When I first arrived at the guesthouse, I couldn't believe it. Located next to one of the beautiful gates to the ancient city, where one is instantly submerged in the fairytale streets filled with culture and excitement. The inn itself had wonderful staff who were efficient and helpful. The room was clean and the bed were soft. It is quiet and pleasant with a beautiful courtyard. I certainly recommend it to anyone who is wanting to experience the wonderful city.

The landlady and the boss were very welcoming and made me feel at home. Next door to the B&B is also a barber shop run by the proprietress. The B&B is just a few steps away from the ancient city but it's very quiet. The location is very good. Because the room I booked too late was already fully booked, I had to change the B&B on the third night. The boss and his wife were very enthusiastic to help me carry my large luggage to the next B&B in a battery car. It seemed quite dangerous. The traffic in the ancient city was too congested to ride a battery car. Convenient, I feel so touched at the moment, I feel like I am being pampered like a daughter🥰Thank you very much for letting me leave happy memories in Dali. You are really a very good host. my booking for a triple room turned into 4person room... I got known about it on the front desk... the bank bad is really high and there're no barriers or curtains... the ladder to the second level is extremely inconvenient... separated shower and toilet is a great idea, but that gates are really useless and even extra... there're lockers for each person, but it's too small... only for towels.... no place for baggage, everyone put their bags on the floor🤪 there's no soundproof at all... could fall asleep after 3 a. m. because the voices from lobby were too loud... I could hear every step of neighbors all around😑 interiors are nice, the location is great... 🤗

It’s a little tricky to find as the map location is often on the opposite side of the road. The sign is down a narrow alley, usually with a food stall in the way. It’s a nice room and it was a pleasant stay. But check-in was troublesome for foreigners. The computer and camera system failed to take adequate photos of my passport or me, and even the local PSB couldn’t really make it work. A minor inconvenience though. When I arrived the receptionist was asleep at a nearby table. I didn’t know it was him until I called the hotel number. When I checked out at 8:30 am there was nobody at reception at all. In the room itself there are no light switches by the bed and the main light doesn’t work. The kitchen area is tired and needs repairing/updating. The provided rose cakes were really nice. I enjoyed using the tea set to make Pu’er tea. The room was light and airy and the overall experience was good, if a little inconvenient at times.
