I had the best experience at Nanshan Ski Village! ❄️The slopes were well-maintained, the atmosphere was lively, and everything felt very organized from rentals to lift access. It’s such a great place whether you’re a beginner or leveling up your skills. What made my experience unforgettable was having an advanced instructor who really knew how to teach with precision and patience. The coaching was clear, technical, and empowering — not just “follow me,” but real skill-building. I was honestly surprised at how fast I learned! From struggling with balance to confidently controlling my turns, the progress felt incredible. If you’re thinking about learning how to ski in Beijing, this is the place. Professional instructors, solid facilities, and the perfect environment to unlock your inner snow queen.Beginner? Maybe.Natural on the slopes? Absolutely. ⛷️✨

There are lots of different slides, all gently sloping, and it was great to ride with a child. You can rent anything, including clothes.

Nanshan skii village is great for beginners and Pros, for beginners there are coaches that can teach you. One thing i didn’t like though, after buying the ticket online for 400cny, when you get there you have to pay another 400cny deposit which is refundable. Also the ticket doesn’t included protective gear( knee and butt pad) so its another 50cny to rent that for the day, overall it was a good experience though.

Great ski resort with plenty of slopes to choose from and rental of equipment if needed. However the boots I would say do sizes 40 and up are quite poor and the skis could be better.

Today was an incredibly exciting trip along the Great Wall of China. A huge thank you to Mubus! Excellent organization and transportation were excellent. Ivan Van, a wonderful guide, accompanied us everywhere, offering helpful advice. The rest of the staff was also top-notch and very helpful. We took a tour with a Russian-speaking guide and never regretted our choice! The guide provided fascinating insights into the wall itself and a wealth of information about China in general. Upon arrival, we were all gathered in a separate room, explained the process, given a voucher for free water, and boarded a bus that took us directly to the wall. They offered two routes to choose from, explaining everything in detail. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you so much!

Our guide, Dahai, led us on a tour of the Forbidden City, and the experience was fantastic! Dahai's explanations were witty and humorous, bringing a unique charm to history. He was extremely familiar with the Forbidden City's attractions, often guiding us away from the crowds and offering unique perspectives. He also found the best angles for us to take photos, resulting in many excellent shots. Thank you, Dahai! Highly recommend Dahai!

The tour was well organized. The lunch was excellent. The boat was okay; it's better to save money. You can climb the wall on foot, and the descent is an hour from the cable car. Gubei was gray and uninviting during the day, but at night it was a real blast (but we only had 40 minutes of darkness, so I didn't even enjoy it).

My friend was visiting China and I booked this hotel for them in Beijing. The location is excellent, very convenient for transport, and the service was attentive. Wangfujing Pedestrian Street is just a few steps away, and it's also very close to attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. There are all sorts of restaurants in the area. The overall environment is excellent. Manager Ella helped me choose a room with a great view when I checked in. The view of the Second Ring Road is quite good; at night, it's just a sea of red taillights, which really shows how much traffic there is. The room was a bit dry, but that's generally how the weather is in Beijing. Inside the room, everything was great – very clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic, with lots of variety and delicious options.

I came to Beijing for a visa application, and the front desk staff provided a super 5-star service level. They arranged a quiet room for my check-in and helped me store my luggage after check-out. Printing documents was also no problem. The warm service from Zhang Heyao at the front desk left a deep impression on me, both for Beijing as a city and for this hotel. Additionally, the gym and swimming pool were open during my stay, and the water temperature was good. I'd also like to thank Manager Zhao from the front desk staff. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay here again! They even gave me a book when I checked out, which was an added bonus!

