Great location, very good price for the room. Everything works in the room, tv, fridge, hot shower, air conditioning and the balconies are great. I stayed in 2 different rooms. They were both great. Only complaint was that the internet stopped working for a full day one time and for 6 hours another time. I stayed over a week and when the wifi worked it was great! Game is also a very friendly young man working at the front desk who was helpful as well.

Отель не увидел бронирование, сделанное trip.com через партнёра. Пришлось связываться с поддержкой и отдельно сотрудникам ресепшн с менеджером отеля. Но в итоге ситуация решилась, нас заселили. Как я понимаю, в отеле идет ремонт, возможно поэтому часть бронирований приостановлены. Расположение хорошее, много вкусных недорогих кафе рядом. Но до пляжа идти минут 25, но спасает то, что путь лежит большей части по тени торгового центра. В торговом центре есть много магазинов одежды и аксессуаров, плюс большой BIG C с приятными ценами. Напротив отеля бар, номер выбрали с видом на него, хоть и шум до 3 ночи, но нам не мешало)

It’s a very good hotel. It’s great that you can cook by yourself. The boss is very enthusiastic, you must answer all questions, the English pronunciation is standard, not very Chinese, teach us to take the minis bus from Patong to Phuket town, 50 beads per person, I took a loacl bus back from Phuket Town, 30 beads per person, the room was big and clean, no mosquitoes, the children said that the breakfast I made was better than the buffet breakfast at the Karon Hotel in the back, 100 meters down is the whole family, bought eggs Sausage instant noodles Yakult, 4 of us, a total of 20 yuan

i stayed in march 2023 at the house... although i stayed here more then once before Covit for many weeks..i think this was my last time there...as for years they won t renovate their old building. The former hotel, now since 2023 became b and b needs profound renovations....it already did when i was there in 2019 and 2020 but now it s really getting below standards... the rooms are provided without decent cleaning before the guests arrive...the paint on ceilings and walls is getting loose on many spots,the cranes from the bathroom leak water, the balcony cushions are not present any more...so you have to take a seat on a concrete bed...really hard... the rooms(2 out of 4 rooms every floor) at the west side with view on jungceylon shopping centre get so hot from the sun during the day, that when you enter your room, you need about 3 hours for the room to cool down from 45 untill 25 degrés celcius...it feels like an oven when you enter because there s no isolation between the wall.the aircon is very old and can t manage cooling down the hot wall... When i complainted about this they acted like they didn t know about this, but when the maintenance guy came to check the aircon he knew about this heating problem very well ... on the balcony you have the aircon unit , who threws the heated air to the concrete bed with no cushions..where you are supposed to sit on....really hot... also on the bed only 2 cushions, not like the 4 we got in 2020. the window sheets look like they haven t been washed for 20 years, you cannot completely close the curtons because of of the bad repairs of the sliding system. they only give you 1 keycard...they do this on purpose to make sure you don t use any electricity to leave the aircon on....the problem is that u need 3 hours full aircon to make the room cool untill 25*c. the lights in the hallway to go to the elevator are mostly switched of so you need the light from your phone to get to your room from the elevator. the elevator makes noices , like you think the metal beams who hold the elevator can snap at any moment... you see clearly that the owner or management won t invest a dime to improve the building and the rooms and just want to take the profit from renting out.with old pictures of the rooms pro s good location on walking distance from bangla road the cleaning and maintenance staff were friendly good movie channel

Stayed 3 nights. 1st floor poolside room. The room is large, but the furnishings and electric appliances are all old. The microwave in the kitchen is out of order, and the television is frosty and can't be seen properly. I don't feel like cooking. I don't feel like swimming in the small pool. You can hear the sounds outside. The good thing is that the beach, nightlife is close, convenience stores and restaurants are close by, and there is no traffic noise at the back of the soi, so it was quiet at night.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Phuket! 🤩🤩🤩Extremely great value for money! The lady at the front desk is super helpful kind and sweet. ♥️ The rooms are still brand new and in impeccable condition. The photo of the room on the app is exactly the same in actual! There are good pluses and bad minuses. Wifi was poor throughout in my room so we had to be in pool area to get wifi. The bathroom separator curtain doesn’t exist. Bathtub is scrapped from the bottom. Hot water doesn’t reach bathtub but outside bathtub on floor it reaches. So floor gets wet and due to slope issues water stays stuck in places. Basin is too small. On the plus side. Rooms are great. Neat clean. Balcony was great. Food in their restaurant is good and cheap. Their scooter hire is cheap. Pool is very good. Staff are super excellent cooperative and always trying to help. So really mixed bag. Location is not beach but surrounded by eateries bars massage parlours etc. We chose family room and it’s adequate for 5 adults to sleep comfortably. The king bed can easily fit 3 adults.

