And for those who choose a day of playing with tubes and noodles, Jamaica Royale has three conveniently located heated swimming pools. Rentals range from one week to an entire season in this recently updated, ADA compliant one story villa that offers two generously sized bedrooms (plus a living room sleeper/sofa) that allows for up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has new full size beds. An eat-in kitchen with a microwave, an oven and a Keurig coffee pot, an in-unit washer and dryer, tv's in both bedrooms and a fresh and lively living area with a brand new television all make this unit seem like your home away from home. Near the beach and the village.Tastefully decorated apartment, with full a kitchen and a propane grill in the back. 1 queen bed in the bedroom, 1 fold out couch in family room sleeps 2 more. And 2 folding cots for little kids if need be.You get free use of bicycles, including a tandem and children's bikes. There are beach chairs, games, and water boards. There are tennis rackets as well. We make it easy for you to enjoy your vacation!After a day from the beach or the village, you can come back and relax. Not much traffic or noise on our neighborhood and there's a great backyard patio. Very quiet and private with more than 2 palm trees; enough room for the kids to run around, or sit on the sofa with a book. There is also free laundry for your use! Or head over for some great fishing in the canal across the street; we have the fishing tackle, too.Tangerine Dream is a great place for families or couples. You’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels above.The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):This level features a great room with the fully stocked kitchen and includes a range with cooktop with hood vent, double ovens, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, double trash and recycling storage, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. The dining area here seats 15 people comfortably via an 8-person dining table and 7 additional seats at the kitchen island bar top. There are 2 bedrooms, including the master bedroom, and a study on this floor.
