We didnt get the right code to access to the unit, fortunately we met some other tenants in front of the elevator and told us that he got email on the day he checked in which we never received any. The only thing we received days before was the booking confirmation email with a 4digit code which we thought it was the access code. After being stranded for hours and we tried to contact trip.com, finally we received the email with complete instructions. I brought kids and old folks and it was raining on that day, there were noone to help and no seats for waiting. And it was the day after long flights we took from overseas. Well we wont come back or recommend anyone to this hotel though it has a good location and the unit is considered clean and complete amenities.

I was looking for a place not far from Dotonbori shopping street and made a reservation, and I was quite satisfied. It looks like it was recently remodeled, but I was generally satisfied with the cleanliness and cleaning conditions, and unlike typical Japanese lodgings, the best use of space was the wide space. I think it took about 10 minutes to walk to the main street of Dotonbori, and there are many entertainment bars nearby, so you might be a little reluctant, but there were so many tourists on the street that it didn't feel dangerous. It was also nice that the shower and toilet areas were separated.

Everything is similar to the photos and reviews, good location (5 minutes walk from the subway), large space, complete facilities (kitchen, refrigerator, wet and dry separation, shower + bathtub) The only problem was that I didn't receive the check-in code after booking, and I didn't know that there was no counter reception for self-service check-in. I had to borrow a phone from a nearby hotel and call Trip customer service to ask for assistance. Haoyuan customer service dealt with it immediately and tried their best to eliminate obstacles.

I have been to Japan many times, and this is my first time staying in a Japanese B&B. It is a one-family home with three floors. It is very suitable for a family of seven like us. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The location is convenient for going to Shinsaibashi! Namba, Kuromon, and major attractions are all convenient to walk or take the subway. I will continue to stay here next time I come. It is really economical! The only drawback is that the number of quilts given to each adult is a bit harsh. There are not enough quilts for my two children. Moreover, the room was not cleaned once for 9 days in a row, and the towels were of poor quality! Everything given has a snap!