Compared to the Youth Hostel, this room has nearly 40. The location is actually okay. It depends on your budget and the purpose of your trip. I personally usually go outdoors, by the sea, not a hotel. Even hotels here. Living with locals, of course, the tenants are basically foreigners. Safe and clean. But humble. If there is a problem, the landlord will solve it. The integration of travel and living is very worry-free. It is close to the stores, night markets, and the sea. It's just backstreet. We were in Phuket only for 2 nights and Sleep at Phuket was excellent choice. Location is great, near city center. Room was clean, air conditioned. There is also TV if you’d like to watch some Thai shows :). In our room view was at other building which was about 2 meters away from ours. So if view at the city is what you’re looking for you’ll probably keep your curtains closed, like us. Except for that it was a pleasant stay. In the building is also washing machine and elevator. Rooms was daily cleaned and shampoo and shower gel was provided.

Appreciated: Myself and my fiancé, appreciated the gesture of the room being cleaned on a daily basis as well as soap, bottled water and toilet paper being re-supplied. Most of the gentleman who cleaned the room were friendly despite the language barrier. Also, the security guard also did not speak much English...but he made an effort to communicate :) Disliked: We were not happy with the room upon our arrival, as it was nothing like the pictures indicated on booking.com, therefore; after a long 22 hour flight our vacation started off with a slight disappointment. The television had 1 or 2 English channels, and there is air conditioning available, because the rooms are extremely hot. There are no refreshments in the room, nor appliances, crockery or cutlery...but there is hot water available on the ground floor. So we bought take away coffee and kept the cups for re-use. However, after this discovery there was nothing that we could do about the room at the time of arrival, because the hotel reception staff does not speak English. Also, we had to make peace with it because we had booked our entire 14 day vacation at Summer Hotel, so if we cancelled we would have lost all of our money paid for the accommodation. After about the third day of our holiday, we had acquainted ourselves with Old Phuket Town and thus drafted a really busy schedule for our 14 day vacation, which resulted in us really only going to our hotel room to sleep an watch a bit of TV.....but after some time, it really turned not to be bad at all...we made the most of our situation...afterall we were on holiday and we wanted it to be memorable :)

- Very comfortable SHA+ hotel for budget Sandboxer like me - Ms. Fay the Manager is very responsive, perfect English (of course), making sure you get all your documents well. I directly booked with her without external site - This branch is in a little alley BUT it’s a smack-downtown Phuket Town! - Phuket Walking Street Night Market 2 mins walk. Long streets of Instagramable Sino Portuguese shophouses in Thanon Thalang & Thanon Phang Nga: 2-3 mins walk (literally next junction). Cafes, restaurants, daily shops, all super convenient! - Everything else in Phuket Town is within walking distance. From Michellin Roti Taew Nam, regular local food court (the uncle knew my usual custom fried rice order), to upper end Japanese restaurants for example. - Bed: clean. If you were like me, the bed was the perfect softness/hardness. Something about a renovated historic building too that makes you sleep till noon. - Overall room: clean. Perfectly functioning room. The decorations and classic Sino-Portuguese architecture were just icing on the cake for me :) - With the declining tourism, I was the only guest after my 3rd day there. Enjoyed the quieteness of the town because of this. - Good price for airport transfer as well

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations beyond words. I judged it prematurely because of the price but my room was very big, it was squeaky clean and it actually looked nice. I also had a TV that I actually used, a kettle to make my coffee, an iron to press my clothes and a mini bar fridge. My room also had a balcony. The location is perfect. About 8 minutes walk to the beach (DON'T use the main road if you're walking, it's dangerous with no side walks and further. Use the backstreets). There are bars, restaurants, currency exchange offices, laundromats, ATM's and spa's everywhere you look. Had I known how much I would enjoy this place I would have stayed much longer. The staff at Sure Guesthouse is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, if you are not driving or using a motorbike, don't you worry, Grab and Bolt work very well here. I was using Grab to go to faraway destinations but then I switched to Bolt because their prices are almost 1/3 of Grabs prices. Cons: It gets a little noisy at night (cause of the bars and nightlife), but not so bad that you can't sleep. Also, there isn't a lift so you have to use stairs (this was fine for me cause I was eating ALOT so I needed the stairs, but I know some people don't like that and should probably ask to get a room on the 2nd floor when booking. Overall, this is a great place to stay for anyone of any age especially considering the price. If I ever come back to Thailand, I will definitely stay at Sure again.

