Located right at the entrance of the old town, it boasts excellent transport links and easy access to attractions like Petit France and the Cathedral. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I were to revisit. Highly recommended!

The male staff member at the desk was very kind to a Korean who came from far away! It was nice to see the cathedral outside the window, and the interior had a very French feel!

room size is decent, location is around 800m from train station, a 10-15 min walk, great location as it's near a lot of cafes and restaurants
if you are taking check-in luggages, you might have it harder when dragging the luggage wheel through stoney paths surrounding the hotel.
closet has no bidet, as european standard, so if you need it, you might consider taking portable electric bidet, water flow is abit small but it's just personal preferences, other than that everything is good

The hotel is excellent by its location. To date we have always been only in Regent small hotel, which was the first stay in the pavilion, breakfast is in Regent, sports too. We have liked it very well, would prefer the Regent.

I stayed for one night and I feel pretty good in all aspects.
🔔 Service: The front desk and the luggage brother are very enthusiastic and meet the five-star standard. And the hotel staff will speak English and communicate conveniently.

Ordinary business hotel, there are several steps to get out of the elevator on the second floor, it is not convenient to get on and off the luggage, overnight parking is quite expensive, the restaurant downstairs is not bad, the local wine is worth trying

Located in the heart of Strasbourg's Old Town, in the Petite France area, the hotel building itself is a prominent landmark, offering a tranquil escape from the bustling city. Just meters from the pedestrian street (main shopping street), it's within easy reach of famous restaurants and eateries like 116, and Strasbourg Cathedral and the Strasbourg River are also within walking distance. The hotel boasts first-class facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and warm service. Upon our departure, the hotel manager not only helped us with our luggage but also gifted us two bottles of premium mineral water. Such a wonderful landmark hotel—we'll definitely stay at Petite France again next time we're in Strasbourg! 👍👍👍

This is the second time I have visited this hotel this year. The first time was in May and the second in December. I absolutely loved everything about the hotel the first time but the second time was a disaster. We were allocated the worst room in the hotel with a window that looked out onto a wall just a few feet away and the decor was rough and depressing. Thankfully they let us have a different room the following day but this should never have happened. There was a very brash tall lady who wore glasses on reception who was rude, ignorant and officious with me which spoiled my holiday. Restaurant staff, porters and housekeeping staff were great. We will never return I'm afraid.

The location is good, just across the bridge is the Notre Dame Cathedral. However, if you drive by yourself, only licensed vehicles can enter the area near the hotel.
It is renovated on a historical building. The exposed wooden building is very unique and the experience is good. Although there is no elevator, there are staff who take the initiative to help carry luggage upstairs.
Street parking in Strasbourg is very expensive, 3.5 euros an hour; hotel parking lot 30 euros a day; the hotel introduced a nearby parking lot, parking for about 16 hours, 16 euros.

Very spacious room . Love the hotel location. Hidden away from the busy streets. Breakfast is not too bad. The river cruise is just located infront of the hotel. The Notre-Dame cathedral is just minutes of walk away . Many museums around us. Many lovely restaurants and shopping streets just minutes away. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Super beautiful hotel with a very good location. Calm but still close to the center.
Very delicious and extensive breakfast buffet. Beautiful room and good bed. At the hotel you could eat to look very good and in a very pleasant place. It's a pity there was no place.
The car was brought to the hotel, we were sleeping in the building above the main building, the newer part would be, there was also breakfast and spa. We will come back.

Excellent location, super convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The decor is new, the room amenities are well-designed and easy to use, and they even provide Clarins toiletries. Breakfast is quite generous by European standards. I stayed on the top floor; the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there was a faint kitchen smell in the mornings, but everything else was perfectly fine. The deposit was refunded very quickly. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the concierge team for their excellent assistance with transportation arrangements. Truly a delightful stay!
