The owners were very nice and the location was fantastic. The junior suite was very basic. The coffee machine is in the reception area not in the apartment. There is no kettle in the apartment. On arrival they gave us a set of keys. You cannot separate the keys. One of the keys is for all electric in the apartment including the air conditioning. it is advertised as an air conditioned apartment. However with the temperature for the last 4 days being around 36c. You have to take the keys out to lock the apartment so the air conditioning is not on. When you return the apartment was very warm. you have to put the key in for the electricity and get the air conditioning working. It then takes 2 to 3 hour to get it cool. You are paying for an Air condoned apartment. It should be up to you when the air conditioning is on. A separate key should be given to leave the air conditioning on. It really does spoil a vacation having to wait for the apartment to get cool.

Clean and simple, the owner is friendly and helpful. Simple single room with a queen-size bed. Breakfast offers a variety of choices and fresh products. Recommended.

The accommodation facilities are diverse, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and friendly. Since it is a farmhouse accommodation, there are limited tourist spots and restaurants around.

Everything excellent, parking available 8-24 only, what might be problem when needed to have car before 8.

A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size.

L'idea della ristrutturazione in stile moderno tutto a vetro per valorizzare, credo, la struttura originaria è simpatica ma in realtà non è molto funzionale a mio avviso...per il resto tutto ok.

Very well located and good room

The location is convenient, the service and the staff are very pleasant. But with the room is getting more difficult. The room is hot, and the air conditioner is right over the head. You turn it on-cool, turn off and in an hour it's hot. You wake up at night because of it. And the walls as if cardboard, the TV from the next room is heard.

I have to give them 5* despite the shortfalls because of the views, the awesome staff and the proximity to the beach. This is a beach resort with direct access to the sea, with nicely designed common spaces, a well stocked bar and a good restaurant. My room was tiny. Little storage space, small bathroom with poor amenities, but it is modern, there is a safe deposit box, I had a large comfortable bed as requested and pleasant views over the sea and the city in the distance. Breakfast was good and so was dinner. Depending on the month, I am not sure it justifies the high price, but I didn't see any better in Trapani.

Great location with easy access to transport, and within comfortable walking distance of the city, which made exploring really convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay, which made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. The only downside was the noise — sound carries quite a lot, so you can hear cleaners early in the morning, people talking in the corridor, and doors slamming. Installing soft-close doors would be a great improvement. Aside from that, everything else was very good.
