Excellent food and restaurant options. I wished the evening buffet opened before 7 pm. My only disappointment is that the many swimming pools close at 6 pm.

Traveling with my son, we booked a package that includes three meals. This is an older hotel, the decoration is not new, but the overall maintenance is still very good, the management is standardized, and the staff is well-trained. The architectural planning of the entire park is well-arranged, with the relaxation and stretching of a resort hotel, the gardens and plants are well maintained, and there is its own private beach. The swimming pool uses sea water, which is comfortable. The view and scale of the room are quite comfortable. When the weather is good, dinner is in the open air. The singer's voice is very mellow, and there is a dance performance afterwards (the dancers should be hotel employees,) The atmosphere is very good. During the day, there will be someone smiling at you anywhere in the hotel? And ask if you need help or service. Special thanks to Pamela, her interaction and companionship with the children left a deep impression on the children, and my son likes her very much. In addition to the interaction by the pool and at dinner, they also made bracelets together. Let the children have a relaxing and happy time. The only drawback is that there are almost no vegetables at breakfast, and the flavor is relatively simple compared to dinner. If I come again next time, I probably won’t consider this mode of including three meals.

The room was OK, but there were some bugs and ants. I only gave a bad review for the room card. The air conditioner was out of power and could not work. It was very hot every day when I walked in from outside. The hotel is directly connected to the public beach, which is quite convenient. You can go to the beach at any time.

The location of hotel is good, the view of room is amazing but we didn't have warm water for taking a shower, you must take a shower with salty cold water, and the staff only say ”sorry”. It's suitable for short-term.

The Lake view room was a lot worse than the other one that I stayed in. The humidity was awful. The air-conditioning doesn't work properly and have enough of an effect. The internet did work better though. The rooms away from the lake are more spacious and better ventilated.  Nonetheless, as a whole it is a good hotel. 

Wonderful location, walking distance to Fort Jesus. Great breakfast, lovely restaurant. Comfortable room with free coffee and tea, rooms with balcony facing street or to courtyard. Very friendly and professional staff, a truly welcoming place. Historic building, well preserved.

Hotel is small but quiet, comfortable rooms, swimming pool is not deep enough for adult people to swim.Stuff was very friendly.Problem was in restaurant with Chef.

I was really amazed when I walked in. The environment is very good, the best in the surroundings, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The space in the store is not very large, but the layout is very centralized, and the lighting rendering is also very atmospheric. The restaurant environment is very quiet, and the dishes are as exquisite as always, and the portions are also very large. Good reviews! Appearance is justice, the environment is very clean, and I am very satisfied with my family coming here to celebrate the anniversary! This price is really much more cost-effective than other platforms, and the environment and hygiene are not inferior to other places. It is really a must-come

For a convenient one night’s stay in downtown Mombassa, this hotel offered good value for money. The swimming pool on the rooftop was refreshing and the breakfast was good. The hotel has obviously seen better days but it was good for price paid. Cafe next door is great.
