Excellent business hotel, amongst the best 4 stars hotel I have stayed in Japan. The facilities were great, cleanliness top notch and rooms relatively big by Japan standards. It is also within walking distance to the Osaka / Umeda rail transportation hub and buses are aplenty nearby.

Shinsaibashi/Namba/Yotsubashi Osaka|2.48km from city center
The location is unbeatable, multiple convenience stores around, 7-10min walk to Dotonburi and various stations, lots of restaurants and quiet streets at night time. The hotel also has a cafeteria with free tea, water, melon soda, coca cola and other refreshments that are available 24/7. The room itself is simple but very comfortable and has everything you could need. Rooms are cleaned daily and amenities replenished too, even if you opt out of cleaning by sticking a ”Do not clean” magnet on the door, they then put everything in a bag and hang it on the handle. The staff is mostly professional, speak decent English and the check-in/out process was easy. Where it loses points is due to the following: On one of our big days out exploring, we came back to the hotel at around 8PM. The Front Lobby was filled with a big and disorganised Chinese group/family of 12-16 people who were scattered throughout the lobby. They did not all have a hotel key card, I know this because there was an employee by the escalator using his key on the elevator to send up them to their rooms. So my girlfriend and I got our keys out, got to the front of the other elevator and showed our cards as a way of gesturing if we could go up. The employee rejected us and we got the idea that we had to wait. Now I don't know about you, but I don't see why I need to wait for something that isn't my problem. Their lobby was littered and the tourists were being loud and screaming at eachother from across the room. We were not going to wait. Line them up in front of one elevator and use the other one for people who are entering and exiting, and if no one is entering and exiting, then let them use both elevators. Such unprofessionalism. We decided to leave and go for a walk and kill time at the local convienience store, but it definitely ruined our day and experience with the hotel. Another reason is I asked if they could make a restaurant reservation on my behalf, the bird cafe that I wanted to go to had a registration and booking process that was not friendly for tourists. It required me to write my Japanese Name for some reason, as well as phone number. The hotel said they could not make such reservations for me. I ended up walking in and was lucky it was a weekday and it wasn't as packed. Also be sure to check how many adults is listed on the room you plan to book, I didn't check properly and mine said 1 Adult, even though it fits 2 and the amenities were stocked for 2, this mistake of mine cost me 14,000yen (2000yen a day) because I had my girlfriend with me.

I booked this hotel because it is just a station away from USJ and across the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay there a few more days. The hotel is new, the staff are helpful and hospitable. It has great view over looking the Bay Area and USJ. It has a spacious, clean and wonderful onsen. It was so relaxing after a long day at USJ. The breakfast spread was great and food was delicious! We will certain choose this hotel again.

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

Great experience staying at Grids. Location was convenient, 5mins walking distance to Namba station. Amenities like electric kettle and hairdryer provided. We were slightly late for checkout (checkout time was 11am). Hotel staff called us at 11:20 chasing us to checkout. and we responded that we would go to lobby for checkout in a few minutes. We could not imagine that hotel staff would come to our room directly and chased us to checkout. After we opened the door he went right into our room wanting to take our luggages directly. I have visited Japan for more than a dozen times and this was the first ever time that hotel staff was so rude, and impolite. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Conveniently located within the USJ Citywalk, this hotel was a great value for my money. I liked that I could grab food before and after my park visit without needing to walk too far. It's also steps away from Universal City Station, so you can easily take the subway to other spots in Osaka. Don't forget to grab your station stamp as a free souvenir. The staff were very friendly and allowed me to store my luggage after checking out so I could go shopping before my flight back to Shenzhen. The only downside is that the in-house onsen doesn't allow tattoos, and mine are too big to cover. Did I mention the cool hotel views? Definitely my favorite view next to the Disney hotel a few days prior. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Finally, I had the chance to stay in this brand. Maybe the new year, they are super busy. The room is rather small but had it all. The special things about this brand are free noodles and ice lolly. As well as hot spring. However, too many people and guests have no manner of cleaning up (sink, full of hair) after using the facilities. Value for money and good location. You can observe the type of guests in the restaurant -for noodle. How they behave..after that, I won't stay.

I stayed at ”City Plaza Osaka” on December 1st using the ”Osaka Welcome Campaign 2021” that started on November 24, 2021. Looking at the ticket side of the 3000 yen coupon accepted at check-in, the expiration date was December 2. The coupon I received at ”Montrela Soult” the day before was December 8th, so from December 1st, measures for the lack of preparation on the store side were eliminated. The room was large and clean. The ceiling of the room is high and there is no feeling of oppression. The bathroom with integrated toilet washbasin bathtub was large and the bathtub was large. The window glass in the room was surprisingly clean. It was a little inconvenient that there was no draw. There is no safe or hand towel. There is no free mineral water. I sometimes thought that the standing lights were not lit, the alarm alarm was not set, and the waistband of the pajamas was cut off. The spa was better than I expected. The indoor bath is a two-stage bath, a sleeping bath, a cold bath, a high temperature sauna, a mist sauna, and the outdoor bath is a rock bath, a type of pot bath, and this is the first time that there are so many types of baths in the same building as the hotel. Moreover, it is a natural hot spring. Compared to ”Montrela Sulu” where I stayed the day before, the price was a little higher and the facilities were one rank lower.

