La cocina tiene de todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia más acogedora. No se escuchaba nada de ruidos que para nosotros es un un prescindible. Estuvimos en la 5 planta. La única pega, por decir algo, es que te dan de cortesía unas muestras de gel y champú pero cuando lo necesité, en recepción, me dieron. Centro comercial muy cerca. Además que el hotel tiene supermercado, gym, mini golf , pista de tenis y te dejan toallas para la piscina!! Tambien hay v un servicio de minibus gratuito que a cada hora te acerca a la playa de Maspalomas! Es increíble! Muy recomendable! Repetiremos!Hot spring

Yesterday, I just arrived at the time and I couldn’t decide whether to book this for three days. I originally decided to bring the baby before leaving or to come by myself. We have wanted to stay at AxelBeach for a while. People told us it's just an expensive old hotel, but because of the name it stays busy. Well, unfortunately that is the case. The rooms look like they haven't been updated for 50 years. The TV is old and the wires behind it were frayed so badly it didn't have a signal. And the mattresses are so thin and uncomfortable I woke up yesterday with pain shooting down my lower back and legs. There's no excuse for cheap pillows and mattresses if you're going to charge this much. And we had a suite!
It's like they're happy taking the *** $ but not meeting our expectations with that money. Other places to stay are much nicer. But on a positive note, the staff are absolutely incredible. They were always so friendly and helpful. I just wish that we had a better experience with the rooms.

The facility and the room are very nice. The pool was freezing cold, the heated poll worked like that. The food & drinks need improvement. Sometimes less is more ;-) focusing more on quality would be recommended! We had a dispute about the booking and had to pay extra. However, we did nothing wrong and had to show our confirmation again and again. We found this very unpleasant. There were also difficulties returning the towels. We'll be surprised as to whether our €50 security fee will be charged to the credit card or not. Overall the stay was ok, but we wouldn't come back or recommend it to others.

Excellent laid back and friendly hotel with a wonderful pool and delicious breakfast. Location was 15 minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very handy for airport transport on a good local bus service (line 66) room was spacious and comfortable. Good shower. Staff were obliging and kind. Will definitely return.

The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are large.
Disadvantages:
The cleaning service first thing in the morning is quite noisy, not precisely because of the noise of the appliances, but because the cleaners shout to talk. I consider it a lack of respect, professionalism and consideration for the people who have paid for a break violated by that bad attitude. It happened to me on a Sunday at 8.00am.
The breakfast, good fruit, but a lot of industrial and little native food abounds.

The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are large.
Disadvantages:
The cleaning service first thing in the morning is quite noisy, not precisely because of the noise of the appliances, but because the cleaners shout to talk. I consider it a lack of respect, professionalism and consideration for the people who have paid for a break violated by that bad attitude. It happened to me on a Sunday at 8.00am.
The breakfast, good fruit, but a lot of industrial and little native food abounds.
