Everything was good: a delicious lunch, a clean room ... while 12.05.21 to my friends in the room a drunken man did not break into the room and did not start smoking in the hall. The girls locked up in the room and called me. The man replied to the request to leave the room and I went to the administrator's counter. On my request to call the police, the administrator replied with the refusal. On request to call the security, I received the answer that the guard performs the same role as the driver, and at the moment left to take people to the airport. But as soon as he returns, he will come and help. No additional action before I was forced to start video-shot, administrators did not. Moreover, when I turned on the camera, the administrator started to shoot me in response. (Client-oriented and service at the height). And only after that, the administrator did not want to call the driver's guard on the phone, who appeared to have not left yet. Of course, when the guard with the administrator and I finally got up to the room, the violator had already quietly smoked and left. The administrator didn't even stumble about the fine for smoking in the room. The funny thing was that when I came down for dinner an hour later, I saw the same man drinking strong alcohol at the bar quietly. When I finished dinner, the man had already shown obvious signs of strong intoxication and could not move exactly, however, at the first request, he was sold to him still alcohol. Apparently, generous tips for the Aviation Hotel workers are much more important than the safety of guests, their comfort and reputation of the hotel.
