Great location. The room was very clean, nice and spacious. There isn’t food or coffee here, but one can step out or order in. Pretty quiet area. Service could have been much better. Ac had issues and they were not proactive about fixing it. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Even though i had an email confirmation of early check in, the reception guy was asking me to wait till 2 pm until i produced the email copy. So basically no record / track is kept about guests requests. Secondly, the entrance was horrible as some underground work was going on and had a large pit dug on the narrow road that leads to the hotel from the main road. So the guests had to take a long way around using a different parallel road to reach the hotel which i had to figure out myself. The hotel authority should have informed this earlier. Otherwise, this is a budget stay hotel. Since i was about to checkout early considering the fact that i checked in early, provisions were made to provide the complimentary breakfast on the day i checked in and i do appreciate it ! i would also suggest an inprovement to provide an intercom facility in future. Thanks

We stayed at the globe house of Le Apex which is in the topmost floor. The room was beautiful! It had two balconies that provided excellent views. The caretaker Aneesh was extremely helpful. He helped arrange rentals for us to roam around Pondicherry. Knowing we had a wonderful place to stay at the end of the day was relieving despite the tiredness from the daily travels. I would highly recommend the stay!

Stayed in a standard non ac double bed room. Room was beautifully furnished. Hotel is present at very pleasant and peaceful location. Just a 6 min walk away from the beautiful auro beach. the place was neat but it's not exactly a villa ... it's just a multi storey house and we got rooms even on the 3rd floor with no lift and we had no help with luggage also ... I booked it without checking the facilities.. pls do check the amenities before confirming the place . I felt it was not worth the price since hotel rooms are available in a cheaper price

Also, the place is safe for women travellers as it has a home-like and heritage vibe. Stayed on the second floor. The rooms are clean with basic amenities like towels and soaps. We had booked two rooms for two nights stay. The hotel is located near the shopping area and walkable distance to the Aurobindo ashram and the beach. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We could not watch' tv in both the rooms. Problem with the cable connection. Complained about it at the front desk. They tried but couldn't rectify it. veg.restaurant at the ground floor. We did not opt for the complimentary breakfast, so couldn't comment on that. We had lunch and dinner which was good. The property has basement parking for five cars and portico parking for three cars. Plus they have parking facility for twelve cars at a distance of 100 feet from the property. Except for the TV it was a good stay.

The stay was absolutely good because it was very nearer to the railway station and the bike rentals. We just took a walk from the railway station by looking google maps and we found it very easily. All other prime itineraries are very close to this stay just 2 mins away and this stay was situated at a very convenient location. And the room was very clean and neat. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly. Even the check in time was 12 pm we asked them a space to keep the luggages but he gave our entire room and allowed early check in. And the next day after check out he allowed us to keep our bags in his room there. And he also helped us to take a rickshaw to the bus stand after the roaming. We were 2 females and we found it very safe and convenient to stay in ram guest house