We stayed here 3 nights. Flying in very late to Phuket, we have never been and were slightly nervous traveling with a 5 year old. This beautiful ,very clean bungalow was perfect! Parait the host was simply incredible. Very kind and helpful,he guided us through our 1st 2 days in Thailand. Free bikes were awesome to ride beach side, which was about 1.8km. Plants if shops and restaurants around although food at the little cafe here was affordable and delicious!! This area is rural and very quite, which we enjoyed. Thank you to Parait for being so kind and helpful. Would recommend for families and new comers to Thailand. You made our 1st moments in Thailand memorable Carrie and Kevin

Stayed here for 5 nights, attracted by the short distance to the beach. The site forgets to mention there is an airport between the beach and hotel. Ni Tang beach is a beautiful beach one of the beat on Phuket Island. Its a 35 minute walk but worth it. Bike hire is more expensive the other parts of the island. 300B/day is the going rate but in the hotel area they ask 500b. On the beach you can get one for 300b. The room is ok nothing to complain about and very quiet. They will only clean the room when you ask and seem to have a shortage of towels.

I just fell in love with these apartments! I came here for a holiday with my family and was pleasantly surprised by a cozy environment. Indeed everything was thought up to the tiny things - from modern design to functional furniture. We were a little worried that would be noisy , as the condo is still on a busy street and our balcony was straight out to the carriageway . But it turned out not so critical , we slept wonderfully . After all, a huge number of bikes also local color ☺️ In addition, the location of apartments is ideal. We could quickly reach all shops and cafes wherever we wanted to go. Yes, and the transfer from hotel to beach is a wonderful service that we really used! I can't help but say about the interior that exactly corresponds to the photos on the website. It is very welcome and really excellent for romantic rest. My husband and I have remained very happy with our stay here and definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a great rest in a cozy setting!

Отель не увидел бронирование, сделанное trip.com через партнёра. Пришлось связываться с поддержкой и отдельно сотрудникам ресепшн с менеджером отеля. Но в итоге ситуация решилась, нас заселили. Как я понимаю, в отеле идет ремонт, возможно поэтому часть бронирований приостановлены. Расположение хорошее, много вкусных недорогих кафе рядом. Но до пляжа идти минут 25, но спасает то, что путь лежит большей части по тени торгового центра. В торговом центре есть много магазинов одежды и аксессуаров, плюс большой BIG C с приятными ценами. Напротив отеля бар, номер выбрали с видом на него, хоть и шум до 3 ночи, но нам не мешало)

Location near Patong, 10 minutes by bike or taxi. There is a market with fruits and food nearby. The hotel itself is not bad, we had a good panoramic view of the mountains. But there is a need for cosmetic repairs, the furniture is all outdated. The windows were all dirty, the bathroom smelled unpleasant. On the ground floor there is a gym, you can work out well, but it turned out to be paid even if you are staying at the hotel.

Fun, immersive cultural stay in Phuket prime location refurbished traditional shophouse at good rates. This hotel is located at the most prime Thalang road in Phuket Old Town. It is a door step away from the famous Old Phuket Town Sunday night market where makeshift stalls hawked their wares, and there is lively singing by street performers into the night. The room is well kept and clean, with daily supply of 2 bottles of water and change of towels. Downside is the sound proofing is not so good in traditional house, but is generally ok once you get used to it. You have to take the stairs, but it’s part of the experience. The place is family run and the owners are typical Thai (reserved but very hospitable and helpful if you ask for help) This place is walking distance away from all the good restaurants (Raya and One Chun), coffee and international bars (all on same street or next street), cultural shops (buy goodies, souvenirs), tourist and tour agencies (can book local day trips). The beach is less than half hour away by taxi which you can easily book via Grab app which is like Uber. Taxis are cheap in Phuket. Just don’t get caught in the peak hour traffic. This location is also 15 min drive away from Phuket Central Festival mall which sports a plush cinema.

We were looking for somewhere to eat and stumbled across this place. My husband had the cheeseburger I had a cheese and ham sandwich both with fries. We had 2 cokes and I also had the mojito cocktail which was on offer for just 89 Bahts. All was delicious and well presented. Service was excellent too and always with a smile.
