the location was perfect with the river flowing along and rooms were good , it’s overly priced for the amenities you get in return and there is a lot to improve on food and internet ( especially breakfast buffet) where the dishes are not filled in the buffet and a very limited breakfast menu and it’s hardly tasty. Excellent hotel!! Clean and modern! The owner speaks very good English, so communication was never an issue. The service was incredibly attentive; on my first day, I wasn't feeling well, and everyone was genuinely concerned. It's a fantastic hotel! Highly recommended!!! However, for some reason, at every hotel in Bhutan, they claimed we didn't have a reservation and asked if we had booked through Booking.com or Agoda. We had actually booked through Ctrip, but it seemed there was a handover problem on their end, causing each check-in to take a long time to explain. Ctrip should really reflect on this issue.From€121

Location was top notch, thimphu clock tower is right behind this hotel, very easy to access the tower road, many places around in walking distance. Food was excellent, also our complementary breakfast was perfect and amenities were just right. Hotel staff were very humble and polite. Would definitely recommend.

The manager would everyday ask if we are having any problem with the food or do we need any other kind of foods. A monastery is located very near to hotel and every day early in the morning we would hear the sound of bells. We had a direct view of buddha point from our room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
