The hote is great! We enjoyed taking many great photos and had an amazing stay here. The swimming pool opens from 8am -8am if I remember right, there is no toothbrushes and toothpastes provided, and no slippers provided but it probably makes sense as the ancient Japanese people probably never wore any! The living room was a big bomb of a pleasant surprise as to how beautiful it looked! We went for many shots and enjoyed our stay here. We are very thankful to the host for accommodating our special requests! It also helps that this location is perfectly situated in the city area of bukit bintang so we could shop till late at night with tons of souvenirs and just walk back in safely. As someone who stayed in TokyoHub airbnb in tokyo, Japan, I am very happy with this pick in Malaysia! Thank you for the amazing stay! Also check out the mitasu japanese buffet spot

It was really scary when I turned on the light when I checked in at night. It looked like something from someone else. My friends didn't like it. There were no toothbrushes and other items inside, so you had to bring your own. The hygiene was OK, not dirty. The hotel address was hard to find. We searched for a long time late at night, and then added the hotel's WeChat to research for half a day before we successfully checked in. Not recommended. Bad experience

Recommended place if one is looking for a cosy stay in the heart of KL. This apartment is strategically located within a short walking distance from KLCC and all the attractions. I experienced quick check in and check out process assisted by a friendly helpful manager. Even quite disappointed after reading lot of bad reviews about tight driveway to parking space but it was bearable and it will not gonna be a reason for me to not staying again in the future.

Great Host !! Quick to respond and very accommodating 👍🏻 Good location and Convenient Spacious apartment but 2 attached toilet to 2rooms only is somewhat inconvenience. 3 different families but only 2 attached bathrooms so the 3rd family very much has to share with either family’s & it was very disturbing. Thou it was stated as 3 toilets, this 3rd toilet is only meant for common urine & poo. No showers and nobody will use it except the room that has no attached bathroom. And it is located to the far end of the house, near to laundry area 😢 Thou it was stated NEWLY RENOVATED, the apartment was infested with ants all over the walls and floor in the dining and living room. N even the main toilet ceiling has ants crawling. Guess it’s time to fumigate the apartment. Otherwise it’s an idea to stay and to mingle.

I had a great stay with my friends, and Arfan was an excellent host. He was very friendly, easy to deal with, and provided clear instructions for both check-in and check-out. Arfan also gave us a very nice room with an amazing view… we’re really appreciate it! The view felt like a “premium” one, as people would say. Thank you so much, Arfan 🥰 As you can see, I even took a few pictures because the view and the room were just too beautiful not to capture. But the pictures were taken when I was about to check out because I forgot to take photos upon arrival 😅 The unit had a stunning view of KLCC and KL Tower. Its truly beautiful. The check-in and check-out process was extremely smooth. The room was clean, tidy, beautifully decorated, and smelled really nice. Even the corridor leading to the room was clean and pleasantly scented. The lift was convenient too.. once you tap the access card, it goes straight to your floor. The room also felt very secure because the door had strong security, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The location is very strategic. It’s within walking distance to Pavilion, Bukit Bintang, and Berjaya Times Square. Finding food in the area was also very easy. Overall, a very comfortable, secure, and convenient stay. If I come to Bukit Bintang again, I will definitely choose this place. Highly recommended!

My first time to stay at Axon. The floor given is quite high. Within five minutes walk can reach pavilion Bukit Bintang. And TRX as well.  The amenities like swimming pool are share with the hotel beside (The Sleeping Lion).  The agent that handle the stay is fast respond and responsible.

The facilities in the homestay is actually quite complete and this will be my top plus point. There are refrigerator, washing maschine, kettle and hair dryer that are prepared in the unit which is really convenient for travellers that travel with family members. They even prepare knife and scissors for the kitchen. The environment is good and the view at the balcony is fascinating but there is a problem that the resident upside the building will throw the rubbish such as cigarette end or tissue to our balcony.This will be my deduction on recommend to someone will mind about this problem. The geographical location is also very convenient for someone who just want to shop at the Bukit Bintang area. Walk for a 5 minute that cross over Starhill and Fahrenheit 88 then will arrive Pavillion Shopping Mall. But there is also a little deduct points for the MRT station.We need to walk to Lot10 to get to the MRT which will take a quite long time to walk to there.