I stayed at the Grand Millennium Beijing for two weeks, and overall, it was decent. The only standout positive was the two housekeeping ladies; they were absolutely amazing. For the last eleven days of my stay, 'Zhao Juanjuan' was my attendant, and she was incredibly thorough and attentive. She folded my clothes neatly every time. She remembered all my habits and room preferences, diligently helping me each day with my requests. She even helped air out cigarette smells, opened and closed windows according to my schedule, dealt with strange odors from the bathroom drain, and scrubbed the bathtub daily. Basically, she was always responsive to my needs, incredibly kind, and always enthusiastic to help. If I ever return to the Grand Millennium Beijing, I'd specifically want to stay on the floor she services. However, the hotel's policy on food delivery was frustrating. They wouldn't allow any deliveries to be left at the concierge, not even non-food items. It was really annoying. They only permit deliveries to be left in outdoor lockers, which means in winter, all your food gets cold. What's more, they have staff dedicated solely to pressing elevator buttons, so why can't they assign someone to bring deliveries up? There are no robots either, which was a real pain. I put up with it because I could see the 'Big Trousers' (CCTV Headquarters) from the lobby downstairs. Also, there was a persistent cigarette smell throughout the room, even in the bathroom. Another issue is that the hotel's decor is quite dated. There was a sewage-like smell from the sink, which made me want to gag while brushing my teeth in the morning. Everything else was fine. If you're looking for a newer hotel at a similar price, you could try the NUO Hotel Beijing or the Jing Guang Centre Hotel. But if you want to stay near the 'Big Trousers,' then the Millennium or Rosewood are your best bets.

## Location: Situated on Jianguomenwai Avenue within the Second Ring Road, this hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst a bustling area. Exploring the surroundings during my stay, I noticed its proximity to diplomatic apartments, indicating a generally pleasant neighborhood. Jianguomen subway station is just across the street, making it incredibly convenient to reach key attractions like Tiananmen Square and Qianmen Street. There's also Zigongyuan, a well-regarded Beijing restaurant chain, on a nearby street, and a commercial complex with numerous dining options about 500 meters away. ## Facilities: The hotel occupies an independent building with its own courtyard. While the lobby might not possess the grand opulence of a newly built five-star hotel, it's certainly refined and comfortable. I booked an 'Yue' floor room, which is higher than standard rooms, offering more expansive views. I could see the constant flow of traffic on Jianguomenwai Avenue and the cluster of high-rise buildings in the distance – truly a beautiful blue sky over Beijing that day! The room itself isn't huge but is perfectly adequate and well-equipped. Despite the hotel being established some time ago, the facilities are impeccably maintained and don't feel dated. The bedding, bathroom, air conditioning, and lighting were all excellent. The toilet even featured a bidet, and the toiletries were L'Occitane – a pleasant surprise! I also noticed toilet seat sanitizers in the public restrooms on the first floor, a thoughtful detail. The only minor drawback is likely due to the original design; there's no dedicated shower space, only a bathtub, so showering means standing in the tub. However, this wasn't a significant issue. ## Hygiene: Everything I could see, including some nooks and crannies I specifically checked, was spotlessly clean, as were the public restrooms. ## Service: The hotel staff were all proactive and friendly. The doorman would come out to assist with luggage and open car doors, and check-in was quite efficient. ## Food: I must commend the breakfast! It offered a wide variety of dishes, diverse flavors, and delicious tastes. Besides the usual live stations for noodles (soup noodles, 'dalu' noodles) and steamed buns, there were unique offerings like salt-grilled mackerel, salmon, sushi, and customizable miso soup, adding a Japanese touch. The fried eggs were even separated into two plates: one for over-easy and one for sunny-side up, a level of detail I've never seen at a hotel breakfast before. ## Overall Impression: I saw a review of this hotel online that I feel is particularly apt: 'Once a top luxury, now an excellent value-for-money choice.' Indeed, my two-night stay was completely hassle-free, and everything was impeccable (aside from some recent political remarks from a Japanese official that made me feel a little uneasy about the hotel's 'Japanese' elements). A price of around 1,000 yuan during the Spring Festival, including two generous breakfasts, a comfortable environment, and convenient transportation – it was a world apart from a mid-range chain hotel I stayed at in Wangfujing afterwards. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, very close to the subway station. The service was attentive, and the hygiene was good – everything was clean and tidy, even if the facilities weren't brand new. However, for a hotel costing 900 yuan a night, the breakfast was incredibly cheap. Out of four hot dishes, three were instant sausages, and there was even spoiled cold mixed tofu skin (fuzhu) – the top layer was dried out and discolored, looking like it had been sitting there for days. Because of the great location, I stayed for six days, but from the second day onwards, I ordered breakfast delivery. I'd bring my takeout to the restaurant just to have some of their plain congee, which unfortunately lacked century egg and lean pork, despite being labeled as 'century egg and lean pork congee.' The buns in the picture are from my delivery.

