"Hotel location is very good, next to the station and mall; if you drive, there is a waiter to help parking (charged); next to a mall, 5 minutes walk, there is a delicious restaurant, selling all kinds of cheese cake; we set breakfast The room, breakfast is not self-service, is to order, the hotel sent no one dollar $ 20 card, breakfast, taste good, but very slow."
"The hotel is OK, the service is warm and the location is very close to the state council. The downstairs western restaurant is very delicious. The facilities are almost the same as the domestic 4 star standard. It should be one of the best hotels here, and valet parking is very convenient!"
"The location is very good, next to Providence Place, shopping and eating is more convenient. Walk to Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University for about 20 minutes. The hotel's atmosphere creates a modern and stylish feel, but the details need to be improved. The washbasin in the room is bad, and the waiter faces the face and smells bad."

"I have never wrote a review and I live and die by Trip Advisor comments. There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. Even better my wife did not have anything to say. The hotel is super clean and in a great location. The room allows you space to work and relax. The front desk clerk Denise was attentive and super polite. The evening social and breakfast is a great way to save money and the salad at night is super fresh. The GM and sales representative worked the breakfast line one morning and they made you feel at home. Yes there is a charge for parking but you are down town and the money I saved on meals made it a wash. This is my go to hotel any time I visit Providence. Rodney Williams"
"This place was spotless and same as the other homewood suites I’ve stayed in. Loving the brand continuity! I loved the view from my corner room as well. The kitchen and bathroom were immaculate, which is important to me because I get takeout during COVID times when we can’t eat in restaurants easily. I also appreciate the location because the hotel is centrally located within downtown and within walking distance of brown (although you have to go up the hill). Very easy to get an Uber too. I can’t give this place four stars because of the parking situation. It’s valet and you have to pay, and other homewood suites have free parking lots. This one doesn’t because of the small location. "
"Thoroughly enjoyed everything about the property, staff was excellent, rooms were comfortable, and great location. Effecient check in process, can go all digital as far as check in and even digital card, valet Joseph was very helpful and the desk staff was always there to help. Will defintely be back."

"I had the most dissatisfying stay recently at the Hampton Inn in Smithfield RI. This was a one night local getaway for me to have a little alone time, to get some work done, and to relax. I have often stayed at Hiltons but not at the particular location. Right off the bat I found the desk person to be grumpy, short with me, and unfriendly, Not to mention that when I arrived I had to wait for him at the desk as he was outside, Once settled in my room the wifi was inaccessible. I tried several times and there just wasn't a strong enough signal for my computer to hook in. Not only was this disappointing but it didn't allow me to get the work done that I had planned on doing. The room above me sounded like a bowling alley all night long so sleep wasn't possible. In the morning the tv no longer worked, Seemed to possible be a bug with the clocks falling behind or something. Then, when leaving, there wasn't even anyone at the desk to speak with - just a box to put in your plastic room key for disinfecting. All in all it was a very disappointing stay and I won't be returning, "

11 Dorrance Street, Providence, Rhode Island, United States
"The location is good and it is convenient to go everywhere. The train station is a few minutes’ walk away, and the bus junction is at the door. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Brown University. The decoration style of the hotel is also more ornate, a bit like the Shanghai Peace Hotel. But the room does not have an electric kettle for boiling water, drinking water, coffee and tea, or breakfast. The breakfast provided in the cafe downstairs is simple and not cheap. However, you can reach 7-11 by walking for 1.2 minutes on the right when you go out. There are more choices for breakfast here, and it is also affordable. After leaving the shop, turn left and walk a little bit to a good food street. There are many cafes and western restaurants, and there are two very good Korean dishes."
"The hotel environment and location are really good, and it is similar to Shanghai Peace Hotel. The internal and external environment is really good and has a sense of history. But there are a lot of regrets, especially the air conditioning and appliances in the room. The start of the air conditioner is a bit like the start of a locomotive. It is too loud and too noisy. It has to be awakened several times a night; there is no coffee machine in the room, let alone a kettle, and it is said that it cannot be provided with the reception desk. There is a beautiful Chinese-speaking girl at the front desk, and communication is invalid. Do n’t the guests drink water? It is strange that there is only two cups, which can only be used for brushing teeth and drinking water."
"The hotel is very good, that is, the air conditioner can't turn the temperature up or off, it's cold. The room is large and very clean. Lovely old hotel. I took the bus, more than 100 meters from the bus station, the hotel itself is also in the city center, 200 meters away from the largest shopping center, there are many supermarkets around. Very convenient, go to College Hill Brown 1 km. There is a special parking building, I don't know the charge. It is not a tourist city, so it should not be suitable for taking children. There are many USB sockets for the conversion of the desk lamp. Charging is very convenient. The last two are room cards, very chic."

