The beach is OK, no outsiders allowed! The overall guest room facilities are average, almost all made in China! Including toiletries! It is best to bring your own toiletries! The view is nice! Not worth staying for two days! The Japanese food in the lobby is ridiculously expensive because the cooking level is too average! The hotel is in a prime location in Sunny Isles and has direct access to the ocean beach. The hotel rooms are spacious, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the hotel's swimming pool is under renovation at the moment. This did not allow us to give maximum marks for all parameters.

Worth every penny! Excellent customer service, close to the beach, even give you a lift to the beach in a golf cart when asked, two complimentary drinks and two bottles of water were just a cherry on top! W also loved that the breakfast was included and we didn't have to worry about that everyday. Just excellent service... the lobby smells so nice when you enter. Nice clean hotel, without spending a fortune at the hotels across the road. My special memory will be when we walked in to the lobby soaked wet one evening and the gentleman run and got us hot towels!! How special is that? The hotel was very nice, the staff was very kind at the reception desk, the waitress, the SPA staff, liked the SPA , for guests the hotel free visit to the sauna and swimming pool at the SPA , the clean beach at the hotel, the ocean without wave , all the hotel cleanliness, early cleaning rooms, out of the downsides at the paid breakfast Swedish table, coffee, tea , water is worth money , and it is only learned when you leave , the price of cappuccino is twice as expensive as in Starbucks . We have an amazing kitchen in the apartament. The property has an incredible kitchen with everything you need. You will be steps from the best beaches in Sunny Isles. The condo has a ping pong table, pool, market, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, both for a fee. If you want to go for a walk, you will be in a quiet area. You will be in the area of the best restaurants. A few minutes walk away you will find banks if you need to carry out transactions in them. You will also be by car close to markets such as Publix or Walmart. The apartment has everything you need for an incredible and memorable vacation. The Condo facilities include a residential gym, tennis courts, a beautiful heated pool with cabanas and 24 hour valet services. The Condo is only steps away from the beach right by Heritage Park making this a top destination for families to visit. The hotel was very nice, the staff was very kind at the reception desk, the waitress, the SPA staff, liked the SPA , for guests the hotel free visit to the sauna and swimming pool at the SPA , the clean beach at the hotel, the ocean without wave , all the hotel cleanliness, early cleaning rooms, out of the downsides at the paid breakfast Swedish table, coffee, tea , water is worth money , and it is only learned when you leave , the price of cappuccino is twice as expensive as in Starbucks . Very obsessive waiters for breakfast, coffee, tea, water are offered five times, and every time I have to convince the waiter that I don't want no coffee, no tea, no water.FromHK$11,149

The beach is OK, no outsiders allowed! The overall guest room facilities are average, almost all made in China! Including toiletries! It is best to bring your own toiletries! The view is nice! Not worth staying for two days! The Japanese food in the lobby is ridiculously expensive because the cooking level is too average! Worth every penny! Excellent customer service, close to the beach, even give you a lift to the beach in a golf cart when asked, two complimentary drinks and two bottles of water were just a cherry on top! W also loved that the breakfast was included and we didn't have to worry about that everyday. Just excellent service... the lobby smells so nice when you enter. Nice clean hotel, without spending a fortune at the hotels across the road. My special memory will be when we walked in to the lobby soaked wet one evening and the gentleman run and got us hot towels!! How special is that?
