Very much satisfied with almost everything, especially the size of the room and proce. It's hard to get rooms this big with this rate nowadays. Comfortable. Good service.
I do agree with other guests mentioning about water stains on the bathroom glass wall but it doesn't bother me that much. the hotel is a bit old I guess. the corner of the room has chipped wood. there's no tissue provided in the room, there's only rolled tissue in the bathroom.

We stayed couple of nights before driving back to KK. The place is located in the center with easy access to everything however it also means it can be quite loud at night from the traffic and karaoke next door. The room had little fridge, kettle, bottles of water and coffee mix (3 in 1).

3 levels shoplot building with no lift. Small room with no window. In front of market. This hotel located around 10mins walk to utc pasar tanjung tawau and 30mins drive to airport. Arrived late at night around 8pm and they allowed late check in. Aircond functioning well however the room gives a bit of musty smell. Remote tv & aircond has to be returned to receptionist upon checkout. 2 smalls soap were given during check in. Cannot expect much for rm74/night room. Xiaomeijia surprised me. I stayed in Tawau for one night before going to Semporna. There were three families, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The price was 400 RMB. They also gave me a bunch of thoughtful snacks and new products. The kitchen was very clean. , the bathroom is also very clean, not to mention the bedroom. There is a durian stall 150 meters away. I bought 3 durians ➕ 20 mangosteens ➕ two dragon fruits for 200 ringgit. . . Eat until you are satisfied. Breakfast from 6:30-10:00 am. I went at 6:45 and was told the eggs counter is only open at 7:00 am. This is very funny. Looks like eggs are controlled/limited for consuming. It gives a very bad impression to the customers. It was crowded and when we ordered at 7:00, we only got our eggs at 7:15.FromDKK 215

We’ve been staying at this hotel every time we return to Tawau for a holiday, and it never disappoints. The hotel is relatively new and very well maintained. The bed is comfortable, and the location is excellent—convenient for getting around. What really makes the stay special is the friendly and helpful staff. Their warm hospitality always makes us feel welcome. Definitely our go-to place whenever we’re in town!FromDKK 270

The hotel is undeniably beautiful and located in a very strategic and convenient area. close to everything I needed. The design and ambiance were lovely, and overall, it had great potential for a comfortable stay.
However, I was quite shocked to find a cockroach on the bed. This was really unexpected and affected my experience. I believe cleanliness should be a top priority, especially in guest rooms, and I hope the housekeeping team can be more thorough in the future.
Additionally, I noticed there wasn’t an iron provided in the room. It would be much more convenient for guests if basic amenities like an iron were available in every room without needing to request one.
Thank you, and I truly hope the hotel can improve in these areas — I would love to come back if these issues are addressed.FromDKK 180
