Since my wife and I arrived, the treatment was very kind by all the staff, in person and on the phone. The facilities are clean and beautiful, very close to the beach and the tourist area, we did not have to use the vehicle! This water front, resort style condo is just a 25 minute drive from the San Ysidro border and 8 minutes south of the main tourist district of Rosarito (Papas & Beer) at K30. The the white sand beach (w/ no vendors) is one of the best beaches in Rosarito. Multiple restaurants, bars and coffee shops all sit within a short walk from the unit, yet you escape the chaos and noise of not being in the crowded heart of downtown. This family friendly unit features: 24hr security and gated parking.The spaceThis is a bright and airy end unit with a large shaded balcony that has protection from the hot summer sun. The master bedroom is oceanfront and second bedroom is unique and has exterior window (that not attached to the common hallway). The entire unit is filled with cool ocean breezes and sounds of crashing waves. Since my wife and I arrived, the treatment was very kind by all the staff, in person and on the phone. The facilities are clean and beautiful, very close to the beach and the tourist area, we did not have to use the vehicle! We stayed gor two nights in Feb.2026. Everything was excellent except there were two instances the Internet and power went dead. Fortunately it was not too long. All in all it worths the money to stay there. Very convenient location , 10 minutes walk from the beach.FromMYR 380