The hotel's location is excellent. We walked to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Wangfujing, all of which were quite close. It's also very near a subway station; just a few hundred meters walk and three subway stops to Shichahai. The staff, especially Liu Shuiru, provided great service. She proactively asked if we needed children's disposable slippers when she saw we had a child, which I initially thought the hotel only provided for adults. That was very thoughtful. This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! The room's cleanliness was exceptional; it was spotless, pristine, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I stumbled upon this hotel and ended up staying for eight nights. The longer I stayed, the more I felt like I'd discovered a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great views. But the absolute best part is the hotel's fantastic location! It's only about 100 meters from both Line 2 and Line 5 subway stations, and within 100 meters, there are three shopping malls. This makes it incredibly convenient for dining, buying fruit, shopping, and even enjoying Peking duck. The hotel service is also excellent. They have a dedicated delivery table in the lobby with staff specifically assigned to watch over food deliveries to prevent loss or mix-ups. On my last day, even after checking out, I was resting in the lobby, and a staff member brought me hot water – I was truly touched.

I booked this as a Novotel, but before check-in, I was told it had changed names. This might indicate some issues – perhaps the hotel didn't meet Novotel's standards. The hotel is quite old but well-maintained, with no obvious problems. The outdated design itself isn't a huge deal, but I genuinely can't understand the bathroom door's design – the handle pinches your hand, and the door doesn't close securely. For the price, the location is quite good. Within a few hundred meters' walk, you'll find Dengshikou Subway Station (Line 5) and Jinyukou Station (Line 8). Wangfujing Pedestrian Street is about a 15-minute walk away. I didn't use the hotel's breakfast. There are plenty of breakfast options on the way to Dengshikou Subway Station.

Great location, very close to the subway station, and within walking distance to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. I chose the Beijing Fortune Hotel for my trip. It's on Yabao Road, only a 5-minute walk from Ritan Park, and just across the street from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It's conveniently located between Jianguomen and Chaoyangmen subway stations, making it super easy to get around. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a very grand and artistic vibe. From my city-view room, I could overlook the Guomao business district, and the views were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing – I just couldn't stop eating! The only slight downside was the soundproofing, which wasn't great, but it quieted down a lot after 11 PM, so I'd still say it was a perfect stay overall.

The room was fantastic, with a superb view and an incredibly comfortable bed. There were no cleanliness issues whatsoever, and the service was beyond amazing. We booked complimentary bath liners daily just to enjoy the tub, and we could easily borrow humidifiers and other amenities whenever needed. From the warm smiles at check-in and the helpful travel advice to the late check-out, I felt completely at home and welcomed throughout my stay.

The room was great, with beautiful views, and room service was also good. However, when I asked the front desk about the children's activities during Chinese New Year, they told me to ask the restaurant. The restaurant said they weren't sure either. For the sushi-making activity for kids, we were told during the sachet-making activity in the afternoon that we could join in the evening. But when we went to join later, they said we had to dine at the restaurant to participate. In the end, after staff went back and forth, we were finally allowed to join – it was quite chaotic. Neither the restaurant nor the room was warm; the air conditioning didn't help. Only after staff brought a space heater did the room warm up a bit. Overall, the service feels incomplete and needs improvement.

Coming back from overseas, I stayed at this hotel again before taking the high-speed train home. Liu Wei even upgraded my room. With the ***** New Year festivities winding down, the price was significantly cheaper too. The location is excellent, just about a 10-minute walk from the West Station. The room facilities are also quite good; there's a weighing scale and even a laundry room. I managed to wash all the clothes I hadn't gotten around to washing while abroad, all in one morning!