There was a glitch in the beginning with the apartment not being ready. The washing machine was not working, so the cleaner could not finish cleaning on time. The communication was excellent and we were updated regularly. We got in an hour late but were allowed to check out late, which compensated us for lost time. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

Stayed here for 15 days. The overall experience was pleasurable. The location is strategic -- very nice to Chinatown, Maharajarela Monorail and the Stadium Merdeka. We were assigned the unit 2-12-2 (1 bedroom). The unit is spacious, clean and cooling (not feeling hot even if it's very hot outside). There is no daily or weekly cleaning throughout the stay. We had to request the clothes airer; otherwise, it didn't come by default. Apart from the amount paid via TRIP, there is another RM50 cleaning fee, and RM300 security deposit (refundable upon checkout). Gym and pools are great too. Suggestion: it will be good to have a peeler in the unit. Will come back again if we need to stay in KL again in the future.

It was great because it was a duplex, and it was even better because check-in and check-out were so simple... Plus, it was so spacious that even 7 family members could come over to play, and there were many beds and it was great. It was also nice that there was a night market, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. What's even better is that you can also do late checkout by paying a little more (postpaid), so it was perfect.

The property was amazing. Very stylish and modern. It had extra features that you normally are charged for at most hotels - such as your own 2in1 washing machine/dryer! The rooftop pool is amazing with stunning view - which includes Petronas towers, KL Tower and Merdeka building. At night time it’s even better! We were pleasantly surprised and know for sure we will be staying here whenever we’re in Malaysia. Location is perfect too - 5min walk from Petronas Towers and Suria mall.

It should have clearly stated that this is a service apartment and not a hotel. Although the location is good, but the experience is slightly below average. First, there is no front desk for checkin and need to call them at the security post. Worst is how to make mobile call without local line. The corridor to the apartment has an odd smell. The room is fine but the towels had turned brown from white. This is a real pee off.

The accommodation has a very convenient location — there is a metro station nearby, as well as large shopping malls such as TRX and Pavilion, which makes getting around the city and shopping especially easy. Check-in went smoothly and quickly. We were met upon arrival and helped to carry our luggage to the apartment, which created a good first impression. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing, as the condition of the apartment did not meet our expectations. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside, and the cleanliness left much to be desired — there were ants everywhere, the place was rather dirty, and the sofa had cigarette burns. Cooking was also nearly impossible. The kitchen was poorly equipped: there was only one heavily scratched pot and a few plates. Basic essentials such as a frying pan, cutting board, and kitchen knife were completely missing, which caused significant inconvenience.

The first time I came to Kuala Lumpur, I chose to stay in this hotel. When we booked the hotel, we asked in advance if we could check in if we had a flight in the early morning. The hotel replied that we could pay 150 for a late check-in, so we went. As a result, when we arrived at the scene, the guards would not let us in and asked us to contact the landlord outside, and then the conversation in the photo happened. 1. The landlord replied that it was too late and we could not check in. 2. I showed him the conversation between us and the customer service, and he told me that it was incorrect 🙂, so what did the customer service do? ? 3. If we must check in, we have to pay 300 Malaysian ringgits before we can enter. (I suspect that he would not change hotels when he saw that we were so late, so he asked for 300 Malaysian ringgits) 4. We agreed to pay, and an Indian boy came out to collect the money from us and took us upstairs. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we had to change rooms once a day. I don’t know why. ——— Let’s talk about the room There is a washing machine, toiletries, and air conditioning 👌 Except for the internet 🛜, it’s like there is no internet at all. The WiFi provided by the landlord is just as bad. I wanted to use the internet on my phone, but it was left with only one bar. When I walked to the room, there was no service 🙂, which made me feel very inconvenient.

