We enjoyed our stay at Henann Regency (despite the monsoon and typhoon during the time of our visit). The staff let us check-in earlier than scheduled because the room was ready by the time we arrived at 1:00 PM. The direct pool access is very nice, especially if you are coming with kids. They provide pitcher and water dispenser along the hallways which contributes to minimal use of plastic bottles. The breakfast buffet is also nice. There are three restaurants to choose from facing the beach, Mesa for Filipino food, HapChan for Chinese and Christina’s, which I do not recommend because of their silly policy of not allowing children to be in their restaurant (bad experience during the time of our visit, it was raining heavily and there’s no guest inside but they still told us that we could not dine in Christina’s because we have a 2 year old baby with us; they asked us to sit in HapChan and pay for the premium price of Christina’s food). Christina’s management is not under Henann but just avoid going there if you are with a family and I hope Henann will do something about this. But overall, we had a nice short trip in Boracay in a stormy season 😂FromMYR 227

We chose a transfer from airport through ferry port and onto hotel, whilst it was and did bypass certain obstacles i wasn't left feeling it was anything special. On arrival promptly told they needed a big deposit for room and listed all the dos and don't which will result in the loss of it. Then we found major building work was going on next door and overlooking the roof got infinity pool. No bar, buffet dinning which was normally cold and just waiting for a food pointing case. Henan Lagoon is the best; this is my second stay, and they always do their best to serve well. All staff are friendly and very accommodating. Clean towels are provided daily along with beach towels. The buffet breakfast is great, though we usually just eat bread in the morning. I love staying here. It’s worth the price. They also offer tours for island hopping. Highly recommend!FromMYR 183

We had a really pleasant stay at Henann Garden Resort. It’s definitely a great choice for families, especially if you want to be close to everything. The location is very convenient—Station 2, close to D’Mall, restaurants, shops, and just a short walk to the beach.
We also really appreciated that the hotel accommodated our early check-in upon arrival. This was a big plus, especially when traveling with a child.
The resort itself is spacious, with several pools and plenty of areas to relax. The direct access to the beach was also very convenient, so we didn’t have to walk far with our little one.
Overall, Henann Garden is a very family-friendly and convenient place to stay in Boracay. Great location, good facilities, and accommodating staff. Would definitely consider staying here again!FromMYR 217

We stayed in Boracay for 8 days, and Paradise Garden Resort was the third hotel we checked into during the trip. Surprisingly, among all the hotels we stayed at, Paradise Garden was one of the more affordable ones yet it ended up giving us one of the best overall experiences.
We’re currently staying at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay, which has a higher rate and supposedly more premium services, but honestly, Paradise Garden stood out so much more because of how consistent and exceptional their service was.
From the moment we arrived, the experience already felt smooth and welcoming. The lobby had plenty of seating for guests checking in and out, which was a huge relief especially after being out in the heat. Check-in was hassle-free, and we were even allowed to check in earlier than the standard 2 PM time. Someone also personally assisted us to our room which makes sense because the property itself is huge.
At first, I thought we wouldn’t even use the pools because, well, you’re already in Boracay. But surprisingly, we still enjoyed them a lot. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and not a hassle to use at all. The resort itself definitely shows its age, and you can tell it has been operating for a long time, but despite that, the service remained exceptional.
The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating. I also loved that they had a beachfront area exclusively for Paradise Garden guests. We were able to borrow beach towels for free, and the seating area in front was actually really nice. There were also thoughtful extras like live band performances, massage services by the beach, and even a pool area with a functioning open bar not just something “for display,” but something guests could genuinely enjoy.
The room itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’m very particular about beds and sheets when staying at hotels, and I honestly slept so well there. Our experience was so good that I genuinely wished we had stayed there for three days instead of just one night.
Even checking out was seamless. No issues, no stress
just consistently good service from start to finish. That’s probably the best way I can describe Paradise Garden: consistent.
Out of the four hotels we stayed at during this Boracay trip, Paradise Garden is honestly the one I would choose to return to. For me, it’s such an underrated hidden gem in Boracay.FromMYR 122

