We booked a 3 queen bed room with no window thinking that we usually are in the room only at night and we don't open the window but have the air con on. To our surprise they turn the air conditioner off once October shows up. It's not written anywhere when making the booking. The answer from the reception was that winter is coming (we were in the game of thrones). The brought us a fan, not funny. Then in the middle of the shower the hot water stopped working, this time the receptionist came to the room, nelt under the sink and put in a card. Like magic there was hot water. Unbelievable this time we were told that if we're not satisfied we can check out and go to another hotel - the time was 23:00 and we were leaving anyway the next day. I've never heard an employee tell me that I can check out if the hotel fucks up before, thank you for a once in a lifetime experience.

When I returned in the evening, they'd be enjoying the cool breeze by the doorway—a truly cozy experience.
