We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was good, aside from the 4 flight of stairs that we have to take. Considering that I stayed there with a kid and I think it wasn't the safest floor. Apart from that, I like our stay...the bed was too comfortable that I thought I'd stay in the room the whole day instead of doing anything.

We had a good night's sleep, which is important for travellers. Beach, wetmarket and 7-11 all are nearby. Overall it is a top rated place. We could go to the beach easily. Proximity to the airport was another big advantage.

I would like to give a big thanks to the security guard who was very helpful and accommodating from the moment I arrived until I checked out. I forgot to ask for his name, but kudos to him for his excellent service. As for the hotel, I booked a spacious room that had a lovely window view and a small refrigerator. However, most of their appliances were a bit outdated, and I hope they can upgrade at least those. The hotel is also very affordable and conveniently located right in front of restaurants, a pharmacy, and a bank. I would definitely return!

The only minus if a company is located in the cottage, it may be noisy, but in our practice in 23.00 music has already been turned off). To the city 5 km (cafe, panasagma beach, etc.) - you need a bike, with renting you will help. The first day of renting a bike 500 peso (bike was new), followed by a 400. For its money hotel - TOP, recommend!!!

It is recommended to contact in advance to adjust time etc. I didn't use the kitchen inside the hostel, but don't expect kitchen utensils. The refrigerator is large and good performance. The view is really good. I saw the sea and the pool downstairs. Good with a small terrace. Good for rest with bed and small sofa. Overall well organized and tidy.

Location wise since it’s near to the airport it only takes 20-30mins depending upon the traffic. But it's difficult to ride a taxi since the area has a road policy. Room is good. Affordable. Don't expect much what you pay is what you get. Air conditioned room. No Television. Internet is available.No soap and shampoos. They will give you one roll of tissue. So please bring if you want to shower or buy. Not advisable for those who have health conditions since the room and the information area was in the third floor. Not as quiet as you expected because the hotel was around the main road you can hear all the vehicles passing. Not comfortable for walking outside be extra cautious with your belongings and jewelries. Most of the nearby buildings are abandoned. Rotten animals near the hotel area. If you want a place near the airport it's good. Just don't be picky a peace of advice. ☺️

IT park is a great central location for a short stay in Cebu. The apartment was perfect, well furnished with everything you'll need. There's laundry & dry cleaning services downstairs and shopping, dining, and entertainment with in short walking distance. I'd recommend Sugbo Mercado (outdoor food court) for evening food options. I actually bumped into the owner Jason and he was kind enough to show me another apartment he has available and recommend nearby Gym. I'll definitely be booking this apartment for my next stay in Cebu.

This was our first time booking a room with shared toilet and shower. And it didn't cause us any inconvenience at all. The hostel has a nice common area, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. We took both available excursions from them and were also delighted with the organization (as well as the excursions themselves). The location is perfect. It's less than 10 minutes' leisurely walk to the beach with turtles and sardines. All the main establishments are on the way. If we are in Moalboal again, we will definitely stay here.

В номере есть полотенца, удобная кровать, кондиционер, туалетные принадлежности, фен. Горячая вода ( в моём московском понимании этого слова) была, но не всегда. В гостинице есть правило, что в номере нельзя пить. На территории отеля находится симпатичный и удобный бар с пивом/коктейлями. Очень приветливые ребята из персонала. Из минусов - рядом ведётся стройка, начинается она в 8 утра..

Nice affordable place. A bit off the tourist area, but since I needed that location to take my bus next morning it was ideal. Host is nice and very helpful. Convenient to take the morning bus to the ferry taking me to Malapascua.

Lovely accommodation. Extremely comfy bed, breakfast included in our package was nice, and complimented by a lovely view over the ocean every morning. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, They helped us to book out whale shark tour and also arranged a taxi for us back to Cebu city on our last day. Can’t give them enough credit for being great hosts. Would definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again.
