All right, the hotel and its location. The only really uncomfortable detail was the following: the towels were new and placed them without being washed before, they had a kind of strong chemical smell and when drying did not absorb the water and left you all the body full of pelvis. It was really unpleasant that all the towels for the body were so, I commented at the reception and told me they were new and by error they put them without washing before.From$62

This was a lovely hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and in a great location to walk around Pamplona. We were on a group tour and our included meal for dinner was absolutely terrible. Salad as a starter was bland, main course was some form of re formed/manufactured chicken in bechamel sauce in bread crumbs with two boiled potatoes that looked like they had been wacked with a hammer, tasteless. Dessert wasn’t much better, some type of yoghurt which didn’t taste very nice with what I think was frozen, not fresh tasteless fruit garnished on the top. Most of the group left most of their food. We were put in a separate room which wasn’t very inviting and I felt like a 2nd class citizen compared to the other residents. Breakfast wasn’t much better, we were put back in the separate room, limited selection of food compared to what was being offered to other residents. The hotel and the tour company we were with need to address this issue as it was an absolutely awful experience.From$132

We had a twin room (on a tour) facing the street but there was absolutely no noise. The windows were double glazed and easy to open. The room was spacious enough to open two suitcases without tripping over each other. The beds, although they seemed hard, were remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, shampoo, body wash and soap provided. Towels large and the shower over the bath was a good size, good water pressure and a welcome change. Breakfast was great. No cereal but hot choices as well as breads, hams,cheeses. Nice hot coffee that doesn’t come out of a machine. One issue was the lifts and this is just being picky. They stop at floors you didn’t request, they close VERY quickly and will continue to close even if you stand in the doorway. And they really are tiny! However would definitely recommend this hotel.From$75

Our first stay in this hotel on our very first visit to Pamplona. Coming in after a long journey and arriving late in the evening, check in was quick and easy, and we moved to our room. First observation.... - Decent size for two people, however less space for large suitcases - Bed unstable and moves, base of the bed is not heavy and therefore when you lean or slide it moves - No dustbins in the room - No tea kettle and tea in the room - Pillows uncomfortable, no choice The hotel has a great location from where there are several buses and taxis to city centre and other places. University of Navarra is walking distance. Quite a few restaurants and cafes in the surrounding. The Hotel also has a Europa Car desk. Due to COVID-19 limited services like everywhere. I was able to use the small business centre for work. MOST DISAPPOINTING - PATHETIC INTERNET CONNECTION in the room. I tried three connections and none of them would work in the room. We had to always sit on the floor near the door or come down to the lobby. For this reason alone I will avoid this hotel in the future. It was a struggle for 6 days. Breakfast has two menu options. One large around 13.50 Euros and the other smaller approx 8.80 Euros. Not sure why the breakfast cant be added to the room. Breakfast spread is quite good. The Kitchen is flexible, we wanted eggs instead of ham and it was catered. Washroom has a big old style plastic dustbin enough to pack a suitcase......toiletries are not of superior quality, leaves skin dry and the bath gel is very hard on the skin. HK is kind of ok, room floors are not cleaned everyday, leaving dust, hairs on the floor both in room and washroom and had to be specifically mentioned at the front office. Front office was very helpful with queries and print outs, etc. The lady in the morning and Enrique deserve special mention as being very nice and helpful. At the same time there was one very rude, misbehaved and arrogant front office staff (male) who answered rudely the phone. When he was asked that it was already time and breakfast was still not there, he had the cheek to say it was still not time in his watch. I dont remember the name but he should not be allowed to be part of reception and customer contacts. Overall it was an ok stay, had it not been for Enrique and the lady in the front office, we would have perhaps checked out mid stay. Hope services are improved and surely the hotel can do much better. Thank you.From$102

