Located in the heart of New Buffalo, this lovely home sits on a 1/2 acre fenced lot with a 18x36 inground Heated Pool that glistens in the backyard. This home is great for entertaining with an open concept that flows out to the pool area. Come enjoy Lake Michigan at its best. Association Beach access steps from the home. This Five Bedroom Three bath home sits two homes from Lake Michigan. This is a private beach that is only shared with Sunset Shores residents. The beach is currently small but great to jump in the lake or watch sunsets. The public beach which is large and sandy is within walking distance. You are also a short walk to restaurants, Marina and the shops of New Buffalo.The owner has not missed a beat on putting Lilly's Beach Pad together. There is an open floor plan on the main level of this tri-level home. It is very conducive to entertaining inside and outside with two sets of sliding glass doors that lead from the kitchen/dining are to the pool and patio area. Located just minutes from downtown New Buffalo's beautiful beach, shops, restaurants and harbors, North Star is a kid-friendly, pet-friendly vacation destination. The open floor plan includes a dining area that comfortably seats 8 and opens to a large living area with plenty of seating for gathering around the fireplace or watching a movie together. Board games and books are tucked in the nearby cabinet for rainy days.The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware, including a large toaster oven, drip-style coffee pot, microwave and electric cooktop with oven. The gas grill is just outside on the patio. Please be sure to only use plastic dishware outside by the pool!Primary bedroom is closest to the living room and offers a queen bed, lots of closet space and a sliding door with private entrance to the back patio. Bedrooms 2-4 are off the hallway to the left of the dining area. Bedroom 2 has one double bed and one twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a twin-over full bunkbed, plus a second TV. Bedroom 4 has a view of the back yard and has a double bed.The primary bathroom has a large tile shower. This sprawling five bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom, colonial home built in 1887 is the perfect place for you and your family or group of friends. Enter this vintage home from either of the two front porches, both are ideal for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and you will be amazed at what you see. The first floor includes a large king bedroom with smart tv and cedar closet. Next is our full bathroom with tub/shower. Our dining room has seating for 6 and next to it is our cozy living room that has comfortable seating, a smart tv with cable and a view to our courtyard and pool. Next there is a large gourmet kitchen that includes an island with seating for 6 and a breakfast nook that can accommodate 7. This charming cottage is located just 2 blocks to downtown New Buffalo, 1.5 blocks to Beer Church Brewery and a short walk to a variety of restaurants and bars and just a 15 min walk to New Buffalo Beach. With 2BR/2BA and a den with a full size daybed, and a pullout sofa in the living room, this home will accommodate 8 guests. The Cozy Hideaway is perfect for those who enjoy the beach as well as shopping and dining in the quaint town of New Buffalo.As you enter the home you step into a wonderful 3 season porch area, the perfect spot to curl up with your favorite book or gather around the dining table for a meal. Once inside you are greeted by a spacious living room with a large TV, fireplace and comfy sofas! The open concept floor plan allows you to engage with friends and family while preparing a scrumptious meal or eating at the very large kitchen island. The large skylights in the space allow for an abundance of light to flow through this charming cottage.The master bedroom is a bright and cheery space with a king bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home and features a queen size bed and is equally as bright and cheery! The second bathroom is located just off of the living room.There are french doors that separate the main living space from a den that can also serve as a third bedroom. The den is set up with a daybed, TV and sofa.The spacious back deck is home to a hot tub that seats 6 people, two separate conversation areas and a large dining table with seating for 6. The back yard is a great place to set up a corn hole competition with your friends and family.
