The location of the hotel is OK, but there is no parking lot. The breakfast is simple and the dishes are the same for 5 days.

Great location! Sunset blvd strip! 3/6 My husband had an accident inside the hotel, his finger got jam from the lobby elevator. The two male reception thought my husband was joking and did not attend him straight away and helped him to get his fingers out from the elevator door and help me opening the elevator door. The door sensor did not work when we’re about to walk inside the elevator to back to our room. No first aid, they just sent a plastic of ice to our room. No compensation. 3/8 On our last day we left our bags in the hotel because our flight was in the evening. When we return at night to get our bags. The same male staff when we left in the afternoon did not remembered us at night when we return to get our bags and used the toilet. I asked where is the rest room and said to me the restroom is only the hotel guest which was still us.

The sanitation is quite clean, and the transportation is also very convenient. Facilities: Maybe it was renovated not long ago, they are quite new Environment: Good👍 Service: The waiter has a good attitude. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Los Angeles

The hotel was a little gem! Staff was friendly and room was super big! Love the location! Walking to shops restaurants etc. My only complaint is the walls are thin. Could hear the neighbors above walking/showering/even talking very good.

Went in summer. The advantage of the hotel is that multiple people can stay in one room. The suite with a large bed and sofa bed is very spacious, which is very suitable for hanging out with friends. The hotel is not a large chain hotel. The facade looks relatively hidden, but the interior decoration is good, with a small bar and a swimming pool. The hotel is located in West Hollywood, with mainly residential areas nearby. It is very quiet and safe. The hotel is on a slope. Walking up you can reach a section of Sunset Boulevard, and walking down is Santa Monica Boulevard (part of Route 66). There is a Trader Joe’s nearby which is very convenient. The hotel service is also very good. We basically got everything we asked the front desk for (we even got a microwave). It takes about 30-40 minutes to take a taxi from each attraction, and 10 minutes to Hollywood Boulevard.

This hotel is located right on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood! The area feels quite safe. If you head left, about 2 kilometers away is Guitar Center. To the right, you'll find Sunset Plaza, which has a restaurant that Jay Chou frequently visits. The hotel itself is very trendy! The bed in the room was large and super comfortable! The hygiene was good, and the staff changed towels and cleaned daily.

The hotel lobby has beautiful design and soft furnishings, but it's too dirty. There are stains on the sofa. There are a lot of people in the lobby bar at night. The room is comparable to Four Seasons. It's hard to have a minimalist texture without good hygiene. The service is good. I started to feel that the room was unbearable. There was a broken parking lot outside the window, so I changed it to another one. I booked one more night and refunded it through Ctrip, but I really don't recommend booking this hotel.

This hotel has a great location. Once upon a time, it was THE place to stay in West Hollywood, particularly around Pride and other festivals. Nowadays, the hotel needs repair. It's clear they are cutting corners. Imagine light-blocking curtains that break, so they just rip them out and leave the room without them. Imagine fluorescent lights in the bathroom that need the ballast replaced so they can turn on properly again - but instead the hotel just leaves them as is and they struggle to put out a slight glow. Imagine contacting them to please set up the sofa bed because the two people staying in the room aren't a couple, and the hotel not only neglects to set up the sofa bed, they refuse to set it up other than to throw a bunch of sheets into your arms after you complain. That said, the location is very convenient if you need to be exactly in that part of town.

It was a very nice stay. They provided a microwave and an extra refrigerator for us. We were on Sunset dr right across from the comedy store. There were certain restaurants that was walking distance. We went there for New Year’s, and the party was at the hotel so we didn’t have to go anywhere. Met a few celebrities as well and I love the safety of the elevators. The only negative is they provided us a stained blanket for my daughter but they quickly replaced it as soon as i reported it. I recommend.
