The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! A wonderful hotel located close to the airport and transportation. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and our room was large. Breakfast was superb but a bit on the cold side. Looking forward to visiting Sarajevo again and staying at Ibis Styles.

Absolutely fantastic! The room was very clean and the location was great. The owners were also incredibly nice! English communication was no problem at all! The owner recommended restaurants for me and replied to messages very quickly. A truly excellent stay; the room was quiet and the view from the window was beautiful!

Tertiary Less than 5 minutes walk from Bashcharsia and Seville. It is also close to the tram station. The bus 200E stop for the airport can also walk on almost flat roads. There is a supermarket, KONZUM nearby. The scale is small. It is Sunday holidays. There is also a bakery near the tram station. I also do it here on Sundays. Ministry of Housing It's big enough to sleep almost. The cleaning was also firm. The shower booth is a type of door closed and does not jump out of the water. The water pressure is strong. Wait a little for hot water to come out. The toilet is heated very close when sitting, and it is easy to hit your legs. Except for that, it is easy to use. Reception The entrance is in the back than you can see on Google Maps. Please go inside the parking lot. It is on the right side. The entrance door is locked. Let's ring the bell and call the staff at first. Check in and you will get an electronic key to unlock the door with the room key. Is it family business? There was a young woman at the reception and then a young man. I was impressed by the good greetings.

Nice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.

The room was very clean, the boss was super nice, our checkin time was too late, the reception was off work, the enthusiastic boss answered the phone or came to help open the door to carry the box, and when we left, he also helped us call the taxi that did not kill the customer to the bus station, and there was also a service to and from the airport. The service is too thoughtful, great praise

Hygiene: It was okay, at least it looked clean, but I found small bugs when I shook out the blankets... Environment: The top-floor room was tiny; even I, a 163cm tall woman, bumped my head... The room was really small and clearly converted from a storage room. The bathroom smelled bad. Service: The front desk staff were friendly, but there was no other service. I had to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs myself. No one cleaned during my stay. They only provided one small towel, and the blankets were small and thin, so I had to put them on myself. Facilities: Very old, the heating was broken, and the bathroom had no separate shower area; after showering, the entire bathroom was soaked. Advantages: The location is generally very good, right in the old town, close to the city hall, airport bus station, and Latin Bridge. The hotel is just a few dozen meters from the intersection where Yellowburg is located, with a convenience store and a local bakery selling delicious and cheap pizza. Honestly, unless you're looking for convenience, it's more cost-effective to just ask for available rooms on-site.

The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly.

For those with time to enjoy Sarajevo Grand Hotel offers all you need as well as a glimpse into one of the many 'Grand' hotels with fitting that encapsulate the former Yugoslavia. Breakfast although basic was within expectations for the price point. The 'Sarajevo 1984' Olympic colors on the chairs I thought were a nice nod to the past. The room was modest but included everything I needed as a solo traveller and was cleaned every couple of days. Lack of AC was the only thing that made the trip slightly less comfortable. There is a bar on a maisonette floor that serves drinks all day till around 11PM. The staff were courteous and helpful. For those who don't have a car, taxi can be ordered from the front desk or you can walk 5 minutes to the Railway Station and nearest Tram/Bus stops. The observation tower is nearby, the Ottoman city is around 30 minutes on foot. I would stay again. 👍

A big hotel next to the National Museum and a mall. Interesting building, especially the lobby zone. Nice location: I already mentioned the mall and trams passing right next to the hotel, there are also supermarkets, ATMs, and cafes nearby. The other side is that trams and the street bring some constant noise level to the room. Breakfast could have been a bit better, especially coffee. The rest was fine: a spacious room with a bathtub, free parking, and helpful staff.
