We were a group, stayed for a weekend and its an absolutely lovely hotel with incredibly helpful staff members. All our requests were fully accommodated and the staff even got the breakfast ready before usual opening times as we had to leave early. Nothing was a trouble, the ladies at the reception were amazing, (so sorry can't remember the names ). When I asked for directions, she found out the information and wrote it down clearly on a paper and gave it to us. its definitely 5 star customer service. The hotel itself was very clean, great buffet breakfast, very reasonable prices. It is very close to the city centre and metro station, not great neighbourhood but we never had any issues Thanks again we definitely will be back!

The foot towel was constantly wet. -The last two days it smelled to be incredible. -We couldn't put things on the chekiat because it had a very dirty picture. -There was no shower door. We woke up with sounds from the next room between 07:00 and 08:00. The shower or water sound took exactly 50 minutes. We know every moment they put the shower header in place. ❌🇬🇧The room was not cleaned for 3 days. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Very satisfied apartment. First of all, the room type meets all our requirements: one bedroom has two separate separate beds and the other bedroom has a queen bed. In fact, there is an oversized sofa in the living room that can sleep two more adults (the sofa needs to solve the cover problem by itself, and ask the owner if he agrees). There are two toilets with showers and toilets; there is a restaurant with dining tables and chairs; There is a fan kitchenette with a microwave, an electric kettle, tableware, and a small refrigerator; although facing the street, the windows are double-layered, soundproof and anti-theft. It was dark on the road and there were obviously local professional women who were off work who were alone and hurried on the road, so the security was good. Fifth, the landlord is very enthusiastic! I contacted by email in advance, met a lot of instructions, took the initiative to draw out the specific places for nearby dining, took us into the house to introduce the situation (very good English listening materials, haha), breakfast has been piled up in the kitchen (bread, fruit, milk, eggs, juice, jam, Honey...all cold food), let us take it by ourselves. By the way, the landlord actually went into the house every day to clean up the garbage and help dump it, change the clean towels and shower gel. I was really shocked! The apartment landlord is not a 24-hour front desk of the hotel, so you have to communicate in advance if you have something to do. If you have to be critical, it is still some distance from the attractions Acropolis, Constitution Square and the airport, and you can take a taxi back and forth.

Amazing apartment with everything you need. Just 30-40 minutes walk to all the sights that Athens has to offer. The host was great, communication was top notch and very helpful. The apartment had 2 spacious bedrooms both with on suite. A full fitted kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The living are was comfy and had a little dining area. We had our own little balcony which look put over the the street below, we also had access to the roof terrace which had fantastic view and was a great place to chill. There is a little supermarket about 5mins away and a bakery which sold the most amazing cakes, pies and breads. Also round the corner is a little area filled with Bars & Restaurants so no need to go into the main tourist area every night. Would highly recommend staying at the Athens Squared Lofts/Apartments for your visit to Athens.

You will definitely like this little spot. We booked it for a family of 5 adults but only 3 were able to attend. However, it can definitely accommodate 5 guest. This little gem was right in the mix of great restaurants and entertainment. Our host was pretty awesome and very accommodating. She helped arrange transportation if needed and quickly responded when we had questions. When you first see the place, some might be a little worried, but don’t be! There were 3 women and we all felt safe. It honestly reminded me of New York/ San Francisco. There is a nice little pastry/ice cream shop just below the place. When I visit Athens again, I will definitely look for availability at this location. Oh by the way, it isn’t far from the Acropolis (20-25 minute walk, 10 minute drive). Along the walk, you will be distracted by a lot of shops and restaurants that the 20-25 minute walk will seem like no big deal to do. Trust me, this is a good find and fair price.

We wanted an apartment type place to stay for our family, 2 bedrooms rather than all cramped into one. This was the perfect solution for us. The room/s had one large bedroom with a super king bed, TV with Netflix included. Coffee maker, kettle and small fridge. All very comfortable. The second bedroom was set up with 2 single beds. Better suited to kids/ teens as these were on a raised platform with a sloped ceiling, rather than on bed bases. This area also had a large TV and was open to the bathroom and apartment door. The shared bathroom was fine with a large shower enclosure (no bath) which had a rainfall shower and normal shower head. I would say this room would suit a family rather than 2 couples as there was not much privacy. The area, Kolonaki, is less touristy and quieter, but still had plenty of bars and restaurants close by. We walked everywhere in Athens from the hotel, probably 30/35 mins to the acropolis. But there were transport options close by too. We stayed for 7 nights and we're very comfortable. Good quality beds, plenty of space and no noise all night. For a stay of this length it would have been good to have more storage for clothes, but that's a minor complaint. Breakfast was served in our room, ordered the night before via email and delivered at the time requested. Decent selection of options which set us up for the day. It was convenient for us to eat in the room, but there were a lot of cafes nearby if you prefer to get out and sit at a table. Customer service at this very small hotel was fast and simple. Mainly via email as there was no reception (access via key codes sent in advance) but very responsive. We left our key card in the room one day which was resolved quickly and we had a problem with water one night which was again sorted very easily. Overall I don't think we could have chosen a better place for our family stay.

It is said that the front desk service of the hotel is for a long time. It is said that there is no kitchen in the room of the hotel. There is no breakfast provided, they recommend you to eat at a nearby hotel.

This small and peaceful retreat not too far from Athens city centre provided exceptional service and comfort. The room was big, with climate control, various beddings, fridge and cooktop and coffee maker. The bathroom had everything we needed with rainfall shower. And breakfast was very good with a variety of offerings from sweet to salty. In addition, the pre-arrival communication from the manager was timely and helpful, from arranging airport meet (even after midnight!) and taxis to the city and cruise port. Nothing was too much trouble and all requests were met with friendly and quick help. Definitely recommend and if we are back in Athens, we will definitely stay here again.

Apartment is within walking distance to major attractions. It is also about a 10min walk to Monastiraki Metro Station. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. The little kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven and other utensils. It came in handy for my trip. However, there are stairs to climb sonif you have a heavy luggage then you need to know what to expect. Anyway, there are many stairs and slope to climb in Athens too.

I had a wonderful stay there, not only once, but twice, since my flight was canceled. The location is very close to Omonia subway station, very central area, easy to reach everything by walking. The room had all the facilities needed, aircon perfectly working, comfortable beds. My special thanks goes to the lovely receptionist lady, that had always an amazing attitude and kindness, understood my needs, gave me advice and assistance during all my stay! She made all the difference! Definitely l will consider it again for my future visit!

We felt at home in our room. I don’t know why. Maybe the high ceiling or maybe the charming interior. One three one is on one of Athens main streets, near the Monastiraki district and near Psyrri. There are plenty of restaurants here! And every night this neighbourhood is very lively and charming. The hotel doesn’t do breakfast, but there are enough options around. One three one is more like a house with 5 rooms than like a hotel. We didn’t see the owner, but had good contact by WhatsApp. The cleaning is a bit hit and miss: our room was clean when we came. We had to ask for cleaning after two nights. The cleaning lady didn’t come at the arranged time, but she came in the evening. We asked for a blanket and she would leave it, but didn’t. It didn’t spoil our stay, but still. As has been said in other interviews, there is noice from the street. It didn’t bother us though.
