I was staying at this hotel for an interview and service was good and the room was better than expected. It is near victoria memorial, birla planetarium and indian museum as anyone can visit these places and rest at a room nearby at this hotel. Room service was good and people related to it were gentle and polite as they would be there in need at anytime.

The cons first have to climb 1 flight of stairs with your luggage as there’s no lift the ac is old so it takes a long time to cool the big room the trash can provided is very small so we had to ask for the help to unload it many times in a day or keep the trash separately in a cover in the corner now for the pros room was very clean and hygienic bathroom is big and comfortable the services provided were really good tea when you ask cutlery provided for the price it’s a more than decent hotel

A safe place to go with family and friends, very well located inside City with two minutes of access to the metro station, City buses, taxi. The hotel owner is well and very polite, i am an old customer of this property but this time not at all happy with the hotel boy, very rough and he doesn't know how to behave, terrible so bey no more visiting again. I don't know how he treats other customers but to me it's too much. I ordered mixed fried rice and he brought veg fried rice and charged rs. 220- per plate. No tv recharge, no soap and shampoo, sorry rishi kant kaur, younger one is ok and good but elder one uff.

Bed sheets were moist and very old. Sleeping in the bed did not feel very hygienic. Rooms are spacious but walls are old and growing molds here and there. It is in the brink of closing down is what i feel for placing a stay like this in a good locality. It is being managed by young boys who aren’t professional. Locality is superb, you have a great restaurant right next to it.

There is a shopping center called Acropolis nearby, which also has a food court. The rooms are spacious and clean. Please note that the mattresses are hard. We are a group of 6 from hyderabad, stayed for 5 days. Really a good stay at the hotel.. Rooms neat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We also interacted with the hotel owner a few times. Extremely nice and helpful person. He also guided us regarding a few things about Kolkata. Food is good. And the place is a 5 min walk from BiswaBangla Convention center. Totally recommed it. PS: Before I booked the hotel, I read some reviews which said that the area around the hotel is not well developed... which is true. But the advantage is ZERO air/noise pollution and lots & lots of fresh air.

Propert says non-smoking but smoke in the window shield is still there. Very poor room service. Tv was not recharged and have to put in a complaint 3 times before it was recharged. Ambience is good close to market good parking space. Rooms are small to fit in 3 people as we made a booking we requested for early check in but was denied and after waiting for few hours they offered a room for 1800 rs for 2 hours which was a rip off when we arrived early they said no rooms available for the while week and completed booked out. Comementsry water we to ask them couple of times before they could provide one. Over all the room services was very poor i would have gone bad but just for the location and parking i give average

The residency hotel location is central, but the lane where the hotel is situated is permanently choked with cars. The food is average, and amenities are average. We stayed in the annexe in a deluxe suite but it was inconvenient. The furniture is old and cracked in places. Ac remote and hot water geyser didn’t work properly. Twice there was black grit in the tap water. Also, i was made to walk to the main reception (3-4 houses away) for queries because there’s no intercom connection between annexe and main hotel. But the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast lacks variety. Their airport cab service was also not sure.

I have already given my review. My concern is with mmtrip. I was staying in this property for last two days. Through the app i wanted to extend the date, it showed an amount of rs 1538, i made the payment but it got unsuccessful. I talked to mm-trip customer care and asked them to resolve the issue as i tried twice but the payment was unsuccessful. They kept me on hold for 5 minutes and came out with a solution that i have to make fresh booking by paying rs 1800. I had to do that because i was attending my brother in nearby hospital. My only concern is either the app should not have been showing extension at that rate or i should have been compensated by mm-trip for having paid rs 262 extra.