Had an amazing, peaceful vacation at Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay! The location at Station 3 is perfect—right on White Beach but away from the noisy crowds of Station 2. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful balcony view. Stepping right out of the hotel onto the sand was incredible. I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. I was due to stay for 1 week but due to the 2 typhoons hitting my next 2 islands badly, I decided to extend my stay up to 3 weeks.
My pool view room was great. Purified water in my room daily. Complimentary swimwear drying if needed, microwave and fridge, kettle etc.
the location is fantastic, on station 3, straight out onto the beach in the hub of everything but also quiet to sleep at night. The beach and water was particularly nice right outside.
After the typhoons, some debris got washed up onto the beach for a couple of days but everyone pitched in and cleaned it straight away.
The very best thing about this hotel though is the staff.
They are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much bother and theres no agenda either, not looking for tips but grateful if you give them one.
They knew my name, my room number, went out of the way to check I was ok.
The pools and the whole hotel were constantly cleaned.
I actually cried when I had to leave. The staff even gathered in reception to see me off.It felt like home & I will go back again one day soon!FromMYR 230

I love that we have access to the beach that faces the sunrise. The beach was nice and clean and not crowded. The breakfast spread changes everyday and food is delicious. Nice pool. Quie and peaceful. Staff are helpful and friendly. Perfect for digital nomads because internet is very fast. There's a 7-11 in the area so you can grab some food at anytime. This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. The hotel is huge. It's a bit of a walk to the breakfast area. Also, this area is exclusive to hotel guests, as there's nothing else nearby. The beach is beautiful, but with so many guests, it feels a bit less private. The hotel's luxury feels more Western than Asian, which was a bit over-the-top for me and made it hard to relax. Our stay at Alta Vista Hotel was truly unforgettable, especially since this was our self-gift birthday celebration. Thankful kami sa discount for our 1-day extension, plus the special-time shuttle pickup on our last day and the packed breakfast pabaon—sobrang thoughtful!
A big thank you din for the birthday cake surprise, it really meant a lot to us. Special mention to the manager and the whole team for going the extra mile.
We also loved all the packages included, especially the trips to Puka Beach and Ilig-Iligan Beach with towels and on-time pickup—very organized and hassle-free. The place is peaceful, spacious, and perfect if you want a quiet environment. The facilities are great, and the staff are super friendly—nakikipagbiruan pa special to mention Mr. Forever (Denmark 🥰)kaya ang saya ng vibe!
The food was unli and super nakakabusog—talagang overwhelming in a good way. Though the pool was not fully functional, okay lang because they provided hourly shuttle service going outside.
Honestly, nahirapan kami maghanap ng affordable yet quiet and relaxing hotel, but choosing Alta Vista met almost all our expectations.

