Had paid for ac room but ac was not working at all. Complained this to receptionist only my room (409) ac was not functioning he said there is some power issue, within half an hour it will be fixed. Issue was not fixed at all. I had to sleep without ac inspite of paying extra charges for acFromIDR 291,429
