This is a great location for a hotel and has lots of potential, but unfortunately it is run very badly. The staff is kind of non existent and the staff that is there like reception should be sent back to 1975 when the kind of arrogant and unhelpful attitude was ok. This old woman working there is like something out of a movie. Does not welcome you, is completely disinterested in you and then expects the visitors do her job for her. Upon check in she told is that we have a wrong credit card (the contactless kind that 90% of people use these days) and that we should go and get some cash instead. When I told her that there is nothing wrong with the card and she should get a new terminal from the bank she just sulked there. When I refused to go to find cash for her she finally ” found” a solution. She went to the back room somewhere and processed the payment there. Which means she well knew how to solve the issue already before starting to argue with me. So it is basically your problem as a client to solve issues for her. Same thing happened to a client before me when he wanted to know if the windows of his room faced the square. She only said that if you want that you must pay 450 euros. (??!) She acted as if the client wanted a free upgrade when probably all he wanted to know was if the room is quiet or not cause there was a concert at the town hall square. Anyway he attitude is by far the worst I have seen since Soviet time and she has no business working in the service industry. To top it all of, when I asked for her name in the end of this check in. She just hissed that she is not obligated to give out this information.... Hmmmm Ok

The suite offered many different photo opportunities. The administrators and staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. A wonderful breakfast added an extra point to a pleasant stay. I highly recommend staying in Antonius for both business and leisure purposes :)

A wonderful hotel and definitely my first choice in Tartu. Pleasant reception upon arrival - friendly and helpful reception staff! We were welcome! Relaxation in saunas - especially pleasant after a tiring day. The breakfast is very tasty and the set up is also very beautiful to look at. The lobby rest area is a good, quiet place to chat and have coffee with friends! We did not dine at the restaurant this time, but we were delighted with our previous visit. Thank you, see you soon!

Huge Hotel is in center of Tartu, near to central bus station, room was clean and there was enough space for two persons. If you travel by car, parking day expense is 5€. Breakfast for any taste, large selection of food and drinks. The staff carefully monitors the cleanliness of the dining room.

Отель хороший, современный. Удобно то, что из него есть сразу выход в торговый центр. Но есть несколько минусов. Первые 2 дня утром была красная рыба на завтрак, но на третий день, когда людей было побольше за пол часа завтрака рыба так и не появилась. Ощущение, как будто ее удерживали специально, что бы пока народу много ее не съели много. Но это мелочи. Самое главное. На третий день мы после обеда ушли гулять, а когда вернулись вечером, то на нашу дверь кто-то повесил бумажку ”не беспокоить” ( мы её не вешали). А наши обе карточки перестали открывать дверь. Получается, кто-то заходил к нам так как бумажка ”не беспокоить” оказалась из нашего номера. Можно было бы предположить, что это уборщицы, но мы уходили в 14:30, уже после работы уборщиц, да и в номере не было убрано. На рецепшене нам просто запрограммировали карточки на наш номер по новой. Кто и зачем входил в наш номер и почему карточки перестали работать для нас на всегда останется загадкой. Но второй раз мы вряд ли сюда приедем из-за этого инцидента.

We stayed in a superior room on the third floor for one night. Room was very spacious and clean with a great view. The only downside was traffic noise. I have stayed in this hotel before and I don't remember that much noise from the last time, but I guess our room was on a higher floor last time. Breakfast was served in restaraunt Humal and it was excellent. There was no phone in our room to contact reception in case of emergiencies or questions. We didn't need it this time, but in some cases it might be useful. There are free parking spaces behind the hotel. Location is very good. I would stay in this hotel again.

Very welcome and good stay there. Good location and appropriate to price. Hotel located right across the street to AHHA center. In hotel top floor are nice wellness center with nice view and possibility enjoy 3 different saunas.
