Good value for money, the double bed room is spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast doesn't have much but tastes good. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the city center and the check-in area. It can be reached on foot, but it is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle and is directly opposite the police station. However, the day tour charges at this hotel are relatively high, 50 to 100 lari more expensive than going directly to a travel agency. You can make a comparison before choosing.

Room was very clean, spacious, and safe. The room itself is very chic and if your an aesthetic person, you would love it. Location is very accessible to everything. Around 10-15 mins of walking to a metro station and, likewise, to the nearest mall. The only downside of this is the amenities. No elevator and no bidet but its not a thing for european countries so expect it in all hotels and apartments but they have washing machine and a flat iron

Very clean and tidy and comfortable. Although it is a self-check in, they are always online during the day. The location of the hotel is very good. The same building is just the kvcart coffee the store where the net red portrait is painted. Order a coffee and make an appointment for a portrait. Go downstairs. The tableware and kitchenware in the room are complete. You can cook by yourself.

Although it is on a small road, it is only 100 meters away from the main street, next to the Parliament Building, opposite the National Museum, and within 10 minutes' walk to Freedom Square and the subway station. It is not far from the old town. The hotel room is large and comfortable, the breakfast is very good, not only has a cold buffet but also hot meals that can be ordered (free), and the front desk staff is warm and service-oriented.

Great little hotel away from the touristy areas but fairly close to the airport. We used it to stay over between two flights with no desire to expolore the city itself. The hotel is wonderful. The service, the building itself, the filling of the rooms. Everything is at a good level of four stars. The descent down is not difficult at all, 12-15 minutes and you are on Rustaveli. It is more difficult to go up, but in Tbilisi a taxi is very cheap, so you can go up by car for a few lari. Take a room with a terrace, you will not regret it, the view is wonderful on the city. Of the minuses - I do not recommend the restaurant. We ordered food to the room, both soups and salad were disgusting. And the prices are very high. Summary: everything is at the highest level, the terrace is a must, the restaurant in no case.

Nice hotel & Nice rooms. Our room had a View of the Freedom Square and it was really wonderful to see the Saint George Monument from our windows especially in the night. Wonderful hotel but just one negative that a four star hotel like Marriott doesn't have a bellboy to pick up & drop off luggage. It seem quite weird and didn't expect it. However, apart from that the stay was just wonderful. The room with freedom square view is worth the price.

Last night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me? Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers. The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.

The hotel was in a beautiful place. The room we stayed was wide and comfortable. It was also nice to be balcony. The breakfast menu was weak. But the kitchen was clean. We preferred to eat our dinner at the hotel. Because the master in the kitchen was making a nice food. The prices were more appropriate than outside. They earn 8.5 points out of 10.

The hotel's ambiance is very quaint and quite interesting, but the rooms are really small and lackluster. The elevator is often out of order. On our first day, the elevator suddenly went dark. I thought I should call for help, but it suddenly cleared up. When I checked out, the entire second floor was without power. The restaurant is indeed beautiful, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had at a Georgian hotel.

The homestay is very close to the Holy Trinity Church and is within walking distance. The entrance is a door, a code lock, and you need to call the homestay to open the door before you check in. The hostess who received me was not very good in English. It was OK to communicate with translation software. The decoration is old and simple, the traditional key lock is used, the refrigerator in the room is furnished, the bathroom forgot to take pictures, and the wet and dry are not separated. The room has a small balcony shared with the next door. The advantage is that it is clean and simple, the room is relatively large and cost-effective. No elevator, no breakfast, soundproofing.

Hi, Negative points are: 1. We hanged sign ”Clean up room”, but nothing happened. The carpet is dirty. The shower missed some part. 2. Service by the reception. We arrived at 4.30 in the morning. The receptionist was not aware what should he do, he was incompetent and unfriendly. He made us feel as we disturbed him, so it was not a good customer service. To summarize: Good hotel , good location but needs improvement.

It was a nice place and convenient to go everywhere which was the attractions by walking. The room was big, comfy and clean. But there was only some talking outside at night. It would be better if I could leave a baggage for early check-in without charging. It’s quite expensive (15 Gel) for putting my baggage in the room. The staffs also were nice.
