New, fresh, small hotel. Modern design. spacious rooms, however their design didn't impress me very much. Big comfortable bed. Good saucer (bad that there is no hygienic soul, for many it is moist). The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, not far from the city center by taxi for 15 minutes, and you can see the night view of Sochi at the hotel.
