The front desk staff at time of checking in was very unfriendly and stuck up. Overall, room was satisfactory. The bath towels provided were dirty looking, old and run-down. Luckily we brought our own towels. Air condition in the room was good. This hotel is located very near to the town and there is a kopitiam along the same row as the hotel. There is also a KFC outlet less than 100 meters away. Parking is provided. For the price paid, I think this is still a budget hotel worth staying if you do not expect too much.SOLD OUT

1. The hotel was a refurbished hotel from the previous management. The room was quite okay and spacious enough for 2. There is no air conditioning available. Only a stand fan is provided. But we not really mind as the coldness from outside are good enough for us.
2. The toilet was clean but have some foul smell. It could be coming from the floor trap.
3. Breakfast is quite basic. For the mains, we can choose from several options in the list, and they will only cook once we made our choices. You can order again if you want
4. Beware of birds. It will go inside your room and pooped. And they won’t go away even if you shuh them away.
5. Staff are well trained. They try to accommodate us with the room that satisfy our needs, based on the availability of the rooms. They allow us for early check in once the room was ready.
6. View was superb. We chose a room facing the garden. It got really foggy in the morning and feels like you in a different world. It feels so magical.
Overall, don’t expect too high for this hotel. A good hotel for you to just chill and relax in the room while enjoying the cool weather. For a 1 night stay, we were quite satisfied with this hotel.FromSEK 358

I booked the Royal suite but what I get like economy suite.
No toiletries except hair shampoo and shower liquid.
Slipper, oral care, face towel only sent upon request.
Tissue box was empty.
Asked soap bar for hand wash, the staff told me not provided. After I complaint the staff sent me a bottle of hand wash which like Belong to someone.
My room has pool but only provide 2 bath towels. When request, can give another 2 only. Means I can enter my pool 1x only. If enter more no towel to use.
Charge high price but provide below basic services .
The reception counter is on top and get wet when raining. Only 1 person on duty, if this person go to toilet. Have to wait for her to come back.
Breakfast very basic, less protein, no chicken nor fried or scrambled egg … just hard boiled egg cut into half for Nasi Lemak.

The location of this home stay is excellent, less than 5km driving distance to Raub Town, which makes it very convenient.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. 1. The homestay does not provide basic toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, so we need to go to buy a new one as we forgot to bring it.
2. The bedsheet had small holes and should be replaced to maintain comfort and cleanliness.
3. Noticed a lingering smell of cigarette smoke - it would be much better if the place could be made a non-smoking accommodation to ensure a fresher environment for all guests.
4. Noticed the sugar or creamer provided were already expired, which raised concerns about attention to detail and quality control.
Overall, the stay was convenient because of the location, but with better upkeep, fresher supplies, and stricter rules on smoking, the experience could be much more pleasant.FromSEK 244