Changping Town/Shisanling Resort Beijing|40.96km from city center
This was our second time visiting. **Room:** The family room has a bunk bed, but why is the bathtub right next to it? There are many sharp edges around the tub, making it very unsafe for a child to sleep nearby. Couldn't there be a partition between the tub and the bed? Also, the fitted sheet on the bottom bunk was significantly smaller than the mattress, with all four corners sticking up. When I asked a staff member about it, they said that's how it is and to just sleep like that. Only after I insisted did they change it to an adult-sized sheet. I asked for two more single duvets to use when sleeping with the kids, but was told not to even think about it. **Hot Springs:** The water was dirty, much worse than when we visited two years ago. I broke out in a very itchy rash on my legs the day we left. The changing room smelled terrible. **Buffet Dinner:** It cost 240 RMB per person, and there wasn't even any fresh green leafy vegetables. Overall, this experience was very poor. We likely won't be coming back.

I've been to this hotel several times for internal department meetings and team-building events, so I brought my family here for Chinese New Year. The hotel's location is super convenient, about an hour's drive from the city. The rooms are individual villas, offering a wonderful sense of harmony with nature ✌🏻, providing peace and tranquility for those busy with work. This is a five-star hotel under the international Hyatt chain, and during Chinese New Year, they were very well-staffed. Besides their consistently professional regular services, they also had thoughtfully prepared activities to celebrate the New Year and special dishes. Sunny, the lady who checked us in at the front desk, was beautiful, kind, and incredibly helpful, responding to every request with enthusiasm 😍. My family was very happy and satisfied with this short Chinese New Year trip, and we'll definitely be back when the spring flowers are in full bloom!

Highly, highly recommend for a weekend getaway! The experience was fantastic, and the hotel's amenities and services were excellent. While the hotel facilities and room design weren't exactly my style, the hot springs and various entertainment options were truly outstanding and offered great value for money! Especially after skiing, a hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing. Most importantly, our butler Mila was so thoughtful and sweet. I rarely write reviews, but this one is specially for Mila! :-)

The entire courtyard is superbly designed, and you can see the owner's thoughtful touches in every detail. The room design is very industrial, which is quite unique, and the service was good too. The only minor drawback is that the power outlets in the room were a bit inconveniently placed. We happened to be there for Christmas, and the gingerbread house and the Christmas tree in the backyard were absolutely adorable. The nail tech was also super cute and lovely. The restaurant also gets high marks: the breakfast is a refined blend of Chinese and Western options, small but excellent; I've eaten at the Western restaurant twice now, and every dish has been outstanding (the cream of mushroom soup bowl was even warmed; I recommend the foie gras salad and the chestnut cake). Overall, I'd give it a 4.8 out of 5!

St. Regis Beijing: Unforgettable Luxury and Flawless Service I recently concluded a truly exceptional stay in an Executive Room at the St. Regis Beijing and can confidently say the experience far exceeded expectations. If you are looking for a sanctuary of space and attentive service in the city, this is the place to be. The Executive Room: Space and Comfort The Executive Room itself was superb. The space was generous, feeling less like a hotel room and more like a private apartment. The design is elegant and classic, providing a very relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. One of the standout features was the walk-in wardrobe, which offered ample space to fully unpack and settle in—a small luxury that makes a huge difference on longer trips. Beyond the wardrobe, the room was stocked with a full array of amenities that spoke to the St. Regis's commitment to guest comfort and detail. Impeccable Service and Signature Touches While the room was excellent, the service elevated the entire stay to five-star status. The consistent turn-down service provided every evening was flawless, ensuring the room was refreshed and welcoming each time I returned. It's those little touches that define luxury. Most notably, the concierge service was truly excellent and invaluable for navigating Beijing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful. They effortlessly managed to secure a booking for a Peking Opera show, which was a fantastic highlight of my trip. Furthermore, their simple and effective directions were a lifesaver, making it easy and stress-free to get around the city. Final Verdict From the generous size and superior amenities of the Executive Room (especially that walk-in wardrobe!) to the consistently high level of service—particularly the knowledgeable concierge—the St. Regis Beijing is a flawless choice. Highly recommended for travelers seeking luxury, space, and a staff that goes above and beyond.

The location is excellent, with a subway station just a hundred meters away. It's very close to Wangfujing Street, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and Oriental Plaza. The staff were okay, a bit cool but still helpful. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities show their age. However, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, though mostly Western. The taste was great. The restaurant staff were very warm and friendly. We had a minor issue on the first night, but it was quickly resolved. Overall, it offers great value for money and I'd recommend it.

