Although we have experienced the house-changing storm, the result is still very satisfactory. The place to live is a bit far from the service center. The good thing is that there is a free shuttle bus. The inn’s staff is very kind, and they arranged a satisfactory room for us and delivered fruit and Snacks and breakfast are arranged to be delivered by a shuttle bus. The room is clean and the lake is beautiful! I will go there if I have a chance in the future!

Our stay as a family of four had been extremely pleasant. Whilst it goes without saying that the hotel was beautifully designed with artistic touches even in the rooms, the aspect that impressed us the most was the attention to details the staff had. They were extremely helpful, always looking out for you even before you realising you needed help. It’s the little things that count- like the staff helping with our heavy heavy suitcases all the way to the main road (our taxi wasn’t able to get into the small alleyway) even when it was raining; remembering that my mom doesn’t eat beef, packing our favourite fruits for us to bring on our next journey. With service as impeccable as this, we felt at ease during our stay here and can’t wait to be back if we’re visiting Changsha again!
