The location of this hotel is good and the pool is nice. Be aware most of the sun beds are in the shade from midday onwards. It was heated to 28 degrees which seemed crazy. The reason for 3* is the low quality of the room. For £200+ a night we have stayed in beautiful hotels in Lisbon and Ljubljana recently for example. This was so basic. It was meant to be a superior room. The walls were completely bare (see pics). There were no tea/coffee making facilities. The TV was tiny and had just one English Channel (Sky news). The walls were so thin I could hear our neighbour snoring every night and the restaurant on the floor above prepping the breakfast from 7am each day. There is a fridge in the room with a bottle of sparkling and still water which gets replaced each day. The fridge makes noises on and off through the night and there’s a flashing LED on the smoke alarm directly above the bed. The hairdryer was tiny and hopeless. The air con worked well and the bathroom was nice. There was free shampoo and conditioner but no body lotion. That’s about all I could say for the room. Often on reviews like this there is a reply asking why this wasn’t brought to staff’s attention at the time. On check in we immediately asked if we could pay to upgrade our room as we weren’t happy with it and were told the hotel was fully booked. The original room we were given smelled of cigarettes so we were given one two doors away which was the same without the smoke. Once they cleared the flies and we checked in later it was ok. Breakfast and service / bar staff were lovely. My husband drank their bottle of Disaronno dry and we were surprised they didn’t have another still a day later - weird thing to run out of in Italy. Reception staff weren’t helpful. We asked about bus services - they just said to go and have a look at the tourist info place without really indicating where it was. I asked if there was a strike the next day as I’d seen something about a public transport strike. They looked a bit blank and clearly googled it and then said oh yes, it’s on strike tomorrow. They confirmed it would also affect the boats but they turned out to be running fine the next day! Pre arrival we arranged return transfers to Verona airport through the hotel at 70 EUR each way and they were excellent. Overall the hotel didn’t feel worth the money.From$215

|1.96km from city centerWe had a recent stay at this hotel for five days. The hotel it’s self is lovely, clean rooms, friendly reception and a good breakfast. We found their was a choice of croissants, toast,bacon, pastries, yoghurts, pancakes, fruit and more. The room was tidied daily and had a fridge. The downside was that it advertises a free shuttle bus but what you don’t realise is they will only drop you off into Verona at certain times. We asked one afternoon around 4pm if we could get the shuttle into Verona and there response was 6:30pm (this was the usual time they suggested) I said is there anything earlier if possible? He said erm maybe 5pm. They did take us into town at 5pm which was good, however it felt a bit like they didn’t want to. Also the mini bus only fits around 8 people so you MUST book it in advance as it fills up and you usually wait a hour for the next one. I’d suggest get used to the buses as the train station/ bus station was around a 20min walk but sometimes this was too hot in the heat. You can jump on a bus down the road from the hotel to get around. We did this a few times from Verona, but the bus ignored our stop when we pressed the button and we ended up walking from quite far away. Overall if you are wanting to save a bit of money in comparison to a hotel in the city, this is a good choice clean, tidy and good breakfast! Just bare In mind getting around and using local transport.

The location is wonderful, the scenery is fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helped us out with transportation and other reservations. The breakfasts and other meals were well prepared and very delicious. We will definitely stay here again on on next trip. I will happily recommend our friends and family to stay here.

The location is unbeatable, just off of Pizza delle Erbe and you can actually see the balcony of Giulietta from your own balcony! The host is lovely, very responsive and helpful. Due to covid we couldn't have breakfast in the common area so they gave us a complimentary voucher for a delicious bakery just down the road. Very recommended!

|0.34km from city centerStayed here twice in the last 4 weeks. Great hotel in a great location. Very friendly reception, very nice rooms, with balcony, nice bathroom, fast wifi. I recommend choosing a room in the ”Apart” part of the hotel, because then you get a nice kitchen on top. It is only about 400 metres to the historical part of the city, within 5 minutes on foot you are there. Right next to the hotel you will find 3 great places to eat. The private garage (book in advance) offers a good number of parking spaces, but only for small cars. You can sleep with the windows open without problems because it is quiet. BMW X2: tight, but it fits. BMW X5: no chance! Good beds, good pillows. My new favourite hotel in Verona.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la struttura era un antico convento restaurato, servito con ascensore. Le stanze molto belle,pulite e curate, colazione ottima con cornetti vari, marmellate e torte fatte in casa. La struttura é silenziosa perché posta in una zona tranquilla, l’ospitalità del proprietario è stata davvero cordiale, sembrava di essere in famiglia. Sicuramente sarà in futuro un punto di riferimento per tornare in zona.

|0.36km from city centerFabulous place to stay close to the old city and all the sights. We were in Verona to go to the opera for my husband's birthday. Nabucco was simply incredible in the Arena. Our room (312) was spacious and comfortable, and although it overlooked a busy street, the windows blocked out the noise. The staff were so friendly with suggestions for things to do. Highlights of our stay included the WayTours food and wine walking tour, and watching the sunset with a cocktail on a hill overlooking Verona (thanks for the suggestions). Breakfast was superb. We will definitely come back next year.