Walking distance to Pavilion and Alor Food Street, it almost the Center of tourists belt. The check in procedure is simple as they have representative coming to meet you and explain the house rules. Deposit of $300 is need as it will refund to you on the spot upon checkout. Staying in Room 1802. Through I stay in a 2BRM apartment , it seems like a studio plus additional room on the side minus the huge living room I had at SkySuites near KLCC. Nevertheless the decor are quite zen as it quite suitable for short trip.

Loved the loft unit. Balcony had a good view outside but overall stayed because of the loft. Not hard to get to as there's a bridge from LRT station. Just one stop away from KL Sentral. From Bangsar LRT station, you can take the bus to go Mid Valley for nearby shopping. The surrounding area of the apartment has a few eating places but otherwise, just Grab food or Panda over. Only issue is they did not add me into the WhatsApp group for chatting my check in. Called the guy in charge listed on this app and it was immediately resolved. Thankfully I called when I arrived at the airport.

Extremely central and convenient location. Macs is across and within walking distance to twin towers. Wish there were hangers or drying rack as we couldn’t hang out clothes at all after washing. It’s not practical to bring our own drying rack. Wish there was tissue paper too as it’s quite surprising there wasn’t any. Didn’t understand the lift system initially as there were no buttons to press. Kept thinking I was in wrong lift. When we were there, there are groups of men hanging around which makes female travellers feel a bit uneasy. Other than these, everything else was perfect.

The location is next to the long distance coach drop of point which is excellent. Near to malls and tourist sights. The room is dated though everything that we needed was working. The room was also clean, contrary to fears after reading some other reviews. The lady in charge was responsive via WhatsApp.

This time the family trip specially chose hotel-style apartments. The three bedrooms and two halls are very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, forks, spoons, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, electric irons, and you can cook by yourself. This is the first choice for family trips. The location is also ok. In the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center area, take the pedestrian bridge to Babylon Square and the Petronas Twin Towers in about 15-20 minutes. There is a swimming pool, gym, laundry room and canteen on the third floor of the apartment, which is cost-effective.

The host was very kind and considerate enough to keep my personal item which I had forgotten about and left behind at his apartment until I can come back to KL again to collect it. Aside from that, the apartment is really awesome. Great location within walking distance to TRX mall and their train station, one station away from Bukit Bintang. Cleanliness is really good and the decor is amazing. Got a bit of view of the twin towers. Full amenities provided. The only issue which is out of the host’s control is the waiting time for the lifts as there are a lot of occupants/tourists and only 2 lifts available, not counting the firemen’s lift which was currently being used by the renovation/construction people. Btw, I booked for one bedroom but surprisingly got a 2-bedroom apartment instead. I would happily stay here again as it is really value for money.

Air con noisy. Strong fan of air con couldn't be altered. The remote control was hopeless. Not very clean as not sure how long the bed sheet and pillow cases were changed before guest arrival. Guess the cleaner wasn't trained to do the job properly. The linen and towel were still 20% wet in the dryer. I doubt that should have been cleaned and cleared before guest check in. It could be a last minute touch-up and rush job. So, how clean it could be!

A great apartment on the 22nd floor, from which it opens just a stunning view of the city and Petronas! The living room with a kitchen area, a mini couch and a balcony and two bedrooms - in one double bed, in another one-bedroom bed and a nominated mattress, for a family with 2 children it was super convenient! In the rooms modern air conditioners and ceiling fans! The apartment is no noise and very comfortable! The pool on the 35th floor is fascinating, super idea with a transparent bottom- in the form of a hole 👍 On the first floor the pool is uncrowded, but as refreshing as the top! The location super, everyone in the pedestrian accessibility, rarely used taxi. And the Lala port shopping center, which gets directly from the condo, adds convenience in terms of food and shopping. I recommend! The assistant of the owner settled without a plem, deposit 2thousand ringit, returned as 👌
