediately for things that we have concern of. Lastly, the amenities are perfect, they have soft beds that are comfortable, they have enough comforters and towels for every possible tenants, they also have a shower which you can just change the temperature depending on what you prefer, they also have a blow dryer that you can use to dry your hair. It was amazing overall, I strongly recommend the Red Planet Hotel!!

Very clean, modernised rooms, bed very comfortable, aircon old style hole in the wall mounted but okay, and key card which also turns on the power. Unfortunately, fridge and aircon go off too when you go out. After the bad rap breakfast has been getting, we made sure we went early (soon after opening at 6.00am), and it was more than satisfactory. Two staff were trying very hard to make sure we were happy... probably as a consequence of the bad reviews. Front desk very efficient, very handy commercial laundromat on ground floor where you can wash and dry two suitcases full of clothes for 260 pesos. A couple of minor issues we had were dealt with straight away. Very central location with a 5 minute walk to several shopping malls. CONS: Trip.com does not warn you that you will have to pay 2000 peso refundable deposit when you arrive.

You got what you pay for. It's okay for a couple of days to stay. The staff are great and the location is even better

Location is good and easily accessible, just a stone's throw away from Masterson Ave. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Highly recommended.

The room is fine, its just that when I request for cleaning, they did floor sweeping only as its beyond 5pm and no housekeeping is available. But when we came back, the room smelled like poop. 😒 we just clean the floor with a wet wipes since they cant do anything as the housekeeping is only available during 8-5pm 🙄 Bathroom has no bidet too 😔

Loved my time at this condo. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of Manila Bay. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the ocation is convenient—close to malls and restaurants. Lobby can get busy at times, but overall it was a smooth and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend!

The Location is great it is in the heart of the city near to Banks & restaurants but room is old and the aircon is not so cold
