Замечательный отель. Очень чисто, хорошая уборка, , много мелких продуманных мелочей, желающих проживание в отеле ещё комфортней. Например, дополнительные пледы в шкафу.
Завтраки - не особо разнообразные, но всё есть: омлет, каши, бульон, хлопья, овощи, сырная и колбасная нарезки, фрукты, кофе из кофемашины.
У меня был 52 номер (стандарт, с террасой) и терраса - это особая изюминка этого номера. На два номера, как зелёная увитая беседка, с деревом посередине, а ночью подсвечена, прямо как сказочный сад.
В проживание включено пользование сауной, очень приятно расслабиться вечером.
И подогреваемый бассейн - просто замечательное дополнение.
Минус только один - крутой подъём к отелю. И потом по лестнице. Пожилым людям и отдыхающим с маленькими детьми с коляской точно будет неудобно. Такси к отелю подъезжать тоже не любят, так как к нему ведёт улица с односторонним движением и чтобы подьехать, надо делать большой круг. И чтобы уехать придётся пройти до более удобной для вызова такси улицы. Лучше до Кубанской, до СурфКофе.
В номере был набор для чая и чай, кофе - нет, чайника - нет. При заезде две бутылочки воды, на второй день воду уже не поставили.
На рецепшн девочкам отдельное спасибо, вежливые, улыбчивые и готовы помочь по любому вопросу.
Холл отеля оформлен очень интересно, в каком-то английском стиле, с уютным уголком возле камина. Захотелось встретить здесь Рождество!

Бронировала через Trip.com этот отель на сутки, очень удобное расположение в самом центре Сочи, заселение быстрое, чистота в отеле! Белье хорошее новое, матрасы мягкие. Интересно было посмотреть именно блок с удобствами на 12 комнат. Очень всё цивильно и чисто. Есть ресторан со шведским столом, завтраки, обеды, ужины. Не плохой отель. Завтраки разнообразные, но не шведский стол. Всегда 2 блюда. Молочная каша + 2 блюдо (каждый день разное). Достаточно сытно, для меня даже много.
Уборка каждый день. Расположение отличное. Все в пешей доступности. На каждом этаже стоит кулер с водой.
Так же есть гладильная доска с утюгом. Есть своя парковка под шлагбаумом.
Жили в номере без балкона, с балконом он немного больше. 2 кровати раздельные, но мы их без проблем сдвинули вместе.

I liked the hotel. The staff is most customer-oriented at the recipes.
The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the shopping center on Navaginskaya Street, on which it is pleasant to walk at any time, it is pedestrian and active: palms, clubs, street musicians, beautiful dogs with hostesses.
I stayed in an improved room to have a minimal chance of getting windows to the gallery rather than to the street. The room is nice, there is a teapot, tea, sugar, no coffee. There is a coffee machine in the corridor, a glaze board and a tug, a microwave.
The bed is soft, bed linen perfectly white, pillows hard.
The bathroom has a minimum set of tools: Champoo, gel, air conditioner.
You can ask for something free, for example, a shower hat, something paid, for example, slippers, coat, towel for the beach.
Cleaning is daily.
The best beach of Riviera is 10 minutes walk.
Morport and embankment are also.
The train station is 7 minutes.
Supermarkets are also nearby, only the crossroads are far away. Alkoteca is not far away.
Breakfast only in coffee shops or in the room with its products.
I will bet 4.5 because it is 3 stars with good quality in a great place.

New, fresh, small hotel. Modern design. spacious rooms, however their design didn't impress me very much. Big comfortable bed. Good saucer (bad that there is no hygienic soul, for many it is moist). It was far before the sea, but for those in Sochi on business, it won't stop. Breakfasts were excellent! Very tasty, a variety of range, the restaurant is very comfortable.