I'd like to express my gratitude to EAST Hotel Beijing for the thoughtful arrangements made upon my arrival, which made my trip enjoyable right from the start. The suite was incredibly spacious, with an elegant and open layout, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the city. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were meticulously maintained; both the bathing experience and the turndown service were incredibly relaxing and reassuring. Furthermore, the hotel's gym and pool left a strong impression on me – they were well-equipped and clean, adding a delightful touch of rejuvenation to my journey. What truly stood out was the professionalism and warmth of the service team – every interaction, from the front desk to housekeeping, was polite and efficient, making me feel perfectly cared for and respected. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying. Both the hardware and the service truly reflect the hotel's quality and dedication. If I have another business trip to Beijing, this will definitely be my first choice again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to travelers who value a quality experience.

I originally booked for one night, but due to unfinished business, I extended my stay by four more days, which allowed me to further experience the features of Kempinski. Facilities: Very comprehensive, especially having two gyms! The gym on the 18th floor is relatively 'basic'; the one in the basement has two levels. B-1 has treadmills and light equipment like pull-up bars, while B-2 has a full range of barbells and dumbbells, and surprisingly, even two squash courts. What's even more delightful is that there's an indoor golf practice area where you can simulate playing a full round. The weekday charge is 150 yuan per hour, which includes free club rental (both men's and women's sets are available). I just didn't like the men's Dunlop carbon fiber set, so I didn't play. If you're in Beijing for golf and bring your own clubs, it's definitely worth a try. The swimming pool on the 18th floor is quite short; you reach the end in just a few strokes. However, it's still good for relaxation. Both gyms have saunas and Turkish baths. The breakfast buffet is very rich, with smoked salmon 🍣, plain yogurt, five types of honey, and four or five kinds of cheese – excellent value for money. Also, soft drinks in the Mini-Bar are complimentary... The room has amenities like bathrobes and an umbrella. Hygene: No need to worry; it's impeccable. Environment: Although Yansha Shopping Mall isn't as vibrant as it used to be, it's very convenient to enjoy the various dining options in the Liangma River business district. Service: Very attentive. Two deliveries (express and errand runner services) were brought directly to my room by the concierge.

I originally booked an executive room, but its size was the same as a standard king room, just over 40 square meters. I was told that upgrading to a 60-square-meter room with executive lounge privileges would cost an additional 300+ per night. What's worse, the executive lounge was closed during Chinese New Year, and I was only informed of this after checking in. All executive benefits (afternoon tea, evening happy hour) were moved to the lobby bar on the first floor. This completely compromised the privacy that executive privileges are supposed to offer, yet I was still charged the full price. Everything else was fine. I hope the hotel takes note of this, as it significantly impacts the guest experience.

This was my child's first trip to the capital, and our itinerary revolved around Tiananmen Square. After doing some research, I chose the Grand Hyatt Beijing. I originally booked an executive king room, but the newly renovated rooms were a bit small. So, for a total of less than 1000 RMB for four nights, we upgraded to a much larger room facing Peking Union Medical College Hospital, with a distant view of the Forbidden City complex. The space was open and very accommodating for an extra bed for the child. The hotel's location is also very convenient; it's a short walk to Wangfujing subway station and the pedestrian street, with many restaurants we wanted to try nearby. From check-in to check-out, we experienced the delightful service of a high-end hotel. The view, bedding, cleanliness, and the lounge were all very satisfying. What was truly a pleasant surprise was that on the third day of our stay, which happened to be my birthday, I returned to the room to find a birthday cake and a thoughtful card prepared by the Grand Club. Such a lovely touch!

Hotel Jen Beijing has been my top choice since 2019; whenever I visit Beijing, I only stay here. The rooms are clean and bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views—one side showcasing the dazzling lights of Jianguo Road Bridge, and the other, the CCTV Tower, creating an amazing ambiance at night. The sofa bed is perfect for guests with children, and the staff are warm, energetic, and provide thoughtful, attentive service. The location is superb, with direct access to China World Mall, making dining, shopping, and entertainment incredibly convenient. It's also super easy to get to the China World Summit Wing Observation Deck for night views. I always feel safe and comfortable here, and I'll continue choosing this hotel in the future.

