After parking, you can directly enter from the back door with the hotel nameplate. Seems funny that since check out time is 11:00am at the latest, no rooms would be ready until 3:00pm.
Besides everyone does not wait to 11:am to check out out. Others trying to check in also told same thing.
I even did advance check in day prior on line like they asked for.
I was told check back in at 2:30pm maybe a room would be ready.
Maybe hotel has magic room cleaners who clean all rooms at once just before 3.00pm.
Does seem they are lacking in service help or bad system.

All fine, except in advance I asked for a earlier check in than 3:00pm. Was hoping to get in for 2:00pm. I got told on arrival no rooms ready yet.
Seems funny that since check out time is 11:00am at the latest, no rooms would be ready until 3:00pm.
Besides everyone does not wait to 11:am to check out out. Others trying to check in also told same thing.
I even did advance check in day prior on line like they asked for.
I was told check back in at 2:30pm maybe a room would be ready.
Maybe hotel has magic room cleaners who clean all rooms at once just before 3.00pm.
Does seem they are lacking in service help or bad system.

The service was very friendly and quick. Hotel room was spacious and clean. The only thing was the people who had a room above us sounded like they were pacing the floors all the way through the night (4am!) , but that is not the hotels fault though.

The road in front of the hotel is currently under repair and cannot be parked. Remember to enter from the square behind the hotel. The hotel's exclusive parking space is also behind the hotel. After parking, you can directly enter from the back door with the hotel nameplate. Warm reminder, the hotel is a 1920 building, there is no elevator indoors; it is best not to bring heavy boxes to live in, otherwise it will not be fun to move up a few floors~FromJPY 12,260