Great location in Verona, short walk from train station and in the other direction an easy walk to the gate and into the historic area, many options for eating and shopping. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful, offering suggestions and directions. The room was clean and comfortable perhaps a bit tight and as others have mentioned the shower was really small. Water pressure was an issue on a couple of mornings. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices - we almost didn't need a lunch! The lobby bar offered wines by the glass and we enjoyed trying local wines and, of course, campari or aperol spritz after a day of sightseeing! I want to recognize James, whether serving in the breakfast room or the bar, his charming personality and assistance made our visit extra special!! We celebrated a couple of birthdays during our stay and James created tasty and beautifully presented appetizers to accompany our Prosecco!!

My kids couldn’t get enough of the slides, and the padded pools are perfect for worried mom like me. The room was very nice and clean, bedrooms and restrooms are small but we were expecting this. Kitchen is great and porch was wonderful. We took pedals and did a walk along the river- what an amazing view!!! Mini golf was also great and a nice family activity. Also loved the fact you can purchase discounted tickets to Gardaland. Restaurants- we were looking for gluten free options for our kid. In the restaurant it is only frozen meals but very nice variety of packed icecream and the crew is eager to help!!! Thank you so much for a great vacation!!

|0.51km from city centerThis hotel is only a ten or twelve minute walk from the Peschiera railway station and it is easy to find. The hotel is very well situated along a river/canal with numerous bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Great location. I note that some people have previously mentioned noise issues with the hotel being next to a busy road but I had no problem with it whatsoever. I was in a room on the 2nd floor. Check-in was easy and despite me being early, the receptionist gave me the room. A double room with balcony, it had air-conditioning, a safe, plenty plug points, a fridge with some drinks (extra cost), a kettle with a variety of tea and a ‘pod’ coffee machine! The bathroom was a good size as was the shower compartment and there were numerous different toiletries including toothbrush and paste, a razor, amenity kit…….and the internet wifi worked well. Breakfast is nice. You tell the staff the day before what time you would like breakfast and you have a choice of croissants to make. At breakfast itself, the table is waiting with your name on it. Selection of fruit juices including freshly squeezed oranges! Espresso, cappucino etc brought to your table. A variety of breads, rolls, cakes and tarts, pancakes, cereals, cold meats and cheeses as well as bacon, frankfurter type sausage, scrambled egg/omelette and boiled egg. Ther hotel has its own restaurants and bar. Guests at the hotel get a 10% discount when ordering food. The hotel was clean, the staff polite and friendly, the décor was nice and frankly, I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Italy which were not nearly as good or had as many extra touches in the bedroom (such as a kettle and a coffee machine and razor/toothbrush etc). On top of which, as of November 2023, the price of staying at this lovely hotel was very, very reasonable so it represented excellent value for money. If I was to return to Peschiera del Garda I would not hesitate to stay at this lovely hotel again.

|0.72km from city centerThe location of this hotel is good and the pool is nice. Be aware most of the sun beds are in the shade from midday onwards. It was heated to 28 degrees which seemed crazy. The reason for 3* is the low quality of the room. For £200+ a night we have stayed in beautiful hotels in Lisbon and Ljubljana recently for example. This was so basic. It was meant to be a superior room. The walls were completely bare (see pics). There were no tea/coffee making facilities. The TV was tiny and had just one English Channel (Sky news). The walls were so thin I could hear our neighbour snoring every night and the restaurant on the floor above prepping the breakfast from 7am each day. There is a fridge in the room with a bottle of sparkling and still water which gets replaced each day. The fridge makes noises on and off through the night and there’s a flashing LED on the smoke alarm directly above the bed. The hairdryer was tiny and hopeless. The air con worked well and the bathroom was nice. There was free shampoo and conditioner but no body lotion. That’s about all I could say for the room. Often on reviews like this there is a reply asking why this wasn’t brought to staff’s attention at the time. On check in we immediately asked if we could pay to upgrade our room as we weren’t happy with it and were told the hotel was fully booked. The original room we were given smelled of cigarettes so we were given one two doors away which was the same without the smoke. Once they cleared the flies and we checked in later it was ok. Breakfast and service / bar staff were lovely. My husband drank their bottle of Disaronno dry and we were surprised they didn’t have another still a day later - weird thing to run out of in Italy. Reception staff weren’t helpful. We asked about bus services - they just said to go and have a look at the tourist info place without really indicating where it was. I asked if there was a strike the next day as I’d seen something about a public transport strike. They looked a bit blank and clearly googled it and then said oh yes, it’s on strike tomorrow. They confirmed it would also affect the boats but they turned out to be running fine the next day! Pre arrival we arranged return transfers to Verona airport through the hotel at 70 EUR each way and they were excellent. Overall the hotel didn’t feel worth the money.

