There is a big bathtub, which is very suitable for relieving fatigue. There is a restaurant nearby. You can see the University of Tartu from the window of the hotel. It is an antique hotel.The underground restaurant also gives a feeling of old-fashioned and the warm breakfast was really good. Of course, the staff are friendly ~
If I go to Tartu again, I will stay here again.

You can take a walk immediately near the hill. The surrounding buildings were calm and very good environment. The breakfast was the best, the room was clean and the bathroom was large.

My experience was pleasant throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, right on Town Hall Square. The room was relatively clean with new amenities, although there wasn't a king size bed and we had to put two beds together. Breakfast is worth mentioning, with pancake, which I really liked, and very good yoghurt. It would have been a near perfect experience, but something incredible happened when I checked out. I missed a handbag in the room because of the large amount of luggage. I returned to the hotel two hours later to enquire and was told that ”nothing other than RUBBISH was left in the room”, which I was shocked to hear, as the bag contained at least one whole cigarette (which my friend had commissioned me to buy from a Chinese duty free shop), a whole box of Chinese tea, a bag of expensive Chinese hot pot base, some chocolates and other items! . I didn't call the police for time reasons, but I chose to publicise this fact here, which I think is a shame for any hotel.

Front desk was always cheerful and helpful. Enjoyed the saunas and pool. Loved the free cappuccino machine in the lobby. Nice touch!

Hotels in Estonia are always of high standard, so I am more critical towards this hotel. Most of the things are expected: plenty of food options for the breakfast, good quality service at the reception (plus the convenient online check in in advance so the actual process is easy and fast), well decorated hotel. The only improvement is the quality of the cleaning in the room: when I arrived at the room, I could notice some dirt in the toilet bowl and a bunch of hair on the surface in the bathroom. They can get my five star if they could pay more attention to when cleaning the room.

great location, near bus station and supermarket, comfortable room, complete facilities, elevator and air conditioning, free drinking water. Please be extra careful as the bathroom floor is quite slippery when wet. The breakfast is good. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room, so they had extra amenities like grab bars at the toilet and a chair for showering, which was a great service. I would highly recommend this place to any wheelchair user.

a bit vintage hotel but the cleanliness and service are totally satisfactory, nice breakfast provided although only with limited food choice. Walkable distance to tourists spot and coach station, good economic choice of a short stay.

Flip-flops were active because it was a shower without a bathtub for the first time in a long time! Carp and goldfish were swimming in the aquarium at the entrance of the restaurant and I took a picture without thinking.

Very good location at the hotel. Beautiful, clean. The sauna in the room gave a lot more. Breakfast was always stable and good and no hunger was. Food was also sufficiently different to make everyone beautify something in the stomach.

It's a round trip by bus from Tallinn. It's right in front of the bus terminal, so it's super convenient. Breakfast and morning sauna are free, which is great. Just make sure you bring your sauna pants (swimsuit) and sandals. I forgot my sandals, so I bought some.

Close to Tartu bus station, sauna and gym on the 5th floor, salmon, meatballs, special cakes for breakfast, room equipment is a bit old, only a plug near the bed