So let's begin with the positives. The staff is excellent, beyond excellent they will go out of everything to make you feel accommodated. They are unbelievably attentive. Another positive aspect is its location which is literally right on the sand. Can't get much closer to the beach than this hotel. And did I mention that the staff was very accommodating? When you want to lounge on the beach, the staff will rush out immediately to position the lounges and put towels down. They truly work hard to assist your every need when you are on the beach. An improvement would be updated lounge chairs with cushions but you are not lounging on the sand unless you want to.
So as I said, I want to start off with a positive but there are serious negatives about this hotel in fact to the point at which I would suggest booking a different hotel if at all possible. First on the list of negatives is that the food at the restaurant is less than mediocre. Yes you will get breakfast but in all honesty, you might just want to pass that up. Nothing is kept hot...nothing. Everything is served lukewarm or cold except for the eggs which they do make right away...the fresh cooked eggs is the only exception to luke-warm or in some cases even slightly undercooked food. However, what should be cold is never cold, for example even though the milk has a sign that says cold milk it is always room temperature as well as the juices. The cold milk is warm...always,,,,while the food that should be warm or hot is always cold or virtually well on its way to being cold. It's interesting that even though they have the small gas flame burners at the bottom of containers for food, they are never on. Additionally I would recommend that if you are not accustomed to luke-warm to cold Filipino style food again, you may want stay eat somewhere else because most of the food served is Filipino style and while Filipino food can be quite good, not here.
Now for the accommodations. The rooms are at best motel style rooms with the AC blasting down on you constantly. Your only alternative is to turn the AC on and off throughout the night to get a break. The rooms themselves are rustic and extremely noisy because everything faces the courtyard and you have concrete surrounding you so it echoes in any conversation especially at night. Sound just echoes throughout the entire place. There is constant noise so bring your ear plugs.
I will say, staff keeps everything very clean so no problems there at all. It's just that the entire facility is not well-designed or well maintained for most travelers' expectations. For example, The hot water in the shower it's turned on similar to a faucet bathtub style but the water literally trickles out (at least in my room). Fortunately you do get some hot water coming through the shower head and while it is barely enough to take a shower, it is not what you would expect at a hotel price.
I selected this hotel because it has so many good reviews online and it has a lot of 10s out of10s. One site lists it as 4.9 out of 5, I thought that was great but after a few nights, I am convinced that these reviews are from the owners, owner friends or staff or perhaps all of them. It is completely beyond my imagination that this hotel can get those kinds of reviews especially as there are other hotels that are around to compare with. I have traveled a lot and this is probably not more then a five to six at most out of 10 and the only reason it's that high because of staff. Upon checking in, we received welcome sweets that weren't very tasty! (But they looked cute, so I was happy).
The hotel had a few restaurants, but there was a Filipino restaurant and a mall nearby that caught our eye, so we ate lunch and dinner there.
The breakfast area had high ceilings and felt very open and spacious! There was a wide variety of delicious food.
One thing to note is that the locations of the pools other than the main one were a bit hard to find. Also, when I was walking around the hotel at night, I encountered large bugs and frogs! 😭FromMYR 838

The downtown part was crowded and you can’t walk 3 steps without your pathway getting blocked by people trying to sell you tours. Not at Henann Prime!
In the morning you can be at the calmest beach, and in the afternoon you can be inside one of the best pools in the island. There’s food and massage services both by the pool, and in your room! You can also pay to play volleyball on the sand. It doesn’t even hurt when you fall! Overall, amazing!

Meggy IguironOur stay in Calypso lasted 3 days and 2 nights, and the first thing I appreciated was the location; it’s close to the road access for e-trikes, and literally beach front so you don’t have to look far to go for a swim or start your morning stroll along the coast.
They offered plated breakfast options in Sansi that had a nice assortment of Filipino silogs and interncontinental plates that I enjoyed. However, the staff can be a little careless in preparing the food. I ordered extra sausages, and one still had the plastic film around it.
Reception also requires a lot of proactivity if you want your room cleaned, need a hair dryer, or your beach towels provided for. Not a huge deal personally because people in the front desk are easy to communicate with, but more effort in voluntarily doing so would have been appreciated.
For the price I booked for 2 superior rooms, and the prime location, I would still say that the experience was overall pleasant with little room for improvement.
Also, there’s a cute cat in the area! Make sure to say hi!

Must try is the White Barn. The Pad Thai is so good!!
We also loved the VIP experience with their airport pickup service. They took care of our luggage and made everything smooth and hassle-free. It was the perfect way to celebrate my husband’s birthday! ❤️

Irish ☘️Good location just a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants & a severe eleven just 2 minutes around the corner also. Loved the balcony at this hotel & the room was very spacious. Comfortable bed. Only complaint is one day I came back from a tour all sweaty & the shower was not working which was very annoying. However, the couple running this hotel are very friendly & helpful.

Had a great stay at Eurotel! The place was clean, cozy, and very affordable for its quality. The staff were accommodating and approachable, making the whole stay smooth and comfortable.
Maganda rin yung location since accessible sa mga establishments and transportation. The room was well-maintained and relaxing, perfect for both short stays and quick getaways. Sulit talaga for the price!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable place to stay. Will definitely book again! 😊