"This Hotel is worth the drive from Gillette Stadium. Nice and clean rooms and a friendly staff and very affordable. The beds are awesome I had full nights rest for the drive back to Northern Maine the next day. I’d never been to Rhode Island before so I scratched another state off the bucket list. Thanks for making my stay a great one."
"Greeted each time I passed the lobby desk. Hotel seemed very busy but didn’t have any issues with noise. Seems to be a popular place for business travelers. Room was clean. The gentleman at the lobby desk was pleasant. A better stay than the last time I visited this hotel. No complaints and will likely stay again. "
"During my stay, I was welcomed every day by Emily and Marc at the front desk. Very personable and a deep asset to the Marriott brand. I travel alot (lifetime Titanium) and appreciate their smiling faces wach time I walked into yhe lobby"

"This is the worst check-in ever. Because of my reasons, the four-day itinerary was only scheduled for three days. On the third day, I went out for work at noon. When I returned at more than six o'clock, I couldn't open the door. It was cleaned up, and I did n’t figure out what it meant to clean up. When I entered the room, I found that everything was gone. The four clothes hanging in the closet, the wash bag, carry-on luggage, and the cosmetics I bought were all gone. At the front desk, the waitress politely told us that things were gone. We asked her that I had lived for three days and there were so many personal belongings in the room. Why did n’t you contact me and was told they were all like this, Then I asked them to look for it. After ten minutes or so, the front desk said that the room had been delivered. I was very speechless. Why didn't you let me take a look? I hurried upstairs again and found four clothes, a wash bag and a shave. When the knife was gone, I bought one less perfume, so I ran downstairs to find the front desk. She still said with no expression that the person in charge of cleaning was off work. There was no way. After several negotiations, I agreed to look for it the next day. I was passing by a middle-aged white man, like a manager. When he asked about the situation, he went downstairs to help us find it. Although he did n’t find it, he felt sincere and friendly. Then he went back to the room helplessly and found again my cigarette It was taken apart. I was definitely taken apart by someone else. Then I called Ctrip's customer service, responded to the situation, and communicated a few times. He told me that the hotel had absolutely no staff to turn over my stuff, was silent, slept, and woke up the next day After asking again, it was not surprising that there was nothing. This is Hilton. There are two questions in the whole incident. 1. Why don't you communicate with me whether I will continue to live and there are so many luggage items in my room? 2. Even if I put things away, should n’t they be packed together and packed at the Lost and Found Office? I only went out for six hours. Why are some things missing? Why are my things opened? Finally , The hotel did not contact me actively, not even the least sorry! !! !! Is this still a service industry? !! !!"
"The main reason for staying at the hotel is because the child is taking the SAT at a nearby high school. Hotel location is OK, except Starbucks is on the first floor of the hotel. If you stay at the hotel, there is a discount on Starbucks consumption. Others such as CVS pharmacy supermarket, big shopping mall, and eating have to walk a distance. If you want to go out and eat, it is not very convenient. Transportation: It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the Provis train station to the hotel. There is a peterpan bus to the airport around the hotel, but we went to the road station and transferred to other streets in the past few days. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the bus station, and there are quite a lot of bus lines. The hotel is about 15~20 minutes walk from Brown University. Hotel breakfast is general, the variety is small, the price is high, the price is low, the coffee tastes very light. Breakfast is called once in the room, and the choice is too little to taste. The dinner was called once in the room, and it was eaten once in the hotel restaurant. The price of the room was relatively high, and the amount of fruit salad was very large. The same type was larger than the variety in the restaurant (this is hard to understand). Hotel facilities: The bed is very comfortable, soft and hard. The pillows are also very comfortable for one person and four. The room has a coffee machine and a free coffee bag, tea bag, and tastes good. No toothbrushes, slippers and bottled water are provided. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, can be heard in the room next to it. Hotel services: the restaurant and health services are very good, the front desk is slightly cold. The deposit is $100. Staying for three days, the surrounding security is good, every time you travel by leg and bus, it is quite quiet."
"The style of the hotel is good, but the renovation takes a long time, it seems a bit outdated, and the equipment needs to be further updated. I didn't live by myself. My girlfriend couldn't come back temporarily when he was abroad. The weather was too hot the other day and my girl cried hot. I quickly booked a three-day hotel for her to live in. Afterwards, I had fun and another three days. The front desk was not bad, I called and said something and immediately took the initiative to apologize to my girlfriend. Overall praise."