Our family trip over Chinese New Year brought us back to Rosewood, our top choice, for the second time. My son, as always, absolutely loved it. We enjoyed afternoon tea at the 7th floor executive lounge – those crisps were delicious! The room's detailed decor made for a comfortable stay, and the welcome desserts were a nice touch. The handwritten welcome card was a delightful surprise for my son, and the butler thoughtfully added an extra bed for him. The children's amenities in the room were of high quality and well-stocked. A special thanks to the butler team, especially Lucas, Betty, and Yolanda, who truly made us feel at home. During the Spring Festival, I needed red envelopes for my friends' children, and the butler team immediately helped me find some – that was incredibly heartwarming! The turndown service was also perfectly done, everything neatly tidied. My son said he wants to stay here again next time we're in Beijing!

1: The front desk staff who checked me in, wearing teal eyeshadow, kept a straight face and emphasized three times that I needed to keep the executive lounge schedule and adhere to its times. Excuse me, is this my first time visiting an executive lounge? And second, I'm not blind or deaf, so I would have understood after you said it once. Also, please fix your makeup. 2: After being in the room for a while, I noticed a yellow stain on a pillowcase. I called, and the attendant quickly came to replace it. It's no exaggeration to say she replaced the pillowcase in 2 seconds. This was, without a doubt, the best experience of my stay. 3: As part of the executive benefits, I had a late check-out until 4 PM. However, at 2 PM, my card stopped working. My three-year-old and I were stuck in the elevator, unable to go up, and he got scared. It was then that I realized they might have deactivated my card... We had to go back to the front desk on the ground floor to resolve it. All of this is fine, these are minor issues. 4: They charged me 3500 for check-in and took the deposit quickly. But getting the deposit back was a different story. I've stayed at so many five-star platinum and diamond hotels, and I've always received my deposit before even leaving the hotel entrance. This is the first time I've encountered not receiving it after 12 hours. Customer service told me it would be returned via the original payment method within 48 hours... I've truly never heard of a deposit being delayed like this. 5: The shower in the room was very cold, and at night, it was extremely hot, making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was decent but didn't offer much. Please stop serving that 'cheong fun' (rice noodle roll); it's an embarrassment. Anyone who has ever had 'cheong fun' would know what I'm talking about... The executive lounge had almost nothing to eat; it was far too little, not even half of what you'd find at a Ritz. The orange juice was good. There was one young male server in the executive lounge who was absolutely the best; the other female staff were just props. That's all.

The hotel felt a bit dated, but the service was genuinely excellent. They knew we were celebrating a birthday, so they upgraded us to a suite and were very helpful in getting our luggage delivered directly to our room. The hotel has a swimming pool and a hot tub. In the changing rooms, there's a sauna and a hot plunge pool. The sauna was a bit ordinary; unlike some high-end hotels, it didn't get hot enough quickly to make you sweat, nor did it have any added fragrances. Also, a cold plunge pool would have been a great addition. The bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were good. Four Seasons is Four Seasons; even if the hotel is a bit older, it still delivers the expected level of service for its class.

For this friends' gathering, we wanted to experience a traditional courtyard hotel. We chose the Waldorf Astoria over the Aman, and it was an excellent experience! The room was very new and spacious, and the courtyard was beautiful. All the staff were incredibly thoughtful. Before check-in, our dedicated butler, Amber, contacted us to ask if we needed any anniversary decorations and about our bedding preferences. We arrived quite early, and our room wasn't ready yet, so they kindly prepared a room for us in the main building to rest. They guided us through the entire process, and the service was incredibly detailed and attentive, giving us a fantastic first impression right from check-in. For breakfast, we opted for room service. The variety was extensive, with American, Continental, Chinese, and even low-fat options. Staff member Will also provided very attentive service. The hotel even offered a complimentary travel photography service. Although it was raining, the photographer (a young man named Yueqian) found great spots, and the photos turned out natural and beautiful. While taking photos in the courtyard, we met another staff member, Judy, who was very enthusiastic. She gave us many tips on photo locations and also told us about fun places to visit in Beijing. If we weren't heading to Universal Studios, we would have loved to stay a few more days. The overall experience was excellent, and I'd love to bring my parents here next time.