After coming out of the west exit of JR Kyobashi Station, you go through a long corridor and it takes about 6 minutes to reach the second floor of the hotel. The lobby is on the second floor. There is a larger family on the first floor, so it is more convenient to buy some snacks. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It can be reached by JR from Kansai Airport. It is also very close by JR to Umeda, Universal Studios and Namba. It can also be reached by JR to Nara and Kyoto. It is a 15-minute walk to Osaka Castle Park and a 20-minute walk to the castle tower. minute. There are also small shopping malls and restaurants near the hotel where you can eat and buy. The hotel breakfast is Japanese and Western style, with more varieties and slightly higher prices. The hotel is in the business district, but it is more convenient to go to various attractions by JR, and the overall price/performance ratio is relatively high.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dormy Inn PREMIUM in Osaka for the first time, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and the experience only got better from there. One highlight of my stay was the hotel's complimentary noodle service in the evening. After a day of sightseeing, it was a treat to come back to the hotel and enjoy a delicious bowl of noodles. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge. In addition, the hotel also provided a selection of snacks and free coffee, which was a delightful surprise. And a rejuvenating hot spring made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka, as it truly offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation.

I have stayed at various hotels at work so far, but it is quite pikaichi! It's new so clean, of course, but where it's not written on the hotel web, the washroom space and room are completely separate and relaxing. Also, when I entered the room, there was a refrigerator switch, an air cleaner, and an air conditioner, and the air cleaner had water properly and humidified. This was the first time. The lobby has a welcome drink coffee and fruit soaked water. The bath on the top floor 10 floor was well equipped with amenities and the outdoor bath was comfortable. There are microwave ovens, ice making machines and vending machines on the two floors, but they were equipped with vinyl for take-off, wrapped, chopsticks, oshibori, and paper dishes. I ate dinner in the room because it was a corona ridge, but it was a surprise that it was greatly exceeded the negative though it was difficult to eat in the room layout, and it became a satisfactory feeling!

Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

Fantastic location - 20 minutes walk south to Shinsaibashi with all the amazing food and little shops. 20 minutes walk north to Umeda with more ‘proper’ restaurants. Service was great - housekeeping and reception desk were fantastic and polite, really helpful with just everything, be it luggage, calling a restaurant to check availability or heating up food from the markets. This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel this year. I was pretty disappointed with the stay this time. I have booked 3 rooms for a family of 6. Room 1-3: Rooms was very hot despite AC turned on. Room 2: Sink was choked and shower room was reeked with bad smell. Room 3: Room was stinky. I was aware that the hotel rooms were fully booked hence we just bear with the condition since we will be out most of the time hence did not request for changing of rooms. I understood from the front desk staff that our rooms are eco-plan rooms and there will not be a daily housekeeping which was fine, except clean towels and water will be provided each day throughout our stay. However there were 2 days we were not given complimentary water. Nonetheless, this hotel has a very strategic location with transport, shopping and airport transfer in one place that attracts people to stay. I hope the hotel can do some refurbishment to the rooms if there’s an opportunity.

Superb location, and located just above the Nankai Namba station, accessible to most rail lines from the underground. Rooms were considered big for a Japan hotel and service were excellent. Staff were highly professional, friendly and reliable. However, to note that if you wish to use the spa facilities (hot bath and sauna), you will need to get at least a Swiss Select room or higher (executive, suite etc). Otherwise, will need to pay 2200 yen per pax/day for use of the spa facilities. (Suggest for hotel to consider to put the information on their website). For breakfast, we were given an option to buy the breakfast at 20% discount, but will need to book 1 day in advance from hotel lobby. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

After resuming my travel abroad, I visited Osaka again after five years. After looking at hotels for a long time, I chose New Otani, which I had stayed at five years ago. My impression at the time was very good. Location: Located in the northeast corner of Osaka Castle Park, it focuses on a quiet environment and is only a ten-minute walk from the lively Kyobashi Shopping Street. If you don’t plan to do a lot of shopping, this hotel’s location is still very good. Transportation: There are three nearby stations, all of which are basically within ten minutes’ walk. You can take the Osaka Metro Nagahoribashi Line directly to Shinsaibashi. There is the Keihan Electric Railway that can go directly to Kyoto Gion and Sanjo. There is also the most popular one in Osaka. The Jr Loop Line (can reach usj, airport, and Kobe) Facilities: It is hard to imagine that this is a hotel that opened in 1986. The facilities are very well maintained. Hygiene: Like the facilities, as an old Japanese brand hotel, the hygiene is clean and there is nothing uncomfortable. Service: Maintaining a high standard of service content as always In the future, Osaka will be my first choice without any surprise.

Service: Service with a smile, but the girl at the front desk is not very smart. It takes a long time to check in and she will make mistakes. The shuttle bus is on time and boarding is very orderly. Be sure to look for the Sakurabashi Exit of Osaka Station! When you go out in the morning, you will find newspapers on the shelf by the door. The toiletries are from Pola. Remove your shoes upon checkin and they are kept in a lockbox by front desk while in the building. Pajamas, towel and toothbrush are all included. For me the extra price was well worth it for the nice common bath area on the first floor. Keep in mind this is for men only at present.
