Everything was great. My husband and I spent 2 nights during their slow season. Hotel was clean, room was great, and staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.
At the time of our visit, the outdoor fire pit was under construction and the off site gondolas were closed for repairs, but the staff encouraged us to explore the village on hikes and gave of recommendations for other activities nearby.

Very comfortable room, equipped with a kitchen, the layout is very reasonable, but it's a pity that I couldn't experience the feeling of the fireplace in winter. However, there is an extra charge for lighting a fire in the fireplace, and the laundry service is charged but self-service, and I was not able to use it successfully. The location of the hotel is very convenient for walking around the center and climbing up the hill to watch the sunset. It is worth recommending. The location is super good, just a few minutes' walk from the free cable car ride point, and close to the mountain villa commercial district. You can park your car temporarily on the roadside in front of the hotel, complete the check-in procedures and get a parking card, and then park your car in the hotel's indoor parking lot (an additional parking fee of 26.05 Canadian dollars will be charged).
The hotel breakfast variety is not rich, but this room price is very cost-effective for breakfast included.

Le motel est situé juste à côté de la route transcanadienne, mais heureusement, une fois dans la chambre, le bruit des voitures est vraiment atténué. Il y avait une odeur bizarre dans notre chambre. La gérante nous a dit que la ventilation dans la salle de bain devrait être changée en novembre 2025, et on l'espère car celle-ci est très bruyante !

旅舍就在免費纜車終點站附近，我們從旅舍出發穿過圖3的房子就到上山頂的纜車那兒。秋天的翠湖山莊美不勝收，可惜手機在山頂實在拍不出什麼好效果。我們以為纜車上去還可以繼續行走，原來上去就是山頂了。雖然山頂有個360度環形路，但是畢竟都衹是看大景。有時間的話建議還是選擇一個單程纜車就好。我們從小鎮走到費爾蒙酒店那邊大馬路，發現馬路邊有個小樹林，裏面的楓葉景也是非常迷人，拍照絕美（圖8）。

Were given a two story room. It was horrible. Room was extremely dated with dark walls, awful wallpaper, uncomfortable furniture, old appliances in kitchenette. Had to go down about 15 steep stairs to get to bedroom, which is not fun for a retired couple. Room service was non-existent. View was a forest. Trip from elevator to our room was down a very long, dark hallway. Had no way to control air conditioning, so room was freezing. Only benefit was gas fireplace which we used to warm up.
Hotel itself was in excellent location - in heart of Mont Tremblant Village. Walking distance to everything - go carts, rock climbing, zip lining, trampoline, restaurants. Plenty for families to do. Everything was great. My husband and I spent 2 nights during their slow season. Hotel was clean, room was great, and staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.
At the time of our visit, the outdoor fire pit was under construction and the off site gondolas were closed for repairs, but the staff encouraged us to explore the village on hikes and gave of recommendations for other activities nearby.

The hotel breakfast variety is not rich, but this room price is very cost-effective for breakfast included.