The hotel is in an excellent location in Pamplona, but you cannot reach it by car - at least not with your own (perhaps taxis have a permit, I don't know). However, the parking option they offer is very convenient. You go to a very close-by public underground parking and give the ticket to the hotel front desk, which will charge you a discounted rate. Get the instructions from the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the balcony looked out onto a square (Plaza Consistorial) right in front of the City Hall (Ayuntamiento), itself a very attractive old building. Breakfast is in the adjacent bar and good for what it is. Staff at the front desk is efficient and friendly enough; staff at the bar is more uneven - some very friendly and others less so. All in all a very convenient and reasonable option for a Pamplona vacation, very close to wonderful restaurants and the in the center of the old town. Recommended.From$85

On the edge of the city center plaza de castillo and the bullring, the large and small attractions are within walking distance, and the pamplona bus station is also a 10-minute walk. The facade is small and the inside is soundproof, but the single room faces inward and the window is a patio, so it is not noisy at night. The sparrow in the room is small and complete. The Michelin restaurant in the lobby, you can enjoy the special package of guests, which is very worth it. |1.68km from city centerI had not been here since before the pandemic, so it was great to be back and meet the friendly, kind, helpful staff that works in this hotel. It is located in the modern part of Pamplona/Iruña, which is not especially beautifuf, but if you don't have your own vehicle, it is very close to the train station and still within walking distance to the old town (20-25 minutes). There is as well a city bus-stop 3 minutes away from the hotel's entrance, where bus nº21 stops and takes you to Pamplona main bus station. The hotel's inside is modern, comfortable, clean and welcoming. There is a lift, good wifi and a computer for guests beside the breakfast room. The rooms are also comfortable and well-equipped, the en-suite bathroom is very modern and clean too, and the breakfast-buffet is good and filling.

Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Ese punto es muy positivo. El baño limpio y amplio, pero muy oscuro. Triste, pero positivo también. El aire acondicionado de la habitación potente, pero en los espacios comunes no hay nada. En agosto era un horno, supongo que en enero será una nevera. La recepción es la zona más triste y sucia. Te hunde la moral solo con verla. Es una mala primera impresión (y si le sumas la máquina de vending, ya....). El check-in digital es la opción de este establecimiento. Me parece una mala decisión, y más si tenemos en cuenta el barrio en el que se ubica este hostal (complicado a partir de ciertas horas de la noche, como para que algo no funcione bien, y te quedes en la calle.... ). Por cierto, el establecimiento está pared con pared con una gasolinera. Este hotel es la solución para grupos de jóvenes (el wifi es muy bueno) o parejas con dos hijos. Pero a nosotros no nos compensó, porque acabamos pagando 260€ por una noche las cinco personas en un hostal de 2 estrellas. No volveremos. m.

|0.47km from city centerI spent two nights at the Aloha Hostel and I definitely recommend this place. Pamplona was where I would begin the Camino de Santiago and the Aloha Hostel was a great place to stay at before the hard work began. I stayed in a private room on the third floor. Room 6 in the 3A portion, which was clean and extremely spacious. I shared the bathroom with only 2 other rooms, which was great. There was a TV and an armoire to store my clothes. With three beds, I figure this one is often used as a family room. And for 36 euro a night, it was a bargain. There is a small kitchen and a common room, as well as an outside terrace where you can hang out. Wifi worked well throughout the hostel. It's only a short walk to the old town and everything you need is within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast is basic, but it does the job. Definitely a comfortable and welcoming stop on the Camino!

|0.79km from city centerThe hotel is in an excellent location in Pamplona, but you cannot reach it by car - at least not with your own (perhaps taxis have a permit, I don't know). However, the parking option they offer is very convenient. You go to a very close-by public underground parking and give the ticket to the hotel front desk, which will charge you a discounted rate. Get the instructions from the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the balcony looked out onto a square (Plaza Consistorial) right in front of the City Hall (Ayuntamiento), itself a very attractive old building. Breakfast is in the adjacent bar and good for what it is. Staff at the front desk is efficient and friendly enough; staff at the bar is more uneven - some very friendly and others less so. All in all a very convenient and reasonable option for a Pamplona vacation, very close to wonderful restaurants and the in the center of the old town. Recommended.