|0.61km from city centerIch komme öfters nach Peschiera jedoch dieses Mal war ich sehr enttäuscht.Da ich normal immer im Hotel Dori schlafe und dieses Mal alles besetzt war hat man mich mit meinem Einverständnis in diesem Hotel umgebucht. Es war schrecklich der Typ an der reception sollte lieber den Beruf Wechsel so etwas von unhöflich und arrogant ist mir noch nie begegnet. Ok ist ja kein Problem wenn die Zimmer noch nicht fertig waren da es ein Problem mit der Wäsche gegeben hat kann ja mal passieren jedoch seine Antworten auf fragen war sehr unerhörte!! Wir hatten gefragt ob wir etwas trinken können da wir ja warten mussten und wir waren 8 Personen hat er ein Gesicht gemacht so wie „ja wenn’s sein muss „ und da die Zimmermädchen ja eigentlich nicht einmal noch in unseren Zimmer angefangen haben zu putzen (abgekommen um 14.101 dachte ich schon das eigentlich die Getränke nicht verrechnet werden!!!! Es kann ja mal passieren das etwas schief geht jedoch man kann auch dabei freundlich bleiben ! Jedoch würge ich den Herrn austauschen!!!!

The apartment is lovely and out daughters really enjoyed the bunk beds. the garden patio is a great place to eat lunch!! Most of all, I really want to thank Andrea throughout our attempts to get to Verona. I feel like he is an old friend now! He is a lovely host who makes you feel like you are in your own home! |0.36km from city centerTerrible. Dirty, a curtain in the middle of the room that the host keeps various objects and utensils behind, as well as cloths and towels that looked dirty. A sadness. I booked through booking and in the end I did the evaluation that booking recommended. I rated it with a seven and gave feedback about different treatment between guests, as the host provides two addresses. As incredible as it may seem, he started attacking me through the booking chat. Cursing me and offending my family. And I hadn't even criticized the fact that it was dirty. Only in relation to different treatment between guests. On this trip I stayed in ten different accommodations. No one else treated me badly. Just this one. When we arrived he had left the apartment key in an envelope with a message that we should leave 2.5 euros per person per night in that same envelope and if we didn't leave it he would call the police. The message is ridiculous because there is a tourist tax in every city in Italy and none of the establishments were rude to that point. All in all, bad experience. A rude, rude host without the slightest emotional capacity to maintain customer service. I don't recommend this place to anyone. There are many, many, many other accommodations in even better located locations at similar prices where the guest does not need to be upset and stressed due to the rudeness, treatment of the host or the dirtiness of the place.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, there is even a bathroom, beautiful view! Compliments to the reception, very good girls and boys. Just price, breakfast of choice, location NOT central (bus advice to reach the center) but quiet area.
To improve some more details : as a set of more bathroom, shoes, TV also is blocked some time ( you need to insert a kind of pin to unlock it even if I didn't have time to watch it).

|1.86km from city centerWe have just returned from our stay and unlike others found the rooms very quiet and we were never disturbed by noise on the forth floor. The rooms were spacious and perfectly clean and equipped with what you would expect. More travel lodge than luxury but perfectly adequate for a city stay. Everything worked, staff were friendly and bus stops minutes away. Buses to the station (11) are easily accessed (from around the corner almost opposite Lidl) from where you can catch the 199 to the airport. The 164 to Lake Garda can be caught from a stop under five minutes walk away as can the 32 or 33 into the city centre. All day travel cards are €11 and cover the entire network. Individually the airport bus is €7 (single), travel to the city €1 (single) and to the lake (return) €6. All buses can be tracked on google and the app download from codes at the stops makes buying tickets easy and you then activate them via codes once you board. You can easily walk into town via several routes which takes about 20 minutes but after a few trips in the hot sun the bus was welcoming. Breakfast was international buffet style and fresh and well topped up no matter what time you visit.
