First of all, this hotel is not as close to the subway as the merchants have told for nearly six minutes on foot. It is purely a lie. Kyungbashi Station is 1.2 km away and walks without a word. Then this hotel is purely self-help. There is no staff to call. The voice operation is very unpleasant. How much time do you have to clean the service? If you need to pay 1000 yen, once the toiletries and paper towels are used up, there is no need to continue. The bath towels are not replaced by the ones. We have a family of three for the towel and Ctrip. They can't find anyone. Although they had clean towels and paper towels the day before they left, my mood is still very bad. To tell the truth, where are the praises coming from!

The advantage is that the transportation is very convenient. It is not far from the JR Station Temman Station. It is very close to Sakuranomiya and Tenmangu Shrine. It is within walking distance. It is really not too convenient to take JR for a day trip around Osaka. The room is very large, which is rare in Japan. The bed can be regarded as a double bed. The facilities are complete and self-service check-in is very convenient. The disadvantage is that it is right next to the railway. Japanese houses do not directly open their balconies to face the railway. Although the room is separated by two doors and a space inside, the railway can still be heard. People who are light sleepers should think carefully. I personally don’t feel much sleep. effect and is therefore satisfactory.

Terrific accomodation in Osaka. Clean, spacious and relatively quiet. Apartments are very well set out and thoughtfully equipped. Love the washing machine and the heat room in the bathroom to dry clothing and towels. Nice touch that one of the beds can be closed off by sliding doors. Cooking equipment useful, especially to make simple meals like and egg or to heat up food in the microwave. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Close to the train stations and once you get the hang of the complex set up at Osaka/ Umeda it’s relatively easy to get around. Only complaints are beds and pillows are a little hard but I think this is normal in Japan. Umeda is a thriving area. Lots of shops and restaurants close by.

High CP value for the good location and low price. Has everything I needed.. from the convenience stores. Able to purchase amenities from the counter as well. Friendly counter service. Women storey and men storey differ a lot in terms of quality and availability of services. Sauna from the hotel is only catered to the men. Women storey has doors with wide opening at the top, thus smoke smells travel easily. The bed curtain helps to reduce smell but the wrong and hallways always reek of cigarette despite being a non-smoking building 🤦🏻♀️ I do hope the management enforces this policy strictly.

It was a last minute reservation. Since it's an apartment, I was a little worried about the cleanliness and facilities. New, beautiful and cheap! The house is kept clean, has all the necessary amenities, and the room is spacious and comfortable for a family of five! The TV is comfortable and you can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc. The owner was also kind and helpful when I had a problem, even though it was late. I will continue to stay here next time I come. It is really economical! The only drawback is that the number of quilts given to each adult is a bit harsh. There are not enough quilts for my two children. Moreover, the room was not cleaned once for 9 days in a row, and the towels were of poor quality! Everything given has a snap! It was difficult because my English and Japanese were limited, but it was nice to be able to contact them by email. I was able to contact them quickly.
