Our experience during the stay was quite disappointing. When we checked in, the rooms were not ready, which was unexpected and inconvenient. Basic amenities like towels were missing, and i had to repeatedly call the reception to get them provided. The food quality was average at best, falling short of expectations. Additionally, the facilities offered were very basic and did not justify the high charges.
